    Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp - having intermittent service all day, mostly none at all (YO32). No problem reported in my area but unable to access app to report. Done all the refreshing/reboots etc but not resolving. TIA.

    @Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.

    @Plusnet please explain why I put up with having constant issues with your service, after having 10+ engineers at my house trying to fix the problem. This service is appalling.
