    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    @Plusnet It's now 6 hours since the last update and 4:30PM So this update is late. Still not working properly. So we have now been off line for 38 hours !!!

    @Plusnet Although I have been receiving emails sent to me today, I have still not received any emails which were sent to me between 08.33 and 19.01 yesterday. I am also still not able to send emails. The problem is not resolved.

    @Plusnet Hi, I can download email, but they are coming through intermittently, but cannot send any mails. Is this still being fixed - an update would help.

    @Plusnet Just been informed that Plusnet are no longer happy to support my Fibre to the Premises and that I should move to BT when my contract runs out in January. Thanks Plusnet, I really feel valued as a customer.

    Plusnet Email still not working properly. Supposed to be fixed this morning Thursday, after no service on Wednesday. Delivery of incoming messages is pathetically slow. Get on with fixing it!

    @Plusnet Freenetname accounts still not working properly. Cannot access webmail or send emails. Receiving emails occasionally, usually in small batches.
