@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hi. I keep getting emails from you indicating that our email mailboxes are approaching, or now over, 1GB. But when we log in (to Webmail - terrible interface btw) we can’t see any emails that need deleting. The email instructions make no sense. Please advise.

@plusnet Hi, I have my Plusnet Hub Two successfully connected using a double socket (without the supplied filter). I want to move the router to another room that has a single socket. But when I use the supplied filter the modem doesn't connect. No phones are connected. Help?
