Really @Plusnet! Can't you even manage to give customer support callers useful feedback like an estimated time to be answered or at least their queue position? Even local council helpline can do this.

@OpenreachHelp It was reported to plusnet but because this issue with the poles was reported 5 years ago and you have done nothing about it they told me to log a complaint with you which is impossible.

@Plusnet it seems there's no Internet connection in IP33. Devices are connected to the broadband but Internet is not working (exclamation mark next to the wi-fi icon). I switched on and off and reset the reuter to no avail. Help, please!
