When playing/watching the ps4 it needs to be connect to an ethernet cable for it to Work then it rarely connects to my phone either.

Rock Lobster (@rockest_lobster) reportedI'm pretty sure at this point Plusnet have a policy of winding down your line speed until you complain. I'm paying for 80, it's currently syncing at 30 with a 21db SNR margin. It hasn't synced above 60 (minimum guaranteed is 59.6 or something) for 2 years.
