@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@chalkeblue @Plusnet @BritishTelecom I can’t wait for my contract to be up. The most appalling international service ever. I’m just glad I didn’t give up my Virgin contract until I saw how Plusnet performed. Now as regards Plusnet, I’m simply doing the equivalent of burning five fivers in the stove every month.

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply. That link seems broken so I can’t see the rest of your reply. Other MVNO’s used in my family eg @SMARTYMobileUK and @virginmedia seem to be able to implement it?

The fact I have to connect to data in own home that's how bad @Plusnet is keeps going orange now and then especially every night. Plus I keep having click on and off on WiFi setting on phone. Swipe down press it. So bad. But apparently going cost £75 if its to do with indoor 😩

@Plusnet Done it. I was told that this is being investigated by one of your colleagues earlier this morning. However, I have not received a call back yet. I also raised a complaint about a week ago and was told someone would contact me within five days. This didn’t happen either.

@Plusnet Why do I not receive any bill information until when the bill is overdue? I've only been with you two months and between poor Internet coverage and this I'm getting very fed up.

@Plusnet yes I cancelled my direct debit because my internet has not been working for five days. The muppets on your tech supports told me it was my rehome causing the problem. After disconnecting the phone they then said it was a faulty router and sent me a new one the next day

And the fact if it's internal got to pay 75. Bad enough gotta pay up to 30 a month for it to crash. And peoples still got issues after new routers. Etc. Plusnet is a aldi version of a shop. Cheap! Need to go over to @bt_uk Or @SkyUK

@B055BAW @Plusnet To be fair they’ve been brilliant trying to sort the issues out, can’t fault them for that.

DON’T sign up to @Plusnet broadband online. They advertise that you get a MasterCard as a reward, but this is not true. They have since told me that you must sign up over the phone to get the deal. This was not advertised. Complaint to Ombudsman Service on its way @plusnethelp
