@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Has anyone pointed out to @Plusnet that including a step that requires you to have a phone to plug into a phone line to diagnose broadband issues in today’s world where everyone just uses mobiles is fundamentally flawed…

  • KerrDL33 kerry loach (@KerrDL33) reported

@Plusnet Well my broadband speed had dropped from 20mbs + down to less than 2mbs for about 2 weeks now. I used the help assistant on plusnets homepage which they responded telling me to disconnect and reconnect through the router settings which did nothing.

@Plusnet And yet you keep putting barriers in my way and NOT listening to your disabled customers. Your one-size approach does NOT fit all. Apologies are hollow if you aren't listening to your disabled customer's needs. Had enough of this, it's upsetting.

@Plusnet Is the Internet down in NG9 area?

  • kateweb Kate W (@kateweb) reported

@Plusnet Hi - my broadband's gone off (orange light replacing the blue on my router and WiFi not working) for the second time today; this also happened at least twice yesterday, meaning I couldn't watch or use the internet. Disappointed that Plusnet's service isn't more reliable.
