Calls asking about roof insulation. (Repeatedly asking "what is the name of your company" makes them hang up [they pretend to be some body].) Calls show number if I dial 1471, but if I try block it (1572 option 1 with PlusNet), "unknown". Come on, @Ofcom. Make telcos block these

Tom Walker Media (@TomWoWPR) reported
If, as @EE claim, they’re the best mobile network in the country, I would hate to see the worst. Ever since I transferred over to them from Plusnet two or three years ago, I have had a succession of problems with them; the latest being the random cancellation of my sim,

John Reed (@johnreed222333) reported
So let’s be clear about @EE. They only guarantee the flow into the router. NOT the Wi-Fi signal, and Wi-Fi 6 covers less than Wi-Fi 5. When you change from plusnet to @EE no one explains this.
