Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Moor Park and nearby locations:

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • BenSmart1 Ben Smart (@BenSmart1) reported from Watford, England

Hopefully @Plusnet spend less time painting big dogs on hills and more time improving their terrible, terrible internet speeds.

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

@Plusnet Yes I have done that many, many times. It does nothing to help.

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • louise_sarah Louise 🌈 (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet no connection again , wtf , can’t wait till October when contract ends

  • AmandipSidhu2 Amandip Sidhu (@AmandipSidhu2) reported from Watford, England

@plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

  • LinJaneThe2 Sir Alex of the Knight 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺♿💙 (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

  • dmosaheb Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

  • trina_latham trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • Green_AJ AJ Green (@Green_AJ) reported from Kensington, England

@Plusnet I’ve had three network dropouts in the past two days. You forced me to sign up to a new contract to get this fixed saying this wouldn’t happen. What is going on??????

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp , several messages and dm but still no reply

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

Literally the worst internet company surely. Every day calls drop. I can never connect. And they do nothing to help. Roll on December when I can *finally* get out of this contract @Plusnet

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I took out broadband with you 8 months ago , there was a gift card as part of the deal , so far no card, I’ve messaged you before on here but no response , thought you were good for customer service

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet anyone else’s internet slow , mine is terrible , thought it was meant to be fast

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp customer service a joke

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

@tamikonatsu Thank you for confirming that. As that's the case, it's unlikely that the fault lies with your internal wiring or equipment. Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems as we can arrange another engineer visit if so. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • HarbourAdam A742321 (@HarbourAdam) reported

I used to think @Plusnet were the best customer service provider ever…. On how thing change. Account details online are wrong, tec support don’t know the basics. You can’t raise a fault from your account or even access a exist fault. And nobody answers the phone .

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@garyvince1981 Thank you for confirming that, Gary. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this caused and am glad to hear that the speed has now picked up. Please let me know if you have any further problems or if there's anything else that you'd like to discuss. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet Not sure what you can access your end, but I did have an issue a few months ago relating to external cabling (general wear and tear on covers etc). Not had another disconnect since around 10:48am. Did have to restart router to get back to normal speeds though

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@MazzJaverick Please let me know if you're still having problems. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet He said there no problem but to replace the router so I called up to ask for a new router and also he said I should check if fibre optic available which is still isn’t 😥

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@smh85 Thanks for getting back to us Sara. I've had the wireless bands on the router separated, so you'll now see two instances of your router; one of which will end with '5GHz'. This band has a shorter range and you're less likely to have connection issues. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@smh85 If you can try these changes for the next 24/48 hours and let us know if you're still having any issues; we'll see what additional support we can provide should you need it. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • AWoudhuysen Alice Woudhuysen (@AWoudhuysen) reported

@Plusnet can you help me please? An engineer should be coming this morning to set up my broadband but I have no idea where they are and I've received multiple emails and texts saying that my fibre broadband's ready to go! What's happened here?
