@Plusnet So only new customers will get one I have been with you for years and in the last two year it been one problem after another with my internet and still having problems now maybe time to look for someone new if you are not going to look after your loyal customers

@Plusnet hope you have a good night, i thought that all my problems were over after just over a week with no problems them last evening and again tonight we have lost wi-fi ,seeing you now have a RELIABLE router wonder if this would solve the problem once and for rest of my contract ????

@Plusnet our router has an orange light, with the broadband sign flashing red. I've tried following your troubleshooting guide but it wants a landline to plug in, which we don't have. how do I go about fixing the issue, or is there an outage?
