Plusnet Issues Reports Near Chalgrove, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Chalgrove and nearby locations:

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • wondravanian Wondra Vanian (@wondravanian) reported

Explained that I'm being harassed by @Plusnet because my billing date got changed by mistake but they won't change it back - meaning I get threatening messages constantly and keep getting my service restricted. I'm just supposed to deal with it for another two months. 😡

  • ashlealou ashlea roberts (@ashlealou) reported

@Plusnet after very unsuccessfully trying to sort out a mobile issue with your customer service team I am very unhappy please can you assist me to resolve this.

  • Tigercatgirl RSG (@Tigercatgirl) reported

Seriously thought about swapping from @Plusnet this year but decided to give it a final go. Disappointed to see the March price increases even if it is in the small print. An extra @£3.50 a month doesn’t make the service competitive. Stung for a phoneline I can’t even use!

  • Jacob97106277 Jacob (@Jacob97106277) reported

@Plusnet Sort the prices out lads. How's it fair for WiFi to increase by £6 then a few month later increase by the same amount? Meanwhile new customers get it for £22. You never mention prices rise until a couple of days before and try make me pay £100+ to cancel my WiFi. Jeezy peeps man

  • southsideraven_ Amy (@southsideraven_) reported

@Plusnet Do you have an internet outage cause my wifi comes cutting off & on? I’ve do the whole turn off & on

  • petehawk Pete Hawkins (@petehawk) reported

@Plusnet Usually companies do something when they make request in this fashion. So far, nothing heard privately from @Plusnet. Your customer service is beginning to match your broadband service.

  • vcarroll100 Vicky Carroll (@vcarroll100) reported

Correction, call to @Plusnet customer service to cancel was January 30 at 1456hrs, told an email would be sent to confirm it, and a final bill to follow, with service ending 14 days after notification. Really hope I'm not still being charged, especially at those horrific prices..

  • Ravendite4 Gemma Surrage (@Ravendite4) reported

@Plusnet Any idea when the mobile signal will be restored in AB53. I know its an issue with EE's end. Lot's of people off power and have no mobile signal so cut off

  • robert_addison Robert Addison (@robert_addison) reported

@Plusnet Hi there, my totalise email account with you has been hacked so need help to get back in control of my account please?

  • vcarroll100 Vicky Carroll (@vcarroll100) reported

Weird PR / comms decision for @Plusnet to remove their customer service email option, have telephone support restricted to office hours, and encourage disgruntled customers trying to leave their overpriced awful service to "contact them" (?) in public on Twitter instead! 🤷
