There is a 'known issue' but they are unable to say what or how long it will continue. I am unable to receive or send 2 factor code verifications for security etc etc

It is becoming pretty urgent that we are able to make and receive mobile calls and are going to have to go PAYG with another provider.

It's all good & well Plusnet bragging about good cus serv but that's irelevant when you have to ring them every month & they still don't fix the problem. Bloody frustrating.
