    @Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

    @Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

    @plusnethelp why is there no email address to send formal complaints? moving to #plusnet is the biggest mistake i have made this year. Absolutely dreadful service. drops connection daily and wifi not strong enough for streaming. Sort it out or release me from this contract.

    Moved from @Plusnet to @TalkTalk and already having connection issues with no resolution until at least tomorrow. They’re all as bad as each other and @OpenreachHelp aren’t any better. This country desperately needs better broadband regulation.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet written a stupid amount of tweets about this in the almost two years I’ve been with you but for the love of god improve your customer service. Put in yet another complaint and the advice is there is ‘no lead time for a response’ explains the last 6 months.

    @plusnethelp the worst customer experience I've ever had! My home move is now 3wks delayed. Hours of calls and still not working. Line is active now, but PlusNet can't seem to link to my new account, after cancelling my old one for no reason it seems. Absolutely useless!

    @Plusnet Plusnet is not reliable. Do not use them! They make repeated promises and do not follow through on them. Avoid at all costs!! Appalling customer service.
