@kcleevely @plusnethelp Kate I have this same problem too. At least five times a day the line goes down and it is only trying to support me. We have two lines that we work from and it only impacts the Plusnet one. It is so frustrating.

Warning: This is a rant... @Plusnet service is not as good as the advert. 1. place order to switch telephone of vulnerable adult from @PostOffice 2. speak to sales advisor who assures the line will be down for an hour at most on the day of switchover 3. #Plusnet take order 👇

I'm sure I made a great first impression at my interview, this morning, as I failed entirely to join the video chat... because my @Plusnet broadband is incredibly slow and regularly dropping out altogether. @plusnethelp isn't even responding. How is this acceptable? 😤

@ibikehorsham PlusNet because we needed a fixed IP address. None of the other providers could guarantee us a fixed IP address, and this caused issues for accessing his work thingy wotsit doo-dah.
