    Phoned @Plusnet and there is a major outage in the S2 area of Sheffield and will be fixed anytime up to 4pm today.

    @Plusnet Thanks - have got the email. Is there any way to fix internet access now I'm using the test socket, as a stopgap while I organise an engineer?

    @Plusnet I have an intermittent problem where my internet suddenly drops connection, hub starts flashing orange then reconnects again. It's not helpful when I'm on a Zoom call so can you please assist with this issue? Thanks
