@Emily_Benn I’ve had excellent service from Plusnet - had a few very minor issues, but customer service has always been excellent. They allow customers to have “broadband-only” if they want to use a different phone provider.

Just been informed by Plusnet that they don’t actually guarantee a wireless signal and that I should use an ether cable!! Someone want to me explain to me how the hell you do that with a phone?!! Absolute joke mate.

@SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

@Plusnet yet again experiencing outages! @virginmedia also appear to have issues as I have NO mobile data. Fantastic time to be cut off from the world 😡 at least I can hotspot from my partner's phone.

@plusnet down since 8.30am. Attempting to homeschool two children using a phone and 4G....not cool. Any idea when it's going to be fixed?!

@Plusnet- To activate the broadband it takes 10 days and never mentioned about it before. We live in a developed country and it takes 10 days to activate broadband. While some of the developing countries takes only 24hrs. Plusnet is shame for this country

I should, I guess, mention now as I had repeatedly said to @Plusnet That we live in a village with very poor mobile phone coverage and when I was out, it left my wife with no phone or internet.
