@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

  • GavBailey79 Gavin Bailey ✋☝️ (@GavBailey79) reported from Melksham, England

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

@Plusnet Any idea when I might be able to login to webmail? I've had no access since Tuesday! You keep saying it's fixed but clearly it isn't.

  • ElizabethGraney Elizabeth Graney (@ElizabethGraney) reported from Lyneham and Bradenstoke, England

Give me strength please! Home schooling which I love with support from our daughter's amazing school @RWBAcademy but wifi from @Plusnet just awful! Just spent a fortune on ethernet cables and WiFi boosters! #StayHome #lockdown2021 #homeschooling

@lumynosyty @EddyThomas1997 I know I'm late to reply but openreach and virgin are the two main physical network providers for the UK. In my previous tweet I state that BT's 33% market share includes EE and Plusnet so yes I am aware that their bandwidth is provided by BT

  • ArcticPandaPopz Arctic Panda Popz (@ArcticPandaPopz) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet has gone downhill over the last year or so, even the customer service has got worse. Plusnet was once a great company. What happened???

  • KathRella Kath Rella (@KathRella) reported

@Plusnet @Misslockstock That page seems to forget to mention the more obvious solution to poor WiFi - buy a decent router instead of the bundled piece of cheap crap you've provided.

  • the1retreat Mike Gilbert (@the1retreat) reported

@Plusnet Nearly 120 dropouts ( after the initial 10 day period ) , 2 routers , 3 engineer visits. Numerous calls to support and tweets. This is not normal. Then to be charged £87 to leave is the final insult.  Shame on you Plusnet.

  • ngow Neil Gow (@ngow) reported

@Plusnet, rang your customer services on Sat 5th June at 14:57 to cancel my plusnet mobile sim 447536172249, I requested a email confirmation none has been received. Can you please confrim?

  • Frammo59 Simon Frampton (@Frammo59) reported

@Plusnet I would like to cancel my BT Sport App please

  • brianwinteruk Brian Winter (@brianwinteruk) reported

@Plusnet My phone is not working right. Only getting intermittent dial tone, as if there are messages to listen to on 1571 but there are none

  • Shurawesome Shura (@Shurawesome) reported

@Plusnet Whoops! Forgot all about that. I can never fault the Customer Service with you folks!

  • Colleeneades1 Colleen eades (@Colleeneades1) reported

@Plusnet Have had ongoing problems this year. to date we now have x 4 plusnet hubs. Plusnet have agreed to pay for our own hub, but have credited my account instead of my bank account which was agreed. I have called but advisor said he could not help

  • the1retreat Mike Gilbert (@the1retreat) reported

@Plusnet Still extremely angry that Plusnet insists on charging an early termination fee given the appalling broadband experience I had with you.  Why credit my account for poor broadband delivery then insist on a charge to leave after 2 miserable months ?
