@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@VictoriaPeckham @Plusnet I recommend Fastmail. You pay a small amount per year but they will never mess you about like that. And then you can switch internet providers without having to change your email address.

@plusnet I've signed up for your broadband and now trying to switch my mobile to you, but online form keeps telling me that I'm not a broadband customer of yours, despite inputting correct account details. Any ideas?

Hi @plusnet…have you tried unplugging the server and plugging it back in? Webmail: fetch fail…mobile (IMAP): “incorrect username / password” Computer (POP3): “incorrect username / password - EER temporary problem, please try again later”…I’ve been trying for 3 days!
