@SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

@Plusnet The Plusnet mobile signal in our area (PO17) has disappeared since yesterday morning. Hubby is with EE and has the same issue. We had a good 4G signal until about 10am yesterday morning. Are there any issues? I cannot receive calls or texts!

@Plusnet My son couldn't work on Saturday for a few hours because the mobile network was down and he couldn't log on to his work account as a result. His employer says he needs to claim from you for his lost wages. How can he do this? Thanks.

@Plusnet got my broadband set up just over 14 day ago. My YouTube and Netflix is going very slow on my smart tv to the point I can watch anything and somtimes slow on my phone. It keeps buffering. Any tips?
