@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

The customer support @Plusnet may be friendly, but is technically inept. You sold me a package knowing there were going to be issues with the PAC transfer. I'm left in limbo with a sim that won't function and if I leave you can't give me a PAC code so I will lose my number,

@Plusnet 5 days and your tech issue means I still have no mobile network, my number not ported and in limbo because your system says it’s ‘pending’. You say you have no idea when it will be sorted and you can’t even give me a PAC to go elsewhere. Help, plz, this is rubbish.
