  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • rupertcheek Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Anyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet

  • NortysTweets Angeline Clean (@NortysTweets) reported from London, England

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

  • LinJaneThe2 Sir Aleks (They/Them) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇪🇺♿ (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England

@Plusnet Wonder if you can help. Unable to access my Plusnet Hib Manager. WiFi working fine, have reset it to check. Just keep getting connection has reset page. Please could you check this for me. Thank you.

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

  • rupertcheek Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

    Suffering a @Plusnet outage in KT3 @plusnethelp

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@pfjones77 Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We have tested your service, and identified it is being affected by an incident in your local area. Incident detected: 18-Oct-2021 17:30 Estimated clear: 18-Oct-2021 23:29

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

  • FatimaDuerden Fatima Duerden 🇪🇺🇵🇹 (@FatimaDuerden) reported from Camberwell, England

    @SymienJennifer @Plusnet That’s great! Let’s see how the problem is solved tomorrow… 🤞🤞

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • miktrinh mtrinh (@miktrinh) reported from London, England

@Plusnet broadband is down in SE23 1AN area

  • MartinWoodward2 Martin Woodward (@MartinWoodward2) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

  • LinJaneThe2 Sir Alex of the Knight 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺♿💙 (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Social_embryo Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We wanted to let you know that the fault you reported to us is now fixed. Please turn your router off and on, and your service should be fully restored. Thanks for your patience

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JoannaPartridge Joanna Partridge (@JoannaPartridge) reported

@Plusnet I was supposed to have internet with you from yesterday. The @OpenreachHelp engineer turned up late yest and failed to connect me. Now I'm told Openreach won't give an update for over a week.Their customer service say they can't help, but you can. Why the week-long wait?

  • 2309Maf Megan Filkins (@2309Maf) reported

Worst customer service of all time goes to…. @Plusnet! Misleading information from their customer service agents has left us without service for 10 days

  • bethmorg97 beth (@bethmorg97) reported

@MoneySavingExp @Plusnet USELESS! waited 3 weeks for broadband and now told there’s an ‘external fault’ with further delays. Awful service, would advise anyone NOT to use them. Waste of time

  • Jack_Deyes Jack Deyes  (@Jack_Deyes) reported from Southampton, England

@Plusnet how can I leave your network?

  • 2code_monte Agent Smith (@2code_monte) reported

@Plusnet Just been informed by BT that our area is being upgraded to Fibre and that we should inform our provider to ensure our service is not disrupted. What do we need to do? thanks

  • FraserKeegan Fraser Keegan (@FraserKeegan) reported

@Plusnet Is there anybody I can speak to regarding an ongoing broadband issue? Engineer unfortunately unable to solve the problem this morning, appears to be an issue with the router/settings.

  • Alteredgeist Uncle Establishment (@Alteredgeist) reported

@Plusnet We keep having small outages. Even a small outage is a nuisance when I'm working from home - I work with video so it breaks huge uploads/downloads & breaks the VPN, costing time. The account is in my housemate's name, I'll have to get him to get in touch when he has time.

  • samsul73 Syed S Huda (@samsul73) reported

@Plusnet useless customer service. Just called with a simple query - was put on hold for more than 25min by someone who sounded like they rather not be helping customers and maybe WFH.

  • mrjonmichael Jon Michael Hall 🇬🇧 (@mrjonmichael) reported

@Plusnet somehow bt sport app has been added to my account. Not activated but charged for 2 months. How do I cancel this or remove it?

  • MatthewHenry Matt Fleming (@MatthewHenry) reported

@Plusnet Yes it did arrive today! Thanks for your message. Good old Post Office. On every other customer service score, I can't fault @Plusnet but single speed router delivery, assuming every order's for a new customer, needs fixing. A next-day, chargeable delivery is surely a no-brainer?
