    @Plusnet are absolute crap. My download speed is 6mbps. In comparison, the guys I'm chatting to are at 100 and 50 respectfully.

    What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    Might go to @HeyBroadband now for #FTTP as the only thing tying me to @Plusnet was the good value BT Sport subscription and #IPTV service.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Plusnet has gone down and just completely stopped working on what has been the absolute worst and most stressful day possible for me. My mam just sent me a "please call me when you get this message" text but I can't coz I rely on WiFi calling in this house

    @Plusnet I had to cancel some appointments this morning and come into the office to work in order to make my afternoon commitments so it's been a huge inconvenience. I understand these things happen but it was made worse by the lack of communication. I hope when I get home it's working.
