Signed up 2 move our phone & broadband 2 plusnet went 'Live' 25th March Since then been more dead than alive, still not working properly, think were going back 2 old provider its £11 more than Plusnet at least it works. All I get is its escalated to BT to fix, they're part of BT?

@OpenreachHelp major internet issues in SK6 area affecting BT, Sky, plusnet. No upload speeds unless I use a VPN then slow. Reported to BT but affecting many homes. Been down 36 hours and can't WFH

@Arsenal_Hev @_Wrighty7 It is absolutely atrocious. He is the worst "comedian" I've ever encountered and I've been to some truly horrendous comedy gigs. I saw that bloke from the Plusnet ad at a comedy night once and he was ******* painful but even he was a comedy genius compared to Hurst.

I warned my sister that @Plusnet had an iffy customer service reputation when she decided to switch to them. And, right from the off, they haven’t delivered the router in time for the switchover. Great start lads.
