@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@OpenreachHelp No I reported it on Wednesday and have rung plusnet multiple times, been given lots of fix by times which haven’t happened and they are saying open reach have a hardware issue with part on order. I’m assuming at the exchange.

@Michi_Midge Is this for television? We got rid of Sky Years ago as we realised what we watched was mostly available on Freesat and Freeview. We’ve never had wifi through them, we have Plusnet.

@jimblimey Why not Plusnet? Mobile is ok and cheap, no problems so far. Broadband was a disaster though, so bad we paid the 'penalty' just to get away from them.

@Plusnet we moved in to our new home on the 1st September and still no internet!! Groundsmen came and laid a new fibre line but didn’t use any protection around the cable so the cable was broken. 4 months have gone by and nothing!! Very disappointing 👎🏻

@Plusnet we've now had an email (not acknowledging yesterday's missed appointment) but giving us a new appointment date that we're unable to do and threatning a £65 charge if the property is inaccessible. You're not off to a very good start for customer service.

@Plusnet such a shame you don't treat your staff like you do your customers. Conning people to join Early Life.
