@Rob_J_Frost That's why I kicked them into touch. Bloody useless. The extra download speed isn't worth all the crap you have to go through to get a deal. I've switched to Plusnet fibre. Cost me £70 to have a new line in but that equates to 2mths VM and I'm now saving money as a consequence.

@Plusnet @UswitchUK Terrible internet company. Currently not gettin what I'm paying for. Internet is extremely slow and disconnects all day every day, how the hell did they win an award for being the best? They're really not.

  • levis2470 Mr Louis (@levis2470) reported

@Plusnet half an hour on the phone because my internet keeps say slow internet on all my devices.... really unhappy! And problem still not resolved!

  • Terry_Parke Terry P (@Terry_Parke) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp award winning service? really? my broadband hasnt been stable since it was installed a month ago. I previously had really good stable service with another provider, but since with Plusnet, its been crap. Why do i have to keep chasing a fault?

The more I think about this the angrier I get about it. All it would have taken is one email with a confirmation of the date in and all of this could have been avoided. To say "it's done now, hotspot using your phone" is not good customer service, @Plusnet, it's really not.

@OpenreachHelp please explain the repeat outages in Lees, Oldham. Plusnet can't say if it's planned or emergency. So far we were off all yesterday and 5hrs off today. Tried ringing you and have never heard anything so unhelpful as the recorded message! Need to work and can't.

  • NickRandle Nick Randle (@NickRandle) reported

@Plusnet is there a problem at the moment. I’ve no internet. I’ve tried all the usual stuff with no joy

  • BrightKnight15 BrightKnight (@BrightKnight15) reported

@EveryCountry @bt_uk They're all bad. Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. Been months, & notified they are still processing my complaints about not hearing from my complaints! Plusnet?

Hey @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach Today i'll be speaking with Ofcom. I'm done playing with both of you now. 3 months later, still no fix.
