@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet my broadband just came back on at 1.15am so that's a downtime of about 1hr or so. Still can't raise a line fault on your website as undergoing maintenance. Strange how broadband suddenly stops and then restarts in this manner. 😐 Never had issues ever until this month.

@Plusnet Hi I did try different channels. 1 6 11 as recommended but all still poor. I tried other channels but still poor and I tried auto and still poor. Anymore ideas

@Plusnet It's on again now, albeit terribly slow. My problem is that contacting you relies on driving to a friend's house when I can manage it - which is not always easy. For the moment we'd better leave it. Raising a ticket is never much fun.

Considering switching broadband provider (from Virgin). Whole house coverage (BT?) & good customer service (Plusnet?) are the most important criteria. Any recommendations?
