Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly
