@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@KevinMPMcNamara @Plusnet Thanks for the recommendation! I am surprised about that. My landlord was with Virgin when I was renting and they were terrible throughout most of lockdown. Have EE had many issues during lockdown?

Tell @Plusnet we're cancelling our Broadband from 4th Feb. The next day our internet stops working and we get an error saying it's not been set up yet. Not had any problems until now. Coincidence? @plusnethelp we're in 2021. We don't have a landline to detect a tone 😟

@GelertDesign @SimonCoopey Plusnet is owned by BT though. Never had a problem with Sky in the 20 odd years we've been with them. If looking for the fastest broadband, check what the providers are offering and their smallprint, ie up to x speed isn't a guarantee.

@Plusnet many thanks for leaving my elderly parent with no phone or broadband during a “smooth transition” from sky to Plusnet during these challenging times this is all we need, absolutely disgraceful customer service😡
