@MelanieHenwood @Visa @Plusnet Ahh you’ll have to speak to your service provider and get the service stopped. Let Action Fraud know. And record a message on your phone saying the number has been spoofed. Get new number - tell all your friends the new number. 👍

@HowardKitson2 @frogyuk Plusnet uses the EE network and had the same owner (BT). I don't believe them!
