@Plusnet It could also be said that I gained the impression that you could supply your service anywhere in the UK, and that you have let me down. When you leave an energy company before end of contract you are only charged £30-50ish - £156 is way too much.

@Plusnet good morning. I am an existing customer and yesterday I upgraded to fibre broadband. About 30mins after dining this yesterday evening a red light appeared on my router on the "Internet" bit. I have no Internet. Are these things related? Thank you

@Plusnet your customer service number is not recognised when you click through from the website. However if I type it in to my phone and dial that way it works.
