@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Any idea why my bill has gone from £28 to £43 to £52 in the course of two months? Not like your service got any more reliable, or quicker? I ask on here as have been on hold for over 15 minutes and not expecting to get an answer out of your phone team anytime soon.

  • Tom_C_Davies Tom C Davies (Agent of Shielding) (@Tom_C_Davies) reported

Original TrueSpeed install 17th April. PlusNet finishes 7th May. Final (Hopefully) TrueSpeed install around 17th May. Hot-spotting the crap out of my phone for a fortnight then. Bye Bye TV.

@Plusnet broadband ordered 21 Apr, due to be connected 15 May - that’s 24 days!! Apparently all I can do to speed it up is a £235 fee!! Not as advertised, and we need it for work. Plusnet what can you do to help?

  • its_me_simon_ Simon Hollands (@its_me_simon_) reported

@Plusnet why are you so rubbish at dealing with customers? My mum has been waiting for a compensation cheque from you for over a month. Awarding winning customer service? I think not! Our next step will be the ombudsman.
