  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

Anyone have Virgin Media in their area for broadband? Thinking about switching from plusnet due to the underwhelming speeds I'm getting through their service (well lower than what was promised and will never get back to the higher speeds promised) Thoughts?

@Plusnet You said y’day that we wouldn’t loose our E-mail account for an error on your part - it happened without warning So suddenly no E-mail no way to notify anyone & so when new e-mail created- it is thought to be suspicious by CO’s as not notified by old e-mail address WTF

  • hannahfox83 Hannah Fox (@hannahfox83) reported

Can someone at @Plusnet tell me what is going on w/ my internet? Was supposed to be connected on 17th, it's now 21st, & still waiting. Apparently it's a BT Openreach issue, but nobody at @Plusnet can be bothered to tell me what's happening unless I ring them. So disappointed.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@akendolfr I'm also really sorry to hear you're having trouble with the broadband, I know how frustrating it can be when you're not too sure what's going off. You can DM me your username, I'd be more than happy to find out what's going off for you. -Curtis, Plusnet Sheff

hey @Plusnet my mother is paying you for broadband and BT for a landline, and wants to upgrade and switch to Plusnet entirely. Does she need to cancel BT first, or will that be completed as part of the upgrade via her account page?

Hi @Plusnet I was out of the UK for two and a half months, though I continued to pay my monthly sim payments. Having returned to the UK, my sim seems deactivated and cannot make calls or send texts. There’s nothing to indicate to deactivation on my account. Please help?
