@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@Plusnet Why does your router broadcast a hidden SSID? I haven't set it up to do this and don't appear to be able to turn this "hidden network" off (unless I switch the router off obviously)

@Plusnet as compensation I’m only receiving £30 off my next bill. When literally all my work is on a standstill. They keep blaming openreach and openreach asks me to ask plusnet to resolve its pathetic and aren’t they liable to provide me service within 14 days ???

@Plusnet Got a new Hub Two router a month or two back, and having lots of issues lately with devices' connection to WiFi regularly dropping out (e.g. Google Home and TV). Any advice?
