@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hello! I'm very sadly needing to cancel my service to switch provider to cable (youknowwho). Am gutted to switch but it's a matter of speed in my area unfortunately. Can I cancel online as couldn't get through on phone?

@Plusnet My life would be easier if openreach wasn’t prehistoric and allowed you to connect my service in less than 10 working days! Considering they have just ceased the previous owners Plusnet service on the same line, you’d think they’d be able to connect mine at the same time 🙄
