@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hi guys. I signed up a while ago and was paying 26.99 per month for my internet. However I am never receiving promised speed, and yet my bill has just been upped to £43.50 per month. How can we get this back down to the 20s? I am a single person, this is too much money!

@Plusnet This is absolutely insane and no service what so ever. How is this possible, mistake after mistake. Closing account, leaving me without Internet for 2 weeks and then £260 taken from my back account. All this without informing me or my consent? 4/4

My wifi is at 2004 dialup speeds, and before I can access tech support from Plusnet, I must: - Plug in a landline phone (which I do not have, it's 2021) - Plug in a different router (why would I have 2 routers? ) - Connect to a test socket (again, do not have this)
