@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@tandleman the problem is not Plusnet's, but Openreach. Do you know whether your neighbours get affected? If so I'd go direct to Openreach, they are responsible for the cable/line up to the property. Plusnet get access to the local exchange for your service.
