  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@Plusnet Hmm no, it's the net connection, not email. Seems the landline is down too. We'll give you a call

@Plusnet @kiteyw It's not 'some' customers. Hopefully, this will be an opportunity for @Plusnet to acknowledge that the mailservers have been broken for months or years, and upgrade them at last.

@Plusnet That's a lovely generic response but your service status hasn't been updated for 2 hours!

  • pong_mcpanda cp (@pong_mcpanda) reported

@MorrisJonathan @Plusnet @kiteyw Agree. Everything smells like #hacking here with customer services instructed to give all enquiries the brick wall treatment.

  • chris_reckons Chris Reckons (@chris_reckons) reported

@Plusnet I accept that it is a trying time and that you are working hard to rectify the email problem BUT when you say that the next update will be at noon and it’s now 12:42 and it hasn’t been updated, can you understand how frustration builds?

  • Disco_Asa AJ (@Disco_Asa) reported
