  • RBRbBartley Richard Bartley (@RBRbBartley) reported from Little Kingshill, England

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

  • adrian_timon Adrian Timon (@adrian_timon) reported from Holmer Green, England

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

  • gooseandberry Goose & Berry (@gooseandberry) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

  • nzbright nzbright (@nzbright) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

@BridgeeCee @Plusnet Come on @Plusnet Surely this is not the kind of service you strive to provide. Customers deserve better when they pay for a service.

  • Kathie75 Kathie (@Kathie75) reported

@Plusnet I’m looking at moving back to you on a FTTP contract. Your advisor has said that the Hub 2 router has built in VPN capabilities, but I’m seeing posts on your community pages saying that the hub 2 doesn’t support VPN at router level. Can you advise? Thanks

  • thnurg Phil Ward (@thnurg) reported

@calisnenath @john_seto @magicroundabout They won't mind. Our ISP (plusnet) used to give us a free VOIP service which is why I set it up for Tricia to use. When they closed it down they recommended Gradwell and we're happy with them.

  • GargAfc Garg (@GargAfc) reported

@Plusnet Hi, our internet service has been poor for a little while now (slow downloads/buffering) is there anything that can be done to help please?

  • CharlieBeatnik Andrew Dennison (@CharlieBeatnik) reported

Astonishingly bad service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp. They investigated a speed fault. I wasn’t in so they decided to just disconnect my house (phone and broadband). Call centre says they can’t return now until Monday. I work from home so this is totally unacceptable.

  • jimmyservis James (@jimmyservis) reported

@Plusnet my broadband has not worked for three months, and I have called you multiple times for support. How can I raise an online support ticket?

  • chris_venables janner_man (@chris_venables) reported

@Plusnet am having issues sending/receiving calls, getting message network not available, help appreciated.

  • oratoba Oratoba (@oratoba) reported

@MrAlgolagnist @Plusnet Lol, yeah, might have to come to that, today it seems okay! I mean, it's fine if it's just because of ongoing work and it'll settle down eventually but I hate it being unpredictable.

  • AaronDooler Aaron Dooler (@AaronDooler) reported

@Plusnet looking for some help regarding my home internet, slow connection speeds and internet keeps disconnecting (hub is on but has started to loose internet connection)

  • techsnap82 Chris Rogers (@techsnap82) reported

@Plusnet are you having FTTC broadband problems in Bognor Regis? No internet since 8am, reported online and via text service but no response.
