@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Avoid @Plusnet if you want internet. We've been having probs since start and now zero internet for two days but compensation only kicks in after 3 days no internet. If I want to cancel the useless contract, it will cost me £180! What a joke! #technology

@JakDahlia Yh, had TalkTalk a few years ago. Internet stopped working after a year and they wouldn't do anything about it so went to plusnet, no problems with them.
