    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Victrix75 @plusnethelp @Plusnet More stressed than dealing with the known-lacklustre support from Plusnet? Switching ISPs is pretty trivial these days in the majority of cases if you do a like for like switch. Who I’d recommend depends on where you are etc, as there can be variations in good choices by area.

    @TalkTalk I find hard to believe that your website completely doesn't work, and that I'm unable to resign up via a third party website for a voucher. It's a shame that now the offer is only for a £70 voucher through no fault of my own 🙄 tempted to go with Plusnet now...

    @TerryClasper I totally agree with you about getting either a good or bad support person. Once I got a Plusnet support person who was asking me to do ridiculous things to verify that my problem was genuine. Well, the phone line was damaged and OpenReach had to come out and repair it.
