    Plusnet have to be THE WORST WiFi providers ever !! Cannot deal with being indoors with no WiFi ! May as well put me in the middle of the Lake District 🥴

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @plusnethelp 7 days on and no idea why my line was cut let alone when it’s going to be re connected. #plusnet don’t call back when they promise to - no updates and generally appalling service from this generally good company. Step up your game and sort this out.

    @plusnethelp 7 days on and not even a reason as to why my line was terminated let alone any time scale as to when it will be re-connected. Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Hi @Plusnet Are you ever going to introduce wifi calling? We get very poor or no reception where we live ever since the Orange merger & removal of one of the masts around here. My contract renews in January and this time I do need to have wifi calling, or go elsewhere to get it.

    @Plusnet Hi Emma, I have sent a DM. However we called the support team the other day who said the appointment with OR was for the 29th Dec, now its changed to the 3rd Jan?

    @Plusnet Trying to cancel a broadband account but the phone system does not recognise the. Umber so just hangs up. Can you help please. Also, why have you been charging my mother for fibre when you have not been providing that service?

    @Plusnet Has there been a broadband problem for the last few days? Ours keeps cutting in and out. Not really sure I want to renew if there is an ongoing issue 🤔

    @BritishTelecom #BT what an absolute shambolic company to deal with for #broadband installation. Waited 3 days for the hub (had to be signed for) Engineer came, said he cant find my cable (previously plusnet no issue) Said will order 4g dongle, to tie me over, never ordered.

    @DemonTomatoDave I'm with Plusnet too, it's been *awful* these past few days. Mobile data to the rescue! (I got a good deal on an unlimited data plan)
