    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @NOWHelpTeam Have placed an order via the website and will commence on 14th Nov, do you cancel our current cover to end on that day etc on our behalf? Current contract with Plusnet ends on 1st Nov.

    @Plusnet no phone! new mob acc 78082711 switch from EE happened today now no EE so left without Mobile phone service because I haven’t even received my Plusnet SIM yet!
