    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

    @kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data

    Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet I finally ditched plusnet due to their poor customer service and fault diagnosis. Now with BT and couldn’t be happier... Cheaper too. BT even pay your early exit fee!

    I knew my nice bband speed was not to last. Just dropped 10mbit so back to the fecking crap speed as before went to plusnet. bloody f.. oh I give up. I am going to bed. Had enough of Wednesday. Tine to Dream of having some damn good news for a change.

    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    @Plusnet just lost Internet and as a Network engineer working from home and supporting key businesses I can't even log a fault as your lines are only open till 8pm! Seriously? I can work off 4G connection but think it's time to move away to more responsible ISP...
