@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@dresdeb @Plusnet Our Sky FTTC connection seemed to freak out yesterday and I was wondering if we'd be better off on another service. Think I'll stick with it for a while.

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

@Plusnet Hi. It’s exactly the same as it’s been for weeks and weeks. No signal or 1 bar. Took 5 goes to even make a call at all and it was hard to hear the other person. Phone has been updated and rebooted anyway and it’s no better.

  • dresdeb Beccy Dresden (@dresdeb) reported

@andrewmk The speedtest site I use says there are widespread problems at the moment with Sky broadband! I switched for price not speed, but I've had 4 or 5 broadband suppliers over the years and have *never* had problems like this. Don't know if it's the router or @Plusnet, but it's bad.

  • chubbychaserlee Lee (@chubbychaserlee) reported

@Plusnet Hello. An engineer came on Monday to fix the faulty broadband. It seems to be an issue again (slow). How can I get this resolved please?

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet Another month and more problems apart from the usual random resets by the hub, blocked packets constantly forcing speeds down to absolute rubbish levels. Hope you have a different type of hub, cause this hub is absolutely old rubbish.

  • abdullah_24610 Abdullah (@abdullah_24610) reported

@Plusnet Yes the wifi signal is terrible. What am I supposed to do about it though? I have an Wifi Extender in my room, right next to my computer but that doesn’t help. I connect it to my PC and it says “Secured, no internet”. It’s like the months go on and you guys decide to become worse

  • ThespectreAngel TheSpectreAngel (@ThespectreAngel) reported

@Plusnet what is going on with your 5ghz connections i can't use my computer at all and i'm getting no internet errors

  • loretype Loretype (@loretype) reported

@Plusnet getting really tired of unreliable internet after signing up with you guys at my new home. Had an outage for about half an hour now after intermittent issues all day

  • reesmf Matthew wears a mask (@reesmf) reported

I really do not understand @bt_uk; their Fibre 2 package is £33/month for new customers but an eye watering £58/month for existing customers. So I’ve become a new customer at @Plusnet instead.

  • UKHospKate Kate Nicholls (@UKHospKate) reported

@josh_hardie @virginmedia We had exactly the same problems for over a year - regular wifi drop out, system down for a few days with no explanation or assistance. After one too many challenges like yours and a similar response moved to Plusnet and no problems since then
