    @plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

    @VodafoneUK Over 3 days now. Do you think its acceptable considering I amongst other people are in lockdown and relying heavily on a stable Internet connection? No one from EE, plusnet, BT are experiencing issues like this that I'm aware of. Such poor service from yourselves

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet how incompetent are you, 9 weeks after an ORDI request to fix fact you have my phone number connected to another address you still haven’t sorted it! Suppose it’s one way of tying people to you,they can’t leave if details are wrong with @WeAreOpenreach

    @plusnethelp Hello, I can't access a specific WordPress website on my home wi-fi. I've spoken to the WordPress host and they say it's not a problem on their end, so I think Plusnet might be blocking access. Can you help?
