  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

  It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

  @heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years

  @Plusnet currently into hour 7 of my internet being down. When texting your help number it just keeps giving me an ETA of when it should be fixed which gets pushed further and further back.

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.

  @Plusnet No you don't have a dedicated bereavement team. I have ready phoned numerous times & posted on X - was promised a call back & then nothing. Not expecting any help you are useless. Just want to make people aware how you treat bereaved families

  @Plusnet They have done nothing but push me pillar too post. One lets me leave the next says no and essentially bullying me in too staying in contract by making me wait 30 days too fix a fault thats lasted 6 months!

  @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)
