@Plusnet Could someone maybe help me with what's going on instead of sending texts constantly delaying my order, or is online chat only for new customers so you can get more money?

@O2..... I still can't get through to anyone. I'm paying for a service I can't use. I'm going to exercise my right to terminate the Contract early. I never had bad service like this from @Plusnet. I think I'll go back to them!

@Plusnet The level of customer service is so low my expectations are that I will never speak to one of the customer services who can give a honest answer. That is after waiting 50 mins trying to get through.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. About to move to you on 10/12 for a full fibre line for business but you’ve told plusnet to cease service 6/12. So no service for 5 days and I’m a business customer. 2 hours wasted and manager will call in 48 hours - how as won’t have a service?

Disappointed with @Plusnet . In the absence of online chat, they tell you to direct message them on twitter. 2 messages about lack of mobile signal at our new home sent over 2 days.... Nothing 😡

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet Most modern phones support voice over wifi so signal boosters are getting a bit old hat as the phone will switch to using the wifi it's attached to instead.
