    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @ThisJavier @SkyUK I’d scrap Sky, get internet via PlusNet (ive been with them for five years, zero problems) then tv via Disney+, Netflix, or Now, etc. so much cheaper than Sky.

    @Plusnet Is everything OK in the CB6 area with the mobile coverage? I've been getting no signal to at best a faint 3G (H+) since lunchtime.
