@napoleondynorod @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Tried a couple but problem is it's happening so late at night most of the neighbourhood will be asleep anyway. Same reason Openreach haven't sent an engineer when it's actually happening.

  • Ozzable ozzamandias ⚜🏳️‍🌈 (@Ozzable) reported

Really disappointing that i've been a @Plusnet customer for less than 2 months and my bill is now going up £3.60 🫤 i understand that prices rise but i might as well have stayed with my old provider. I didn't even get my fibre connected until 25th Jan so i've used it a month.

  • Jamsie Jamsie (@Jamsie) reported

@Digital_MW Evening gorgeous, you got any opinions on virtual network owners (tesco / Plusnet / VOXI) running on the main operators networks (o2/EE/Voda) they offer MUCH cheaper monthly rates with more data compared to the actual network owners.

  • MarkMillarx889 Millar Millar (@MarkMillarx889) reported

@Plusnet I can't see how you can request payment when a service has not even been provided one day during the contract.

  • UKSaulGoodman 💙💛Saul Goodman 🇬🇧 (@UKSaulGoodman) reported

@mrbrady72 @Plusnet Apparently they need our money to “invest in the network” because £1.9Bn profit along with a £5Bn subsidy from the government for network improvement “wasn’t quite enough” I’m sick of their 💩 and might just pay to get out of the contract. @Plusnet you can choke on your profit!

  • CatClar54244202 Cat Clark (@CatClar54244202) reported

@ultraman_ginger @scribbles78 Another vote for Plusnet. Been with them 2.5 years and only had to contact them once to sign up to a new contract. I work from home and never have WiFi issues

  • danieljmckee Dan! McKee - housewives favourite (@danieljmckee) reported

@RodHardpan I can’t recommend one but I’d avoid plusnet. Everybody I know with them in the greater Manchester area is having problems with the signal just cutting out

  • trevormwilson Trevor Wilson (@trevormwilson) reported

@VickyGrut @virginmedia I did manage it a couple of years ago when we switched to Plusnet (much better IMO). I had to get fairly foreful and tell them it was my right to cancel.

  • stayingaliveuk Michael de Groot (@stayingaliveuk) reported

@RobertHanna_eth @giffgaff for mobile and @Plusnet for internet. GiffGaff are not increasing prices for the whole year and use O2 network, regrettably Plusnet have recently.

  • Jaundice66 Janice Barrett (@Jaundice66) reported

@Plusnet Utterly insane service. The only way to cancel your contract is by PHONE in this day & age??!!! coz of security???? So no one could impersonate me on the phone but they could use the same security details to do so online so that’s “unsafe”. V rude too! Good riddance
