  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

  @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
