@Plusnet Its disappointing in contract, but Your rep implied it was more a regulation policy not down to individual companies to force these rises. He was wrongly deflecting the responsibility I believe.

@Plusnet unable to change password after forgetting last one the button to confirm new password doesn't work! Been like this for days. New password meets criteria but confirm new password button just doesn't do anything
