  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

  @plusnet of all the organisations I've had to deal with after my father's death you have been the worst. No dedicated bereavement team, no sensitivity & unhelpful in the extreme. Why do you make a stressful & upsetting task so hard?

  Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?
