@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

  • nzbright nzbright (@nzbright) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

  • RBRbBartley Richard Bartley (@RBRbBartley) reported from Little Kingshill, England

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

  • adrian_timon Adrian Timon (@adrian_timon) reported from Holmer Green, England

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@Plusnet Wow! Awful company, dreadful service and you stung us for £40 because we're leaving you and still cut the supply today. WARNING CUSTOMERS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOWER!

  • ItsPreeceyHere Leigh Preece (@ItsPreeceyHere) reported

@bt_uk Money Expert knocked on my door earlier, pushy young lady, no introduction, claimed poor Internet speeds in my area (78Mb/20MbFTTC!) and asked about a letter you guys have sent me, despite being a Plusnet customer. Not impressed at all 😞

  • kateyp123 Kate Taylor (@kateyp123) reported

@Plusnet I've cancelled my mobile account and direct debit, but I've just received an email saying my monthly payment is due. Can you help?

  • karatejenny KJ (@karatejenny) reported

@Plusnet my mum has been waiting for a text or email about when she can set up her new router. The old service was disconnected this morning but she hasn’t had anything from you yet. Please can you contact me about this??

  • robjo2112 ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported

When are @Plusnet and @plusnethelp gonna get off their respective arses and fix my broadband which went down at 1pm YESTERDAY? This is ridiculous. Never been treated like this since BB became a thing to have. Disgraceful. Appalling. Shameful. Should I get @Ofcom or whoever on it?

  • DtotheG22 DG (@DtotheG22) reported

Hi @Plusnet for the last week or so my wife and I have been having issues with our mobile calls constantly breaking up when phoning others and each other, both of us are with @Plusnet , any ideas?

  • AndySewell7 Andy Sewell (@AndySewell7) reported

@WeAreOpenreach been without internet since the 20th Feb after “upgrading” to fibre, regular internet turned off even though the fibre has a fault, what awful service @Plusnet keep asking for updates yet we still have no idea when we will be back online How am I supposed to work?

  • bgoldblum ben goldblum (@bgoldblum) reported

@Plusnet my internet has been terrible for the past few weeks - cutting out 10-20 times a day for 2-3 minutes at a time. Can’t work or watch anything. Sometimes reconnects itself other times need to reset the router. Have logged it online, but getting desperate now…

  • GregorBuick Greg B (@GregorBuick) reported

@Plusnet can you help explain to me why the guaranteed minimum broadband speed I was offered was 61Mbps. But when I log in to my broadband account on your website its now only saying estimated download speed of 41-46Mbps, which is what I'm getting. (1/2)

  • WrecklessGamer Booker Dewitt 💔 (@WrecklessGamer) reported

@refuse2exercise Too soon to tell. It will deffo help downloading games. To be fair my Plusnet fibre was solid, I have been with them a loooooong time. But my contract was up and Virgin were the only option here for superfast speeds at a good price, so went for it!
