Trying to get hold of @Plusnet @plusnethelp for over a week to sort my parents’ broadband issues out.Really poor that calls are not being answered, online chat is offline & they are not responding to DMs. It took me a long time to convince my parents to switch, so not great

@Plusnet I just placed a SIM-only order but noticed the delivery address auto-filled incorrectly. Customer services says they're unable to amend the address or cancel the order despite order being placed minutes before... what's up with that? #WheresMySIM

@Plusnet Award winning customer service my a**e. Receive an email at 2330 telling me there's been a delay to the order for my telephone service that's due to go live tomorrow! Was ordered weeks ago and confirmed over the phone today. Pathetic.
