Plusnet Issues Reports Near Oxford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Oxford and nearby locations:

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • MilsDay Millie Day (@MilsDay) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi. I really need help with an issue and have been ringing and ringing with no answer. Can you message me on here and help at all?

  • jonathanoakes1 jonathan oakes (@jonathanoakes1) reported

@OpenreachHelp my gif gaff and plusnet are both not working- haven’t been for 36 hours. Status says a telephone mast is not working- any idea when it will be fixed? I’m in Reading

  • toriaoria1 OriaLoriaToria (@toriaoria1) reported

@plusnethelp 3rd day of no internet AND a customer helpline telling me to “call back tomorrow”!! Totally unacceptable @plusnet. Speed tests showing a maximum of 0.20 when router intermittently decides to “activate”. Yes, tried switching to different channels etc. Shocking!

  • meenbeenmacheen adam (@meenbeenmacheen) reported

imagine paying like £23 for fibre optic and you cant even buffer 1 stream properly @Plusnet 😩 what ********

  • CybernatStoker Stoker (@CybernatStoker) reported

They used to be a brilliant service but if i was you i'd seriously consider paying that little bit extra for a better service that offers money back if they fail to deliver. So if you're thinking about setting-up or changing suppliers i'd be very weary of Plusnet. Your choice! 🤨

  • JulieR_1964 Julie Roberts (@JulieR_1964) reported

@Plusnet not working again!!!! Phones won't re fresh. Teams won't connect. Laptop loses connection. One shocking business service not fit for purpose.

  • LouiseStoddard5 Louise Stoddard (@LouiseStoddard5) reported

@plusnethelp 45minutes trying to speak to someone! Called beginning of last week as got no phone line& signal. My son has also missed out on schooling. Man said in the week it should be on today but nothing! I will be leaving plusnet. Awful customer service!!!

  • kingstongarrick @kingstongarrick (@kingstongarrick) reported

@LeoKearse Corbyn proposed a free-to-use national broadband service available through the Post Office. He wasn't going to nationalise any existing providers. So anyone could get online, and you would still have had Plusnet around, if you preferred to use that instead. This one needs work.

  • jwelf Jo Welford (@jwelf) reported

Oh also @Plusnet just remembered I’m still waiting for the engineer call within 72 hours I was promised when I reported a fault in November. Gave up calling back about this as was spending so long on hold. How bad are other providers to be offering worse customer service?

  • dacook42 Darren Cook 💙 (@dacook42) reported

@plusnethelp do plusnet make reporting a fault as difficult as possible on purpose? Internet chat doesn't work, on hold for 30 mins, no easy way for members to report fault and no acknowledgement that there's an issue. #plusnet
