@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc,etc.

@Plusnet I have a Hub One router but recently been having problems with it. It keeps switching on and off by itself thus interrupting the internet use Does this a couple of times a day. I have tried all your fixes Can I please have this replaced by one of your Hub Two routers

@Plusnet Nope. We can’t get FTTP and there are no plans for Openreach to upgrade our area in the next 5 years. Such a shame, your service has been fantastic but I need speeds over 100M now.
