    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same ÂŁ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    @ThatNeilMartin @Plusnet I left @Plusnet years ago after a customer service guy was patronising and rude. One strike and you're out is my mantra with such things.

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about ÂŁ90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    @Plusnet Hi, need to move a family member of PSTN and onto fiber. Do you offer a VoIP service to retain a 'landline' and can the existing number be kept. Thanks.
