@Plusnet absolutely shocking service since I joined! Constantly without WiFi and they tell me its nothing to do with them, cannot wait to be out of my contact so I can leave and i thought sky broadband was bad

@superstratrob91 ...customer support team can be reached on 0800 432 0200. If mobile account, our mobile support team can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or 500 (From a Plusnet Mobile). Both can be reached from Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 I hope this helps. - Benj 2/2

@Plusnet I use wired ethernet for my Network Drive and desktop computer, but it helps a lot that my phone-line master socket, modem, and computer are close together. Not every place I have lived has that advantage.
