@TheSulks @Plusnet Had our account with them for a while and I am very happy with the service. We are paying less now for a higher connection speed than when we first started.

For crying out loud, @Plusnet, it's impossible to get through to customer support and I need to reschedule an engineer visit. It's no use telling me what the "best time to call" is, when I'm at work.

@Plusnet I’ll try later: held on music for 30 mins, no updates, no queue info. I don’t think I’ve ever waited >10 mins before, guessing you have system issues or I just chose a bad time?
