    @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

    @CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

    @Plusnet making it way too difficult to cancel broadband. No option to do it online so forced to call with mad wait times to get through. Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that 👍🏼

    @Plusnet called to cancel broadband (cant cancel on your website). Waited 18 mins then call cut off. Need another way to initiate cease process please.

    @Plusnet having taken a day off work to be here for an engineer and him not turning up (twice, on separate occasions), we were assured our fault was rectified, yet here we are again, internet disconnecting over and over This is shocking service. Please contact me ASAP
