@SamLowryEsq @clim8resistance @ThreeUK TalkTalk are THE WORST. I used to be with PlusNet who USED to be reliable and cheap but then started that inevitable slide as they got more popular. By the end they were getting bills wrong all the time and the speed nearly halved with NO adequate explanation. So.. **** them.

@Plusnet I keep getting texts and emails to say I've almost used my smart cap allowance. I log in to my account and its saying I haven't used any if it and I'm not over usage on calls/texts/data. I've never gone over so why the messages?

@plusnet second time in under a month that our Internet has been down for hours as your DHCP servers aren't issuing us an IP address. Please look into this or we will have to consider switching to a new provider. Last time net was out for over 12 hrs, looks like the same again.

@SODASam_ @virginmedia I left Virgin too, as very poor coverage but also appalling customer service. I’m with Plusnet for broadband, Vodafone for mobile. Plusnet also does mobile & you get a lovely Northerner answering the phone in a few mins as opposed to the hours Virgin take before cutting you off

@Plusnet I can't seem to DM you. My data, texts and calls are no longer working. Seems to be an issue with the SIM.

@Plusnet That's fine, yeah. It was just unexpected, but I understand that errors can happen. As long as you put it right (and hopefully it doesn't happen again) then all's well.

@AethyrUlf Hi, sure and sorry for the bill being higher than expected. It looks like an issue has caused discounts to not be applied when they should have. I'll get that put right for you, would it be OK to credit the difference to deduct from your next bill? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
