  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

  • BeingEngland english (@BeingEngland) reported from Kennington, England

@DANIELJAMESREC Great idea. Unfortunately my provider @Plusnet doesn't support short text numbers.

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GreyAlien Jake Birkett - Veteran Indie (@GreyAlien) reported

Calling Plusnet business support because weirdly when I submitted an online ticket they said "We’re sorry, but you can no longer raise a query via this method and as such this message will not be responded to." Thought they'd prefer that method to making a phone call. It's 2021!

  • Fibresurf FIBRESURF. REAL HONEST BROADBAND FROM DEVON (@Fibresurf) reported

@MarcAllera @bt_uk When is Plusnet going to take me to court? 2 debt collectors and various threats and still nothing! PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT! My defense is less than a minute long so case will be very quick! Cant wait to hear what bullshit excuse you come out with for no service for 2+ years???

  • Kershmusiccom mike kershaw (@Kershmusiccom) reported

@plusnethelp It’s ok. We are leaving Plusnet. Just terrible

  • mikeasharp Mike Sharp (@mikeasharp) reported

@Plusnet on hold to your business support line for 23 minutes and no one has answered yet. is it something to do with me dialling the business number followed by the number saying I want to leave? I go to the back of the queue?

  • ben_lister Ben Lister (@ben_lister) reported

Plusnet: Hi Ben, sorry for the delay in replying to you. Unfortunately cancellation is one of the few things we can't support with via this support channel. I see you have already tried but I'd recommend giving our Cancellations Team another call.

  • CardinalBiggle2 Cardinal Biggles McFerryFace #FBPE 3.5% 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@CardinalBiggle2) reported

@Plusnet Do you have a message facility on here? I've been unable to get through to your support by phone for over a week, and there's a problem with my Broadband. I think Plusnet have made an error on my account. Please advise

  • HoneymanLucy Lucy Honeyman (@HoneymanLucy) reported

@MartinSLewis please can anyone help me with my rights to compensation? Plusnet have kept me completely offline for over 2 weeks and still no fix to my broadband. Please help me!!

  • UreshP Uresh Perera (UP) (@UreshP) reported

@letsplayftse Most fiber providers use BT's Openreach network, including BT itself, Sky, TalkTalk, Plusnet, and EE. So eventual control lies with BT.
