Day 5 of no internet. 2 days of work pay lost. @Plusnet keep passing the blame to Openreach, who said they are unable to find the root of the cause. Due to failure to provide the service we are paying for we will be leaving without paying the leaving fee. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

@Plusnet what is the point in sending a link to update a support ticket if the link is incorrect? Or is that the plan, zero tickets equal zero problems? 92 year old mother relies on internet connection which is intermittent as she is deaf so cannot call.
