@Plusnet Many thanks for your reply I spoke to someone on your service team tester and due to the internet being off due to the server outage I had to do a hard reset which is why my log in details had been forgotten by the hub, this has now been rectified

@Plusnet New customer you have migrated my phone line today and now I have no Internet. According to your txts my broadband can take up to midnight 17/06. This isn't the short downtime you described when switching. Called your helpdesk. Systems down call back in 2 hours!

My internet is down and won't come back online, and therefore cannot work from home. Ringing @Plusnet but they hang up immediately after putting in all my details due to the pandemic. Tried three times. So, I'm stuck. Thanks for wasting my time, plusnet.

@UKSimmer_ @Plusnet Sorry you're having to deal with this Lisa. It's definitely frustrating in the extreme, especially when they fully expect you to continue to pay full price during a time that you have zero service. I've never understood the logic of that.

@Plusnet This is award winning service at its finest, my interface with PN is underwhelming and I still have no BB. You should be ashamed that CS are not contactable by Ticket, Email or webchat. Lots of rhetoric no substance.

@Plusnet I pay £40 a month for our Internet, our router needs replacing and I am expected to buy one. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they were ‘too busy’. Thought you had the best customer service? Doesn’t say much for the other broadband providers as yours is terrible!
