Plusnet Issues Reports Near West Molesey, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in West Molesey and nearby locations:

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  • rupertcheek Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

    Suffering a @Plusnet outage in KT3 @plusnethelp

  • stephpb Steph 🍻 (@stephpb) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • Jo48651873 Jo (@Jo48651873) reported from Islington, England

@Plusnet the internet stability has been dreadful for 2 days really disrupting my job what’s going on

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Social_embryo Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We wanted to let you know that the fault you reported to us is now fixed. Please turn your router off and on, and your service should be fully restored. Thanks for your patience

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

  • rupertcheek Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Anyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet

  • NW6Penguin Napoleon (@NW6Penguin) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet my broadband is not working. Flashing orange. Has been since yesterday. Any known network outage?

  • dmosaheb Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

  • MartinWoodward2 Martin Woodward (@MartinWoodward2) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@pfjones77 Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We have tested your service, and identified it is being affected by an incident in your local area. Incident detected: 18-Oct-2021 17:30 Estimated clear: 18-Oct-2021 23:29

  • Shazzabam S. (@Shazzabam) reported from Islington, England

@Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • LinJaneThe2 Sir Alex of the Knight 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺♿💙 (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

  • stephpb Steph 🍻 (@stephpb) reported from Camden Town, England

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

  • noah_nonsense Noah Nonsense (@noah_nonsense) reported

@EnriccoOttavo @Plusnet If you were really with @Plusnet, you'd know your chances of switching cleanly were poor!

  • Dan__Russell__ 💙 Mole is staying indoors (@Dan__Russell__) reported

@plusnet #DontFundGBNews I really like your ads and your services. We have 4 contracts in my family. However if you advertise on this service we'll leave you. Don't fund hate and foster polarisation.

  • snavenai Ian Evans (@snavenai) reported

@GStebson @Ian_urRu @Plusnet They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.
