@Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@SkyHelpTeam is there still an issue with sky q downloads? Been unable to download gangs of London S2 ep4 for 6 days. Reset the box, deleted (forever,) the download and retried but still failing. On plusnet BB, everything else works fine, Netflix, prime etc

@Plusnet Oh dear. Lovely person @plusnet convinced me to go full fibre option with no landline telling me to use WiFi calling on my mobile to sort lack of signal. Trouble is I'm also with plusnet mobile. Guess which mobile service doesn't support wifi calling??
