@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet trying to sign up for a SIM with you, keep getting a “something went wrong” 500 error after filling in details. Is it because my PAC is from BT who are the same network as you guys?

@sil This is true... Ironically I chose PlusNet as mine because they're owned by BT, as is EE now, so I'm hoping (probably rather naively) that if there's a problem they'll be able to deal with it a little better since it's all "internal"!
