    You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

    @plusnethelp and we have no Internet again. Anyone thinking of getting Plusnet don't . Eratic service . Blame.everyone except them selves. Admit it's their fault and the after 4 days still not fixed.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    @Hanrahandsy Well I was trying to sign up to Plusnet and our sky broadband is just rinsing us for a crap service, for the amount we're paying we should be getting fibre broadband and have a newer router.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @plusnethelp You are an absolute joke ! 10 days on from when my internet was meant to go live & still absolutely nothing. Your customer service is a joke ! I wish I had never went anywhere near you . My advice to anyone is stay clear of plusnet !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Worst thing is that @WeAreOpenreach are not accountable in anyway for their service. @Plusnet staff kept telling me to lodge complaint because "they need telling". Oh well another £30 on data to WFH. Can't believe I'm saying this. Wish I had got @virginmedia

    @plusnethelp I am aware that you cannot comment on the mesh system but I am informing you of this to demonstrate that it is NOT a wifi issue as I have invested my own money to try and resolve the issues I have got. I have tried the diagnostic steps with the plusnet hub and it has not improved

    Plusnet. Well where do I begin. The worst Broadband supplier out there!!!! Changed companies 9 days ago. No broadband, customer services are almost impossible to speak to. 3 different stories from technical team. I want to cancel my subscription but they want a cancellation fee!

    @plusnethelp I have tried the wireless troubleshooting recommended by plusnet and it doesn't work. I also installed a mesh WiFi system which I have now removed and am still getting the same issues
