@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@Plusnet Complained mid Nov 2020 after being cut-off two weeks early before our move. Moved to our new address only to find the account hadn't been transferred. 1 month later connected for 3 hours before it all died! Complaint still not answered...

@AMaryHughes @Plusnet I’d try and cancel. You get 14 days I believe. I’m stuck with super fast broadband that keeps dropping 5-6 times daily. I’m currently trying to resolve but not having much joy at the moment and having to use my mobile data to allow my kids to work from home.

@bt_uk It's more I'm concerned BT engineers will have to run a line from the pavement/road to my house? (a few car lengths) Plusnet had to then gave up on it. Is this going to cause extra problems? TN24 0QA if you need to check.
