    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    @KarakDesi **** sorry didn't see this reply! I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.

    @Plusnet I recommended a family member to plus net broadband, filled out my username etc at the point of signing them up… I don’t appear to be getting any benefit of the recommendation… their service is up and running etc…

    @Plusnet hi Plusnet! All of your diagnostic checks/help say my internet connection is great and everything is fine, but it’s freezing/dropping constantly - my speed checks have been between 0 and 0.55mbps all morning. This is super frustrating - what’s going on?

    @Plusnet not been able to work since Thursday lost so much money as I work from home for an emergency service company so is impossible to take calls as the line keeps dropping!noone seems to know what the problem is and I’m being told I will pay if I cancel!!
