    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @ROWilliams2 So i phone @Plusnet up can't understand person on other end so they put me through to someone else they where taking to fast so after 35mins they say they will cancel it on 4th April hours later Email from @Plusnet saying I have 12 months contract I'm Dislexic

    what a f'ing joke @plusnet mobile is at times, @EE confirms they have an issue in my area and Plusnet use their network, they state they have no known issues in the area. Think it's time to move my contract to another provider... been a month now with basically no signal.

    @Plusnet my wife called to confirm activation date as this was not communicated in literature received. Adviser on phone was rude saying we should have known this. Not a good start Plusnet.
