@WiteWulf @matt303 Hop 1 is your router, presumably; hop 2 is also localish judging by the RTT. Loss from 2 to 3 rather implies either a congested link (overcontention locally?) or a cabinet with water in it or something equally bad. Definitely one for Plusnet (or OpenReach).

@Plusnet Hi. Engineer visited yesterday and fixed the issue, but we have had so many problems in the last 18 months. I don't know how long it will last. Do you have a better router available to make things a bit more stable within my home?

  • Valenti69685788 Valentin (@Valenti69685788) reported

@Plusnet There isn't error message. I enter a password and when i press next it just refreshes the page and doesn't let me continue. Tried with different password, different browsers, even on my phone. Always the same issue.

  • s_matharu Sunny Matharu 💬 (@s_matharu) reported

@Plusnet I've seen there is a new improved router; The Hub 2. I've had issues with my connection on and off for over 18 months; am I not eligible to recieve this?

  • Ateasix Chris (@Ateasix) reported

@Plusnet Any reported issues in the Colchester area? Came home to find my router flashing orange. Only had it a month or so

  • pertinaxone Jason Monk (@pertinaxone) reported

@Plusnet Morning all, my mum and dad are getting all sorts of phone calls this morning from very random numbers, every 3 or 4 minutes. Theyre not making calls at all but people are claiming theyve phoned them. Are you having landline problems at all??

  • daniellenichols Danielle Nicholls (@daniellenichols) reported

@Plusnet Thank you but as my account is now closed I go through a continuous login process? Can you advise as it appears my account no longer exists?

  • Alex74627783 Alex (@Alex74627783) reported

@Plusnet Awful new customer experience, provided PAC at initial sign up on 26 Nov; received SIM, provided PAC again (10.38am Dec 1) via advised text service. It’s now Dec 7, and no one’s able to call my mobile.. Never had this problem with EE, Three, or O2

  • Divideandattack TheWatcher (@Divideandattack) reported

@guardian Phone them, it might be a question of a payment mix up I have PLUSNET with no problems after switching from another provider
