@Plusnet I was trying to find out how much bt sport costs as I have plusnet broadband. Before it got to the cost it has said I've ordered the app. How do I cancel? I wasn't given the option to buy at a price and now I've seen the price it's too expensive

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet Most modern phones support voice over wifi so signal boosters are getting a bit old hat as the phone will switch to using the wifi it's attached to instead.

@JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

@muns80y @Plusnet I've been trying to cancel Plusnet. Just a simple task of ringing and asking? Nope. After answering some pretty tough security questions, they tried talking me out of it, then said they were having technical problems. I then an e-mail about something completely different 🙁

Disappointed with @Plusnet . In the absence of online chat, they tell you to direct message them on twitter. 2 messages about lack of mobile signal at our new home sent over 2 days.... Nothing 😡

@simonbg12 Hi Simon, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I'm afraid that we're unable to discuss John Lewis Broadband accounts via our Social Media Support Channels, so I would ask that you please contact our Support Team on 0800 432 0200. -AJ, Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Why is getting through as long as getting through to the @DWP? That is extremely long waiting times, pretty shabby for a company that prides itself on customer service
