@Sinister_Pete @Plusnet And they have tested my BB and told me it's in the house. So their testing capability is also rubbish. Been waiting an hour for an agent and when I rang back system told me to ring tomorrow. Wow this really is award winning customer service

@Plusnet I'm missing work now, and just got a "we may take longer than 20 minutes to get back to you text" a full hour after being told that the problem is within my home network. Which it is not Useless.

@Plusnet @OVLHSSociety Thank you Curtis the problem is why does it take over an hour from when your started to let all of us know. This is when your guys let yourselves down. You can’t claim award winning customer service when you do this. Just be honest with us we can clearly see it’s down!!

@Plusnet according to your front page there's no issues with broadband yet it's been down since midnight and you won't answer the phone or respond to any tweets... Rubbish service.

@Plusnet I'd just like to add it's funny that someone answered the chat when i clicked on 'new customer' yet as an existing customer I get an automated message then it hangs up.....!!!

Experiencing Internet outage @Plusnet via #johnlewisinternet .. my workday has just ground to a monumental halt. When working from home doesn't work. Suddenly realise I spend my entire day on video calls.. so I can safely say deadlines are not happening today.

@Plusnet I have no internet connection and work from home. I've tried ringing multiple numbers, all tell me via an automated message youre busy and to ring back then hang up, the live chat person told me to message twitter....I've been trying for 2 hours, can someone help?

@Plusnet @OVLHSSociety How about you address those people who have been left without internet since 1am? Or explain why there is no overnight support? Or why your call centre won't answer calls? Or text messages go unanswered? Not. Good. Enough.
