Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch π
