@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@dougie1805 Hi Dougie, I'm so sorry about this, it's not a good start at all. I can see we've credited you to help with a contingency, please DM us if there's anything more we can do. I'd recommend deleting your previous tweet as it contains personal account info. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

.@Plusnet Never seen such an incompetent company. Called today, in order to cancel my account on the 25th August, they then proceeded to cancel it today. They now claim they can not do anything to solve this issue. Incompetent and Extremely poor service.

@Plusnet Honestly Emma, It's a catalogue of errors left right and centre and then made worse with awful customer service. It's been escalated.

@ConstableChaos Even Sky aren't perfect, I went with them 4 months ago after ditching Plusnet (thanks to their annoyingly **** customer service drones), requested to keep the existing landline number, and they gave me a new one, which I recently had to change again.

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet We've pushed them on it and they can't come up with any explanation (also why they keep creating phantom support tickets, but that's a whole other thing). New router, line test after line test, OpenReach engineer etc. Just waiting to move house to switch ISP.

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet I get this too, on my otherwise excellent and reliable PN 80/20 service. But of course the bit that's dropping out isn't PN at all - it's BT Openreach's exchange-to-cabinet-to-home stuff. I suspect you'd get exactly the same with any other provider using the same BTOR last-mile.
