@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@LeTwitteur @Plusnet According to the Express they are getting 500 calls every few minutes so it may take some time for them to get back to everyone. Awful for those with business emails, I'm less inconvenienced as mine is mostly personal or subscribed stuff.

@Plusnet after a panicky 30 mins trying to sort out my email, it turns out your servers have been down since yesterday. Nothing on your webpage. I feel sorry for the poor people manning your phone lines.

@Plusnet Given todays email outage, does that mean when back on line (hopefully by tomorrow?) any mail previously sent to me will still be received, or will they be lost somewhere in cyber space?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp As usual your connection and service are a steaming pile of dog ****.

@Plusnet the lack of any meaningful updates or any real explanation or expected return of service is pretty poor for a company of your size. I know I wouldn’t have got away with this level of (no) customer liaison during my working life as a MSP. Not good enough. #plusnetdown

@plusnet I wonder how many customers you're going to lose over this outage? Remember Blackberry?
