@Plusnet My new SIM can't access your data network. I've called support, I tried to manually connect to your network and that failed so tried to enter the APN details I can't, it appears to be disallowed. Not great start, thinking of going already.

@proceeeding Plusnet last time I was with them had Yorkshire based customer service which was an actual godsend. There are benefits to BT considering their relationship with Openreach but maybe swerve Sky and Talk Talk

@Plusnet I already did. 10 months ago, over and over again, when the problems first started (2 weeks in to my contract) funnily enough now that I’m close to leaving someone has replied. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will be recommending against using Plusnet.

@a516digital Plusnet came into my life twice a few years ago. Personally found their internet incredibly poor so switched to Sky and never looked back. Sympathy for the employees losing their jobs, however
