@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

Yesterday I rang @Plusnet mobile cos I couldn't text. They gave me some stuff to try and it worked. Happy days. Today I got an email "We have received your complaint, we're sorry we let you down...". I didn't complain, it was a minor issue, quickly sorted. I feel bad now.

Why ******** is plus plusnet so ****, it's actually diabolical how much they lie about their Internet speeds, **** plusnet and **** BT, that is all :)
