@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?

@Plusnet My elderly parents are now 11 days without a landline. No assistance from customer support (3 phone calls one DM). Very poor
