@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@VirginMediaCorp 94 mb wired but even that drops out frequently. Hub 3.0, I was previously with Plusnet for 5 years at my old house and although the speeds were slower (as expected) I never had any issues. As for the WiFi it's terrible unless you're in the same room as the router

@Plusnet fix my Sim please. You're not answering phone calls, I was 45min waiting on line for you to pick up my phone. On 1 April 2022 I change mobile provider and from there side all working fine, I transferred my mobile number and I'm able to make calls but not receiving calls

@Plusnet Apparently I renewed it on 18th March according to the person I spoke to Saturday, but this is not correct. I never received any communication about it coming to and end and never clicked some kind of confirmation link.

@Plusnet Every time I try to make a phone call on my mobile I just hear beep beep beep and it goes dead. I've powered down my phone and powered it back up again, but it's the same problem. Tried wife's phone, same issue. We're both on Plusnet Mobile

@Plusnet I've had no phone service for three days ! Phone just has 'Searching' at the top of the screen. Can't send or receive calls I have no land line, so I'm scuppered really. Even before this issue, I've not been hugely impressed by Plusnet. Think a move is required.

@Plusnet I hope the team don't use Plusnet as their Internet service provider, they won't be getting much work done with the slow speeds and constant network drop outs.

@Plusnet My last Plusnet contract ended well over a year ago. If I take out a mobile sim, I would qualify as 'new Plusnet customer' for deals, correct? BT, Sky, Voda etc do. Quidco suggest that if I've ever had a product from you, I likely wouldn't qualify for any cashback?
