  @Plusnet I tried replying to the open ticket and it says inbox full. Tried calling and over 10 minutes wait. Sorry but this is too bad a start so I'll just cancel my plan.

  @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

  @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

  Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @Plusnet hi I am considering switching to your service but I have a very large garden so need to speak to someone in regards signal to end of garden but the phone line has a huge wait.
