@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

@HannahRose1401 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I get issues on Plusnet with prime too. Except I don’t get it on any other streaming service, just prime and it’s doing my nut in. In the last week it seems to have blocked the app completely from use.
