    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    Morning @Plusnet any idea when your email system will be up and running after the +24hrs outage? I have received 3 emails during the night but that’s it and it isn’t working at present…also I haven’t received any of my emails from yesterday!

    @Plusnet Don’t pause for too long. You’ve got to sort out your bloody awful email service. I still can’t log in to Webmail. You are still an internet service provider aren’t you?? Or just a apology generating algorithm?

    @Plusnet I have seen your recent service update stating that we should be able to access our email now however I can confirm that I cannot. Any ideas? Outlook just says “connection to the server was interrupted”

    @Plusnet email still unusable. Over 24hrs now. can log on to webmail but it's slow & unusable. Missing emails and the ones that arrive are unreadable due to 'internal server errors' or show "we'll be right back" web pages instead of the mail content. Resilience?
