    @virginmedia Just do you know. Gone to @Plusnet Cheaper and their customer service from first hand experience before makes yours look amateur.

    @EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

    @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

    @Plusnet That wasn't advised & there isn't anything the chat can do seeing as they couldn't help on the phone until 8am Saturday apparently

    @MikeyCleave @Plusnet plusnet are decent and do have an excellent customer service! i should know as i was with them but had a better off from sky! Seriously considering going back with them!
