I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Doesn't keep WiFi connected on my phone or my wife's, only says sign in etc again and again. Have rebooted and checked wires. Help!
