@Plusnet 2/ last month you charged me 22.99- this month you want 129 and have cut me off within 4 hrs of protesting this -these aren’t call@charges-this is mediocre broadband provision -your computer is broken

@Plusnet router connected, blue light on, hub is fine, but can't access any websites. Phone won't connect either just says 'Sign into Plusnet'. Problems all day with it dropping out but nothing at all now. Dorset DT9

@Plusnet Having to reboot my router 3 or 4 times a day, I keep getting disconnected and the router shows red light. Never had this issue with EE.
