    @plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

    @plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

    Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @jemjabella @CatLamin @Plusnet My hearing difficulties notwithstanding, I fundamentally reject the concept of wasting my time calling a *retentions* service to cancel a contract which should be a 1-button-push. Also. I'm a millenial. I hate telephone calls with a seething passion.

It came out of my bank account, associated with my house, I was a valid account manager, username was "jemand[ex]" but because my ex had set the account up I couldn't cancel. Had to get my abusive ex to sort - fun times 🙄

    @Plusnet I have been without mobile service for nearly a week, since you ported my number from my previous provider and sent me a SIM that hasn't arrived. Meanwhile I see you're charging me for a service that I can't use. No reply from your customer service team. Poor start!

    I will never go back to #VirginMedia and will leave #Plusnet the minute my contract is up. My life is worth more than 10 pence. I had at least two break ins in the last 12 months and the Police do not give a damn.

    @Gadgetoid @Plusnet I remember having a fecking nightmare trying to cancel my dad's account because he had a brain tumour and couldn't speak and they literally refused to speak to me because him. It took me posting them a power of attorney letter to cancel his account which was so frustrating

    @Riddley82 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in Wokingham with plusnet and also experiencing an outage today. Have contacted their tech support who have advised me there is a BT fault in the area. Likely resolved by 9PM !

    @jemjabella @CatLamin @Plusnet So. Much. Yikes. Is people canceling accounts at random for a laugh such a common occurrence that they need to be this draconian? Apparently I can log in to the online service and commit to a 12 month contract without breathing a word to anybody... but not cancel!?
