Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chalgrove and nearby locations:

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

Thinking of switching from Sky to Plusnet for internet/landline. They were my ISP like 10 years ago (when I lived just down the road from their Sheffield HQ), and I had no problems then. Are they still good?

  • PatrickRabot7 Patrick Rabot (@PatrickRabot7) reported

@VodafoneUK I am trying to switch from TalkTalk and seems like I can't take my number which I've had for more than 20 years. its on the openreach network. if I try to sign up with Plusnet I can take my number. Why is it not possible with Vodafone

  • westhampete West Ham Pete (@westhampete) reported

@Plusnet please can you help. My Mbps speed has been dropping down to 2.0 mbps and disappearing completely before coming back to normal speed repeatedly for a couple of days now.

  • coffeesteve3 coffeesteve (@coffeesteve3) reported

@Plusnet you’ll find you will have better success rates with complaints if your stop letting untrained technical advisor ATTEMPT to deal with them. They should stick to attempting to fix things instead of playing office…#fail

  • thatsnotmycow Nogrod (@thatsnotmycow) reported

@LordManley Wow that is pricey. Look into plusnet, its basically BT’s discount service, it’s all the same network as BT and the same staff.

  • Seniormp Martin S (@Seniormp) reported

@Plusnet the email from you states "Delivery normally takes 1-2 days from notice of dispatch" no mention of 3 to 5 working days... we are all used to Amazon next day delivery so 3-5 "working days" is poor...

  • Reco_shop Reco (@Reco_shop) reported

@Plusnet Hi, can someone look into this urgently for me? Our domain has been incorrectly flagged as spam. We are sending important transactional emails to our customers and they are being rejected by your system. Our customer are getting frustrated but we can't contact them to help!

  • KerryEdees Kerry Edees (@KerryEdees) reported

@leeglasby @Plusnet No, #plusnet just don’t care. They used to be such a great company & even claimed in the adverts how they had such good customer service. Spoke to 3 different people today & not one has been any help. They’ve lost my loyalty I’m afraid & will soon lose my custom too!

  • capnhex Mark Hyde (@capnhex) reported

@Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Placed order with PlusNet 17th Jan. Had 3/4 visits from openreach all of whom found fault outside the property. Still waiting on someone to fix fault. No info from openreach since 7th Feb. No broadband since 17th Feb. OR0000014344304 Plusnet:221537689

@talkSPORT “Breaking news: Around Yorkshire PlusNet internet access has gone down. Everyone’s been Googling Jesse Marsch! Who is he?!” That’s relegation sorted then (Bob Bradley part 2)
