So nobody been living in this flat since last year but apparently there was a cease order on my phone line? What ********? I'm guessing someone in the plusnet team doesn't 100% know what they are talking about.

@plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

  • kevindewes
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • Harrison20202
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • Harrison20202
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • Scampboi
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • kevindewes
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • PurpleDon1973
MadameCholet (@PurpleDon1973) reported from Ilford, England

@bt_uk You cancelled my order without telling me. Missing engineer. Waited in all day. I'm placing an order with plusnet now. Your loss! Shocking customer service

  • Harrison20202
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • Green_AJ

@babydalek REALLY annoying. Also, I keep forgetting I'm running on expensive mobile data and that clicking on a YouTube link will cost me money. Fair play to PlusNet though, have an engineer coming out early tomorrow to fix it (hopefully).

My FTTP is showing a red light on my LOS on the OTN tonight at 12:45am I noticed, it was fine earlier. Maybe a network outage @Plusnet

  • LornaRAWR
    Lorna Hassell (@LornaRAWR) reported

@Plusnet every single month without fail my net goes down for a good few hours, normally of an evening some point around 8pm til midnight. Just a flashing orange light for no reason. I'm in the Liverpool area and your site never says there's an outage. What is happening?

  • Raf_THFC
    Raf (@Raf_THFC) reported

@ohtimothybarnes @MassiveAndAce @Plusnet That's one very poor aspect of this service, the other that now I have to use the BT web player on PC as BT have discontinued the windows app - which only works consistently if I use a VPN - smacks of plusnet also restricting bandwidth on the product they sell (and who owns them)

  • EventsAV
    Campbell (@EventsAV) reported

@Plusnet another day without my new sim and all my clients and suppliers cannot call me. This is not great customer service from a company that prides itself on it. Customer services couldn’t be more unhelpful of my situation.

  • Plusnet
    Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@SarahJDavid Hi, Sorry to read you have had issues with your broadband service. A red light on the ONT normally indicates an Openreach problem. If you have any further issues please provide your username via a DM and we will take a look for you. -Daniel Plusnet Sheffield
