Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
