@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

@Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

@evsmiles @TeslaFamilyYT @Starlink Well you would have the same problem with starlink. Plus way slow upload speeds and much worse ping. Plusnet 1Gig fibre here connected into a Deco BE65 mesh and I get up to the advertised speed through the house on WiFi.
