    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @octoberclub We’re with plusnet but thinking of upgrading so good news! We have had zero problems with the regular speed broadband so far unlike TalkTalk.

    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @NaomiLWood If you are able to leave EE without penalty, try Plusnet. They are also owned by BT but are #1 for customer service, are significantly cheaper than BT and have 100% UK-based call centres. I use BT. They are excellent but very expensive. .

    @tonywonderfire @plusnethelp @Plusnet That’s an easy one Tony. By providing crap broadband and then not bothering to fix people’s issues - while still taking your money. Then we lie. That’s an important part of the process. Hope this helps? If you need anything else, go bother Talk Talk or some other provider.

    I've been having major internet connectivity issues since this morning. Not sure if it's @plusnet (internet is slow on all devices) or something acting up with my new laptop (which is unusually slow.) Anyone know how I'd diagnose a faulty WiFi adapter on my laptop?
