@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@WhichUK I’m still waiting for my refund from John Lewis Broadband via @Plusnet from October. I was wrongly charged a termination fee and they refuse to repay me even though they agree thru made a mistake. I feel that I’ve no choice now but to go to court! Please help @MoneySavingExp

Hi @Plusnet My mum is a plusnet broadband/phone customer. She is on pension credit guarentee an I am wondering if she is entitled to your social tarriff. She 6 months into an 18 month contract. Is it worth her calling you to discuss and if so what information will she need?

Plusnet engineer booked for tmw. Bloody broadband issue now, car needs 2 new tyres yet kwik fit won't answer, slow fit more like. What's gonna be the 3rd thing to go wrong 🤔

@Plusnet I would just like to say how wonderful Claudia from Sheffield is! After 5 months of messing about trying to get fibre she has helped sort it in a couple of days. She is a credit to your customer service (as have all the members of the team I have dealt with). Keep it up
