@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

Just recently, similar to yourself I am experiencing similar issues with speed also dropping off for a few minutes. My phones sometimes will display 'incorrect password' then without any change, log back in.

Would not advise anyone to ever deal with @plusnet the service is abysmal. Half the staff are clueless, trying to resign me up when I've cancelled already. Being charged near £37 when I signed a contract at £22.99 For the love of God do not bother with this shambles of a company
