@plusnethelp extremely poor customer service contacted for advice on how to lodge complaint call handler was abrupt, rude and obnoxious in manner to say the least. Quite concerning that plusnet customer service can claim that they are also part of the complaint team!! ?? really

@Plusnet your service is atrocious. You are untrustworthy and incompetent. I've been waiting for Internet for months, promise after promise broken. Even offers of money towards mobile data now retracted. What is going on? You need to look after your customers better!

@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet been a month waiting for my home move to be completed. 2 installation dates, nothing. I wish to cancel now!...I hope I can find a better provider with a better customer service. Has cost me a fortune buying extra data so my children can do their homework!!

I can do it on a per-device level where possible, but I'd much rather do it network-wide. I intend to eventually add my own DHCP server (I have an Ubiquiti network setup at home) and will then disable DHCP on the PlusNet Hub, but until then is there a way to change DNS there?
