@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet It’s not always about price. Alas Plusnet has become the same as the others, onboard as many new customers as you can with “cheap” deals but fail to look after existing customers. A symptom of short term profits demanded by shareholders.

@plusnet joined up this week and so far it’s terrible!!! No response from support and terrible performance. Have I made a mistake
