    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @ShellEnergyHome @Plusnet Is there any way I can come out of the contract? I'm not getting a decent wifi signal in the house, we use data on our phones. The tablet and amazon stick is linked via ethernet cable. I'm not getting what I'm paying for. There's obviously an issue, it could be the router?

    So @Plusnet is down yet again, this time it has been all night and it’s still down ... not to mention the close to 15 times it’s dropped in the past week ... really?!
