@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@MoneySavingExp Do not use Plusnet. They've left me for over a week with no number, data, texts because they have porting issues. They've known since 12 April yet are still selling them.
