@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

@Plusnet 18 incoming calls I've had since 11th April. That doesn't count the emails, the messages between me and customer service on my @Plusnet accout. And this is all after the fact of weeks and weeks of bad customer service. This issue is me chasing up compensation for bad service!
