@PlusnetSupport @Plusnet @plusnethelp It's not for me. It is to cancel an engineers visit that is currently booked to install a line for our disabled daughter, as she is currently in isolation.

@Plusnet On a instant speed check the service seems ok but over consistent long term use it has been totally unreliable. Can someone please kindly contact me to see how we can resolve this. The router has been changed but this has not helped. @plusnethelp

@jlandpartners Hey John Lewis - d'you have any idea what an absolutely rubbish broadband service you've put your name to? Operated by @Plusnet (MinusNet) who take the cash up front, cancel the order without telling anyone & hang on to the cash for weeks after.

@eva_angel9 The thing is that both of those will be using the same wires, cabinets and connections. If one is not so good there's no reason to believe the new provider will be any better without engineering support. I use PlusNet and love it, BT support! Arguably the best.

@mdsmash @BBCTech I think the issue there is the fact you're with EE. I'm with Plusnet, pay £21 p/m on a 12 month contract, got a £60 reward card and get my max theoretical speed for my area (40mbps) and get a minimum guaranteed speed else I can exit early. You've just got to shop around.

@eva_angel9 Have you talked to them about your router. I was with sky for years and when it got bad they replaced the router. I joined plusnet last year and had issues until they changed the router for a better one. All good now. The pipes are the same whoever you are with.
