Plusnet Issues Reports Near Chalgrove, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chalgrove and nearby locations:

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BriefcaseMike Briefcase Michael (@BriefcaseMike) reported

@Hardennizen @Plusnet I was referring to Virgin cable TV. My broadband is with a different company so I don't lose that as well when Virgin goes down. Called not putting all your eggs in one unreliable basket.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@edwardlui Hey Edward Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. -Adam

  • 1884Rams Mac (@1884Rams) reported

@Plusnet is this account manned? I note the Plusnet Help account was last active in 2020?

  • markybrad Mark Bradbury (@markybrad) reported

@Shinybiscuit if the problem followed you from plusnet, probably rule out the issue being the isp, its going to be been you and the router (@beernouveau - try a cable, short term, if it improves, try powerline ethernet, cheap & worked for me) or the router and the exchange(line fault)

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported

@plusnethelp Well, that sucks for vulnerable people doesn't it? Still, I expect Plusnet gets its cut of the Premium Rate call fee, so they're alright...

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported

@plusnethelp I'm sorry Plusnet isn't able to offer any more support too. However, it can change its policy to Opt In. Please feed this back to managers. Thank you.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@rayjburnside Hi Ray, my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Plusnet Protect is a free value added service, however there are wide choice of alternative anti-virus programs which you can use. -Tony

  • lij1987 Laurence Josephson (@lij1987) reported

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.

  • Bohemiangirl DoctorBohemiangirl (@Bohemiangirl) reported

@rhodri Call Plusnet And cancel the other one.

  • AlanKelloggs Louis Barfe (@AlanKelloggs) reported

@Shinybiscuit I've never had TalkTalk because I've heard the service is superficially attractive, but they cut corners like mad. I'm very wary of ISPs that seem to promise the moon for not much money. I'm back with Plusnet now after a few years away.
