    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet Hi - I'm moving and I'd like to end my Plusnet service but when I called before Christmas I was asked to call back and today I am permanently on hold. Your chat service advises me to phone and you seem to have no email contact. How can I end my service please?

    @plusnethelp @plusnet I switched from John Lewis (Plusnet) Broadband to Plusnet (direct) 3 days ago and my speed has dropped instead of increased (from 10mb to 6mb) on a guaranteed 8mb. How do I cancel without penalty since you are not meeting guaranteed promised min 8mb speed?

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Hi, an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach came to our area today and since he has left our internet has been down. I called today but I was put on hold for 30 mins and the line cuts.

    Pt2 @Plusnet #BadService ....initial installation!! Oh and THAT department doesn't work on Sundays! So I have been ringing up since the 30th, waiting for somrone to ring back as promised, no one contacts me, I've had to ring back again today only to be told that the people.....

    @Plusnet so I just moved to yourselves & my old broadband got cut off & Iv just received the worst worst service possible ! No internet as “router” not configured. Unbelievable 40 mins to be told “I’m not listening”. I’m going back to vodafone I want my refund !
