@Plusnet constant disconnects 5-6 times today at least, incredibly slow speeds when it is working, nothing seems to fix the issue as after around an hour it just goes back to flashing orange again

@BibiLynch @Plusnet @VodafoneUK Yeah we kept blaming our poor old devices for how **** our Internet was, when it was Plusnet all along. They're just a bit **** and not worth the couple of quid a month saving.

@Plusnet My broadband service with you is due to start today. My old supplier cut me off at 00:10 this morning & they say the switch on from you should have happened immediately after, but 9 hours later I’m still waiting for confirmation from you that I should switch on your router…

@teamjohntee @Plusnet Terrible service right!! This is the 2nd time they have done it to me. I got onto citizens advice bureau and they said they are in breach of contract as they have twice denied me the adequate amount of time to pay my bill. Get onto someone about it so they can't get away with it.
