@Plusnet Sat morn. Thirty minutes on hold. After a total call duration of 45 minutes I was taken off hold. A voice said something and I responded by asking them not to hang up. They hung up. Incompetent service, lied to ,time wasted and did not get issue resolved.

@john_seto It's not that bad, except early evening speeds, which are still OK, and may not be down to plusnet but the local area. It's also that we had a renewal, and I'm thinking that I don't mind paying more now that I'm going to be working at home far more.

@Plusnet Plusnet, we ordered our broadband connection on NOVEMBER 25TH and have been told we’ll be connected on 12th Jan. Really not looking forward to an Xmas day in lockdown (tier 4) with no Zoom, Netflix, WhatsApp, Spotify, etc. Help.

Very poor service from @Plusnet today, I’ve gone from a seamless transition during a home move to 4 day delay to a 1-2 weeks delay. Abysmal

@plusnethelp I was told yesterday that my new internet should be active by Christmas now I get an email saying 30 Dec. My phone line went active on 11 Dec, after various delays, but PlusNet forgot to activate the broadband request, now I have no internet over the holidays. Help!
