@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

@Plusnet Dear Plusnet, I’m moving my place and unfortunately I don’t have access to my old email which was used to register to your broadband service. I cannot get into my old email and therefore I cannot get user name and password to my plusnet accout. What is the solution?

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

@Plusnet network keeps saying I need to sign in, I press sign in and it takes me to the router admin site, I log in there, it says everything is ok. Doesn't keep WiFi connected on my phone or my wife's, only says sign in etc again and again. Have rebooted and checked wires. Help!

@plusnethelp Mine's a plusnet DNS problem - set your device's adapter from auto DNS to another, like google's 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and you'll have your internet back! I think most Plusnet routers are hardwired for their DNS so it can't be set there

@Plusnet has national problems. I got through to the helpline and they told me to try pressing the "reset" on the back of the router every hour or so. (Plusnet say: "We are working on the problem")
