Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

On *all* calls I was very clear that I was booking this in advance to minimise any loss of service.
