    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

    @Mandoline_Blue Plusnet - depending on how much g you need. I hate phones so I'm on about, actually I've forgotten, but must be 2 or 3 g and I pay no more than 6.50 a month. Never had issues with connectivity although they borrow from EE

    @Plusnet i need you to switch my internet back on asap, it's been off since 8 this morning! i've sent you a message, please reply back asap @Plusnet it's a discusting service with these providers, stay away from them!

  • VHAM2020 Virginie Hamill (@VHAM2020) reported

    @MartinSLewis The extremely poor (i.e. non-existent) customer service and support is too high a price to pay for 'cheap' broadband. Try John Lewis and Plusnet instead!

  • webbybloke Neil Webb (@webbybloke) reported

    @Plusnet Hello. I DM'd back, but not heard anything. The signal here in CH47 is most definitely degraded from a week or so ago. Mobile data performance in the town is also poor. You need to sort this or I will have to use an alternative network.

  • Psymonkee Simon Paulton (@Psymonkee) reported

    @Plusnet There was some work carried out on Monday at the cabinet I think which seems to have resolved things for now. I'll let you know if there are further issues.

  • cmclean_cm Charlotte McLean (@cmclean_cm) reported

    @Plusnet Sure, and really appreciate you trying to help. Which address do I DM?

  • samantha_annh Samantha (@samantha_annh) reported

    @Plusnet really not happy that we have taken time off work for an engineer to come, warned about a cancellation fee if we couldn’t make it, only to be told we never needed one in the first place?

  • grandadknows andrew whaley-coates (@grandadknows) reported

    @Plusnet I would like to give notice of my wish to cancel my service, with Plusnet. I no longer require a home phone (not used for 18month+), and the £41/mth can be better spent. Your advice would be welcomed.

  • iamduncan Duncan Mellor (@iamduncan) reported

    @Plusnet any chance of making the Internet work properly it's been at best poor since Monday.
