@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet When it was installed (as a brand new line) by bt it always had interference. They said it was a problem with the distribution box. That it had been fixed. Some days it is crystal clear. Some days it is not. It was installed not long before I signed the initial Contract

@Plusnet Keep complaining about coverage in Kinross .we know BT outreach is part of problem as you rent line from them but maybe if you sent us an up to date WiFi hub it may help ?
