@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet ,still waiting on a response! I have a very I’ll family member in hospital who is critical,I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages! If something terrible happens and I am not able to be connected I’m gonna be raging 😡 SORT IT OUT AND RESPOND NOW!

No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices

@Melon_R6 @virginmedia Yeah my ping went from 25 (on plusnet) to 50-70 with spikes up to 150. Outages every couple weeks, and when we call to try cancel they offer 5 percent off of an iPhone. They're dogshit
