    @Plusnet I am just being told by one of your representatives that the fact I cannot ask a question in the Plusnet forums - despite being a customer - is not an issue. Are you trying to hide that people have issues? I just want to ask other members a question and I cannot do it.

    What I learned this morning: Never upgrade or change package with Plusnet online. What I thought was a saving of £8pcm turned out to be an increase of £12 due to a loyalty discount on my current package being binned. But they don't tell you that. One call to them sorted it out.

    . @Plusnet sending HELP & REFRESH to you numerous times a day at the moment due to intermittent WiFi. Are there known issues? This has been going on about a week. So unreliable and I’m burning through my 4G

    @OpenreachHelp Broadband in NN3 area not working since yesterday morning. Phoned Plusnet who said it was down to OpenReach maintenance or work. Any idea when service will return? Plusnet were not able to give me an answer.
