@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

So @Plusnet where is my splitter you sent a week and a half ago, oh and why am I paying for fibre when we don’t have fibre, the connection is crap yet we were told that we would have the same as before, sort this out

Switched mobile provider from @VodafoneUK to @Plusnet and couldn't be happier. Great customer service that doesn't require a 20 minute wait on hold and better still it's so much cheaper & More flexible for the same data etc. 👍
