@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

@Plusnet 18 incoming calls I've had since 11th April. That doesn't count the emails, the messages between me and customer service on my @Plusnet accout. And this is all after the fact of weeks and weeks of bad customer service. This issue is me chasing up compensation for bad service!

@Plusnet To be fair, you guys have been really good, and my call centre experience was way better than I expected. The only disappointment is the lack of an option for next day, emergency router delivery (paid for, of course). No internet for 5 days is deep pain!😫 #plusnet #broadband

@Plusnet Yer, the explanation still doesn't cover a fixed term agreement being changed once i took up the offer. It's quite underhanded really. I take the special offer, only for the price to escalate afterwards. The reason/excuse behind the rise should not be my problem

@Plusnet problem solved. I replaced the plusnet router with another one I had spare (TP Link) and our connection is fine, So I'm afraid the one you sent me is being filed under 'bin'.
