@Plusnet your fibre sucks.Disconnects at least every 20mins and doesn't reconnect automatically hence all my 4G data gone.#crap

@Plusnet With you for my mobile phone, but currently with TalkTalk for landline, internet and basic TV package. If I switch to you for landline and internet, will you cancel the TV with TalkTalk for me or will I have to do it myself?

@Plusnet Oh thanks but we’ve had numerous times when you’ve tried to help but our broadband STILL drops out randomly every day. My wife is an NHS Director working from home & so we just can’t afford to have such drops in service
