@Plusnet Two weeks ago you sent me a hub one as you said my existing hub one might not be reliable. Now you come out with this. You could have waited and sent me a new hub two. The spare hub one has stayed in its box because I was never convinced the hub was the issue. Happy to return.

@CarriePurdom @WilliamNB @giffgaff we moved from giffgaff to plusnet. It's based on EE network but it's a more limited service e.g. they dont support text shortcodes, the answering service is not as good etc. V cheap though

@OpenreachHelp any idea when problem affecting LNTOT exchange will be resolved‽ My fibre connection via Plusnet has been down since ~06:20 this morning, and the estimated clear time keeps getting later & later.
