    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @we_are_biscuit @Plusnet Failing to unblock for 5 days is worse than it happening in the first place? Someone should look and see it's not adult- if their tech is not good enough to work it out. So either they don't care, or they doubled down on the biphobia. I wonder what other sites are wrongly blocked

    @SlowPsycho @theroyalfactor @Plusnet Getting any form of customer service is proving a right headache and everytime COVID is being peddled as the excuse. Its becoming rather tedious and infuriating at the same time.

    @Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix
