    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    Alternatively, a request to cancel the service can also be sent via post to: Plusnet plc ... S1 2GU. It is recommended that for your own peace of mind, any letter containing a cancellation request for cease of service is sent by recorded delivery.

    @plusnethelp Had a phone call yesterday from a nice @plusnet man, apologising for the delay and promising an engineer would fix the phone line by noon today without needing access to the house. Fingers crossed. 😎

    Must compliment @unocomm on my broadband switch. Conducted with no issues and an immediate improvement in performance over @Plusnet. Looks like the issues they couldn’t locate were their own - their “award winning” service was truly dire!

    @Plusnet not impressed with my coverage. I lose internet and have to reset (light flashing)all the time. I didn't have this with my previous provider. I'm a central urban household. My wifi shouldn't be this bad. I need you to sort it please.

    @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach The single worst business in the world. How has it taken 1 month for your engineers to fix a fault, that no one knows what it is. We have cancelled 1 broadband contract already and having the exact same issues with @Plusnet.

    Well @Plusnet is off to a great start. "We're going to transfer your service several days later than you asked for, oh and also you're keeping the landline number you didn't want to keep".

    @Plusnet , I have sent a DM and haven’t received a reply , I have continually tried to call you , couldn’t get through . You have took 2 x payments from my elderly fathers account but not set up a broadband account , can you look into this appalling service please .

    @plusnethelp Hi there my PlusNet service is running slow and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the phone line. Does Plusnet send out replacement routers? As I think that's what the problem might be
