Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and itβs not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

We were switching to you for broadband but nothing has been installed and now our old provider has cut our contract and we have no internet.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
