  @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

  @JackieMarsden6 I’m delighted with my Starlink after years of below standard service from Plusnet so I’m happy . Who knows these days Jackie but I will say of all the billionaires I’d be more likely to trust him than Soros say 🤷

  @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia Did the same with mine, rand them. Best we can do is £55! Erm everywhere else is offering £25-£35 for the same service? Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.
