Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

            Oxfordshire, England@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Meanwhile, @Plusnet case worker missed a digit out on their department meaning contacting them was fruitless.

I have run through all the recommended steps to eliminate a problem on my end and the data info on the router shows that it is down to you so please fix it. DM with details sent.
