    @Plusnet not sure what service I pay for because I am never able to use the internet, just to check emails or have a word document open, for more than 2 minutes without connection cutting out. This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

    @plusnet SHAME ON YOU. Call yourself customer focused. Elderly aunt repeatedly called asking for flaky broadband service to be looked into. Was told you couldnt talk to her, despite her having POA for account holding husband who has dementia. Switched to BT on 17th Feb!

    @santilofish £18/month :) talktalk were going to put ours up to £19/month and still not fix our line problem, so we switched to plusnet. Happy so far, but 🤞

    PHONE LINE DOWN Please bear with us. Our @Plusnet phone line has gone down. Divert will take at least an hour to be activated. Feel free to message us on here. Apologies, we are looking for a more reliable supplier as we speak.

    @justanotherdawn Very odd! We have just renewed with Plusnet but battled them down a bit on their "inflation plus 3.9 per cent" bid 😡

    @Plusnet absolutely disgusting service.. 10days still no Internet.. Why on earth did i switch... Fobbed off with another 2 days to wait for update.

    If your looking to save some money by switching your broadband provider then for the love of god DO NOT SWTICH TO PLUSNET. I already regret it because they're SLOW AS *****! You REALLY need a signal booster just to do anything because they suck so bad.
