    @MattCarnie I upgraded to fibre with Plusnet who I think use EE's network. It is just me using it but so far its been faultless and Plusnet do have decent customer service

    @plusnethelp Query. I have router (Plusnet) set to both 2.4 & 5 ghz settings but of late I keep losing the 5g signal. have found that if I switch router off for 30 secs or so, then I can reconnect to 5g signal. Does this mean fault with router ??

    @plusnethelp due to plusnet not abiding to terms set out in contact with reference to minimum speed, I'm wanting help cancelling my service.

    @plusnethelp I am in Scotland near Stirling and the internet has been down 5 times today and I keep getting disconnected from my online work platform. I have done all the checks recommended by Plusnet, can you please call me to fix it.

    Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a Β£75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Still, probably just means more profit for you, right??
