    @mitsy19 Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. -Anoush

    @bruskyyyy @plusnethelp Been trying to leave since last year; log complaints every month, tried multiple routers at different addresses. Nothing provides decent internet, no-one at plusnet cares. Been paying for a service we can’t use for over a year and been told only way out is to buy our way out 🙃

  • RedMattttaMdeR Matt* (@RedMattttaMdeR) reported

    @Plusnet your internet is ****.

  • blidwize_united Adam Balkham (@blidwize_united) reported

    I am disappointed @Plusnet did not recognise the issue, quickly apportioning the blame. How are less tech savvy customers expected to manage? (3/3)

  • jessparks94 Jessica Parks (@jessparks94) reported

    @RogerOB49 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I'm having the same issue trying to get through on the phone!

  • ShiningMoogie Mariska Nielsen (@ShiningMoogie) reported

    @Plusnet are there problems on your mobile network at the moment? I've got no bars this morning and nor have my local family members either :/

  • jatroa Jatroa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jatroa) reported

    @plusnethelp Thank you. But, oddly enough, I am capable if looking this sort of thing up. Do you always assume plusnet customers are this stupid? - Note the ‘no comment’ on the routers tho’.

  • turkishtabs Matt Tabard (@turkishtabs) reported

    @Plusnet This would be a dream @Plusnet. My mother, in her 70’s, has been waiting since November for you to get her live. Always blaming @WeAreOpenreach for their failings. Absolutely shocking service, hide behind emails when there’s bad news. Avoid this shambolic outfit at all costs. Z-

  • communesta esta (@communesta) reported

    yesterday I called plusnet about our broken internet and then john lewis about our broken telly.... i am woman of action

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

    @Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
