@Plusnet Good morning, I have a received a spam Royal Mail text message. As you don't support short number texting, how can I report this? Usually I would forward the message to SPAM (7726), but this is not possible on Plusnet.

@Plusnet your service is shocking. My WiFi has been awful the last 2 weeks. Really slow. Can’t use my phone and have the tv on at the same time because the tv starts pausing and won’t load. If this does not improve I will have to look elsewhere.

@plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

@plusnethelp hi, we are leaving Plusnet to switch to another provider and were told that we wouldn’t be charged again, due to recurring issues with service. However, we’ve been billed - was just wondering if someone could look into this, please?
