I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Took a few weeks, more letters and several phone calls for them to understand that I had moved ISP and for them to cancel the account.
