    As a new customer with @Plusnet I can get unlimited text/minutes and 3GB of data on a rolling 30 day contract for £6/month, but as an existing loyal customer I can only get 2GB on the same terms. Not impressed. So much for "that'll do", eh?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I am trying to setup a Fibre package in the newly built flat I just moved into. There is a BT Openreach Fibre box already installed in the flat, but when I tried to take one of your 12 mths packages it failed. Can you help?

    Shocking service from @Plusnet we signed up for business internet on 21st April, the line wasn't connected until 12th May and we are still waiting for the router to be delivered. Promised the hardware had been sent twice. Still nothing. Avoid.

    @lindy_lou077 All use the same network, only difference is exchange equipment and customer service. Plusnet is basically BT anyway.

    @RobinSmith82 Glad you got it sorted. Away for weekend with plusnet, which seems much better! Upload on giga always v very slow and service breaks frequently.
