  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

Over 3 days with no Business Broadband from @plusnet. Nobody seems to be taking ownership of the problem. This is really poor customer service.

  • JontyPearce Jonty Pearce (@JontyPearce) reported

@Plusnet The link latest update says 7:16am, Thursday 3 Jun 2021 Question is now off hold. Our Support Team will provide a further update soon. An update would be nice.

  • Gil_Bertino Gilbert (@Gil_Bertino) reported

@Plusnet 3 months and 4 engineer visits to resolve an ongoing broadband fault, and its returned. Can I get an escalation? Can I get a senior engineer? Can I speak to someone senior? No, no and (what a surpirse) no. By far the worst organisation and service I've ever encountered.

  • paulm19822012 Paul McGee M0WNU (@paulm19822012) reported from Richmond, England

A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

  • martypitts12 marty pitts (@martypitts12) reported

@Plusnet I want to cancel terrible service

Literally pay £18.99 for plusnet a month to use all my 4G data because it doesnt work anywhere in the house

  • ivywindows Richard Longden (@ivywindows) reported

@Plusnet very disappointed with Plusnet, will be leaving this service as soon as my contract is up, very poor customer service, waiting more than 6 months for my reward card, no one is bothered, it’s all talk talk.

  • Arvin47370853 Arvin (@Arvin47370853) reported

@Plusnet Hello there. I have had the worst, most unprofessional, disorganised experience with your company for nearly a month now. I have had to hold your hand through this whole thing. It's like I'm working to provide you a good service, not the other way round. Why is this?
