Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

I've been with Plusnet for 7 years through necessity (no cable) and I think I've had only 2 "major" outages in both places I've had service. It's handled my WFH (and latterly Kath's) superbly, as well our VoIP telephone line.

So, yes, absolutely 100%!
