@bazzacollins I'm waiting for a WiFi 6 router with a built in modem for my PlusNet fibre. I don't know if a twin box solution is going to the way moving forward. Seems a bit of a backward step.

I have spoken to 3 Tech Support lines this week. @Plusnet were fantastic @NuanceInc were very good on the phone but the website needs work. @TPLINK were rubbish. As in 'it was easier and cheaper to throw away their product than deal with that level of crap' kind of rubbish.

@plusnethelp So once again Plusnet have failed to do what they promised. I was assured that a representative would get in touch with me as soon as my line was activated (nearly 3 weeks late!) to discuss compensation and reimbursement of money paid to my mobile network.Not a peep!

@Plusnet literally couldn’t care less that I’ve just moved, on my own, problem after problem. No internet. Crying my eyes out down the phone. And they can’t even say when it’s going to be sorted out. Literally signed up mid March. Disgusting. @plusnethelp
