@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

Plusnet claim that they will do everything to support disabled customers but their only webchat service is for sales only, so there's no accessibility for customers who can't use a phone. Their webchat sales team told me it could be days before someone would reply to email

@2plus2isjoe Visiting my mum and just spent ten minutes lecturing her on the obvious shitness of her Plusnet internet. Got weirdly animated and emotional about the whole thing even though I know nothing about how the internet works. She must never know.
