@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@ColSkye I'm with Plusnet atm. I'm switching to BT this week i was with BT for 10 years, very happy with the service, but I got fed up seeing great deals for new customers, but only price hikes for existing ones. 20thC Customer Retention Marketing hasn't reached @bt_uk yet

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

@Plusnet Why haven’t you advised your customers via social media, in The Vale of Glamorgan, Barry CF63 that the internet will be off for 60hrs. It went off this morning at 07:00hrs & an agent has advised that it “SHOULD” be on by 12/02/21. BAD, BAD SERVICE 😡😡😡 @plusnethelp
