No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

We have 3 players at present delivering broadband by landline Sky, BT(Plusnet) and TalkTalk. All are awful and we have a regulator that has not ensured that entry into this market is possible for smaller players.

Now told only option is £50 for an engineer to come out. Terrible customer service and not ideal for a vulnerable 79 old
