    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    my experience of Sky is poor and I would not recommend them. I haven't used plusnet, but people I know who have used them liked them and said it was okay.

    Apparantly the problem isn't plusnet but @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp who continually pretend they are fixing the problem only to do nothing. They dont even have a human manning the twitter it seems.

    @Littleson114 @TalkTalk Best provider I found was Plusnet, couldn't do enough for you, responded quickly when a problem arose & worked to sort it. I am likely to go back to them after making a wee mistake by switching to NOWTV. I used to be a TalkTalk customer - never again in this life or the next

    @MarcAllera @WorkforEE @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet I was a customer advisor at EE for over a year. Due to the covid 19 I had to resign my manager was not giving me any other solution. I have emailed Marc who passed the email to the HR department. I am not happy with the solution.

    @TripeUK Plusnet have been ok, although I have had a language problem talking to their customer services when I need them. They're in Yorkshire so it's understandable...
