Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Both were very pleasant but ultimately unable to resolve my issue and your company "policies" have been shown to be totally inadequate, potentially unlawful.

During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back
