Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

Craig Jump (@Craig_Jump) reportedHow is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of βdo as I say, not as I doβ β preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
