But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Your communication to my ISP is terrible, you text me to say your coming for an appointment to install FTP but plusnet know nothing about it. 5 months since my order was placed, and this will be my 3rd day taken off of work unpaid.
