@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

@bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails

@Plusnet fibre has recently been installed in my building but no mention on your website of when it may be available. My speeds are agonisingly slow, can you give any info on when fibre is available through you? Wondering if it’s worth waiting or moving!

@OpenreachHelp Inadequate customer service! You as owner of network sent 4 “engineers “ in 15 days, repeat same reason. No constructive dialogue on solution to provide service or when fibre ports ready. Don’t pass the buck. Provider also lacking in customer service and knowledge @Plusnet

@Plusnet I'm a customer and want to add an additional service. The website didn't allow it. I rang the helpdesk but was on hold for an hour and 18 minutes before giving up. I tried the online chat bot but its logic is flawed. I replied to email but its not picked up. Any ideas?
