    @Plusnet I am completely unable to reach anyone at plusnet customer services by phone after hours of hold music and no answer. We were switching to you for broadband but nothing has been installed and now our old provider has cut our contract and we have no internet.

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.

    @Plusnet Having some very unusual broadband connection drops today. Can't seem to hold a connection for more than 10 mins without needing a router reboot. I work from home full time and can't do my job! Frustrated. Please help? 🙏
