@Plusnet very disappointed. As I now cannot use my home phone someone at plusnet needs to call me! I phoned and discussed. Suddenly I cannot make outgoing calls. Bad service after all these years.

@TelevisionGold @TVCatchup I used to have Plusnet when I lived in Glasgow and never had a single issue, and I used their own router and had Sky towards the end of living there

@MartinSLewis Just moved to full fibre staying with plusnet and ditched the landline. Ported our home number to a voip service. So kept our home number. Cost was £28.99 now £26.99 + £1.50 voip same cost 2x speed.

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.
