    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet I've seen there is a new improved router; The Hub 2. I've had issues with my connection on and off for over 18 months; am I not eligible to recieve this?

    @simonbg12 @Plusnet @Ofcom I switched to Virgin and had no amount of problems initially too. Seems to have settled down over the last few days but I'll see.

    It's the Ashes tonight, so tried to sign-up for BT Sport through Plusnet and apparently I'll be able to start watching... at some point in the next 24 hours. Why are streaming companies so so bad at streaming?
