    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I’m on the phone (after being on hold for 45 mins) with one of your tech agents who just said “he dunno how to fix it” we have no internet and haven’t since last night. He is refusing to pass me on to someone else to try and help. This isn’t good. Pls help

    @plusnethelp Hi @plusnet. I transferred my phone and broadband to you guys today. My phone line is up and running but my broadband isn't and I'm trying to work from home. I've tried yr customer service line but they are busy and won't accept calls 😒😒

    @Plusnet Brilliant customer service Not, you send me an email after you close so I can't speak to anyone and then on the first day you restrict me from certain things via my broadband, i can't even have the option to unrestrict myself as no I'm not ready to pay yet option again,

    @plusnethelp @DaveMitchison Same here, and I’m a new customer, only joined plusnet on the 2nd of December. Every day it’s dropping out at least 3 times, last night it dropped out 7 times in the space of an hour! (World record). I am currently on hold with plusnet as I type. Almost 20 mins. Not good!

    @plusnethelp Hi, What is the actual process of transferring from my family members plusnet to a new fibre broadband I signed up for for the same address! I keep getting told different things and that he can’t cancel his otherwise during the transition we won’t have any internet!

    @plusnethelp Have signed up with plusnet. u/n: jamesbryce. I believe current provider (Sky) is disconnected once your service is running. However, the Sky service was set up by my daughter, Hester Owenhill, same address & phone number. Your advice please. James Hill.

    @Plusnet I’m a new customer who has been trying to get through to you most of the day as my internet is down and I’ve held for over 20 minutes on several occasions only to be cut off! To make matters worse, your live chat is down!

    @plusnethelp Hello plusnet. I had an open issue about this, which you acknowledged I've had my broadband plugged into the test socket as asked to for over a month, and no more comms from you?! What's happening?
