@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

Real disappointment from @Plusnet as the Openreach engineer refused to put the wire in my loft with all my network devices - which was on the order notes. I am now left with a contract but no connectivity? Openreach engineer cited health and safety but Virgin had no issues?
