@JamesStant @bt_uk I used Plusnet since they took over Metronet in 2005 and although under the BT brand once again they operated as a separate company, I never had any issues with them. Customer Service on the few times I needed it was excellent. I only left because I ca only have fibre from Virgin

@Plusnet Sure. Love the business model: i) Take customer's money. ii) Fail to provide service. iii) Make customer jump through hoops to cancel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

@DjelliBelli I have plusnet (went initially with the SUPER cheap option) but with more wfh I upped it to the fibre option. They were really good with me, I did have a few teething problems at first but they came out, sorted it, put new cabling in and checked the exchange and everything!

@Plusnet I am a PlusNet customer & my phoneline is giving me issues. My neighbours phones are now coming on my number 02085785321. I don't know where my phoneline is going as when I ring my home number with my mobile it doesn't ring my number. Please check & fix. Thanks.

@Plusnet Hi, we are switching broadband supplier from Plusnet to Vodafone, starting from Nov 5th. Do we need to cancel our Plusnet deal or will Vodafone do this themselves?
