    @Plusnet WiFi out all day, cannot get hold of helpline, shocking service, the WiFi had been playing up for awhile and now down completely 😑 not impressed

    Don’t buy @Plusnet broadband, took 10 weeks to connect me after multiple calls. Decided I want to cancel called them cancelled. Was told I would get my first payment back within 10 working days, you guessed it two months later still waiting #awful

    @Plusnet We're approaching 36 hours of broken or unusably unstable internet. When will you acknowledge the problem? This is ridiculous
