@MartinSLewis I was always worried about poor signal so never switched from ee, have now just moved from ee to plusnet as I learnt they piggy backed ee from tonight’s show and have halved my mobile bill! thanks Martin!

@Plusnet Cracking job today on first day of service having just switched. You disconnected the wrong line, redirected my home phone to a work line and now can’t get me any broadband or phone for another 10 days. Outstanding.

Hopefully @Plusnet spend less time painting big dogs on hills and more time improving their terrible, terrible internet speeds.

@DrNKingston It's not just the choice of music, bad as it is, it's the throttled bandwidth that makes it sound like it's playing underwater. Plusnet is awful for this. All Yorkshire bands (ABC, Beautiful South, Def Leppard, Human League), all distorted.

@DallawayO Hi Oliver. Are you still having problems with your connection? If so, is this solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections also affected? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet Hi. Just started mobile service, added to my broadband. Why did it force me to start a new direct debit, take a CC deposit and create a new user on your website please? Can I combine the whole lot together so there's only one DD and login? It's been unnecessary faff. Ta.
