  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

  Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  @Plusnet I've tried number of times and they still refuse. Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?
