@plusnethelp i know & i've resolved it at my end but your service is appalling. 1 hour on the phone, no tweets/announcements by plusnet. I work in IT support & a basic service would be to inform your users immediately. So so poor & it needs feeding up higher.

@Plusnet network keeps saying I need to sign in, I press sign in and it takes me to the router admin site, I log in there, it says everything is ok. Doesn't keep WiFi connected on my phone or my wife's, only says sign in etc again and again. Have rebooted and checked wires. Help!

@FarrellWrites @plusnethelp i waited an hour. i have changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 which has worked but when i called plusnet, nobody knew anything about it or about the dns workaround. appalling service when a single tweet would tell everyone what is going on

@Plusnet @plusnethelp really shocking service - called as I’ve got a problem and I can’t even speak to anyone and the recorded message says call between 1pm and 5pm when it’s quiet - my problem is now not at 1pm!!! Sort it out #plusnet #CustomerService #notdoingmeproud
