@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet I signed up for a further 18 months, you offered to send me a new homehub and then bill me for sending it? No mention of this when we ran through charges. Am not a happy customer.

@Plusnet i will note, i do not require a super fast speed here, only stable latency - im trying to play a game and this fluctuation makes it borderline unplayable, seriously considering forking the extra money and moving back to BT, never had this problem before

@keldaaa I’m with plusnet been with them for years great service and under £30 a month. Also there is now Zoom that lm told is a good one fibre broadband also under £30

@Plusnet so over 8 months ago you promised me an £18 refund, i am still waiting then you try to blackmail me into saying you will put that on hold until my problems with broadband are resolved They are still unresolved as are my landline issues! pleased my contract is up soon
