    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    .@Plusnet 5 working days since I reported a problem with my broadband and Plusnet still nothing resolved. On your system it looks like nothing has happened. I don't recommend anyone using Plusnet

    @Plusnet We had openreach come out once and they said they had to bodge some wires together coz they had got wet in the basement of the block i live in thats surely is not a fix Cant wait for my contract to finish but cant check as ur website wont sign me in @Plusnet worse supplier around

    @Plusnet Problem with my broadband again not getting what we pay for wifi is bad but hard wire is worse Tried to sign in on website using my mobile data doest let me sign in so tried using wifi and again dont load you need to sort this out otherwise u not getting a penny from me
