Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

Works for me after trying every other provider and getting crap signal. Bought a new (old stock premium phone) which works fast and comes with a 1yr guarantee. £7 v £25...???

    (@DJade8888) reported@Plusnet Hi. I was with three other friends, on various UK networks, and they had absolutely no problems with getting a 4G signal on roaming. Is the reason I only had 2G because Plusnet only has cheap contract agreements with German carriers?
