@JacquiPybus Thanks Jacqui, we'll reply back to that as soon as possible. I've just tried calling 0800 432 0200 myself and the call connected fine, did you make the call from a mobile or a landline when you had that issue? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I’m trying to contact customer support but the number given on the website appears not to work - I have questions about my bill as it appears to be massively higher than it should be. I don’t understand some of the charges

@Plusnet @plusnethelp no broadband, again. according to the web there’s no problems in my area. What do I do once I’ve checked through everything myself as per the list on your troubleshooting?

@jugglerbry @Plusnet I had similar problems with my speeds via wifi, the gentleman from Plusnet support suggested that I changed my 2.4ghz wifi channel. It's caused by too many other routers in range of you using the same channel. I now mostly have 67Mbs+ download speeds

@LouiseScottACTS Plusnet. Aside from I pay £18 p/m for fast (ultimately BT) broadband, the customer service is great. Speak to a human pretty instantly.

@Plusnet Following a complaint from my 74 year old father which asks them to respond in writing because he has hearing issues and memory problems which he clearly indicates he finds embarrassing and distressing to admit several times, this was their last response.
