@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • BeingEngland

@DANIELJAMESREC Great idea. Unfortunately my provider @Plusnet doesn't support short text numbers.

  • GraemeCoates
Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • aohereng
Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • Hallysworld
Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • molb3e
Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@Plusnet Hi, you didn't read my message. Your phone service has 20 min + wait time. How can I send you a query in a message? Thanks for your time. 😐

@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

  • kobb

@Plusnet I'm very happy with my PlusNet broadband and I've been with you many years but this aspect of your customer support is crap. My options seem to be: a) phone and wait 20mins+ or b) phone and wait 20 mins + Hmmnn... 🤔

  • VRvalley
    Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported

@PlusnetHelpHub I'm not a Plusnet customer, I'm closely observing this scandal. Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

  • VRvalley
    Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported

@tandleman @Plusnet Plusnet have sold your email to Greenby. Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

  • AethyrUlf
    Aethyr Heartsong ΘΔ🐺🌕 (@AethyrUlf) reported

@Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

  • cristao7777
    Johnathan🇵🇹 (@cristao7777) reported

@Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time

  • MarkTWIC
    Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported

@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
