Warning to all @Plusnet customers. Check your monthly bill when it arrives. Just checked mine and they had overcharged me by £10.10. If I had not raised it with them they would have taken the money. Could not explain why this had happened. That’s poor.

@Plusnet up to now I have been a satisfied customer. In February I notified you that I was moving house on 31 March. I wfh. I am being told I need to wait until 21 April for broadband in my new property. Do I need to switch provider or are you able to provide a better service?
