Chloe (@ChloesPJs) reported@Tiothae Aaah I see. Yeah the issue is me trying to VPN into my parents house. With a double NAT connection that’s just not possible. They switched from Virgin Media to PlusNet and after a month Openreach just cut the line. They haven’t reinstated it yet and it’a over a month now.

Kenneth Crowley (@KennethTCrowley) reported@plusnethelp The time on my Plusnet One Hub hasn't updated. You can't change it from settings, and the forum indicates it's a long standing issue. Do you need to send me a hub that is fit for purpose or do I need to look at alternatives? What are you doing to fix this issue?

Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported@KennethTCrowley Hi Kenneth, Apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused. This is a known issue affecting Plusnet Hub Ones and BT Hub Fives. As it's not service affecting, we haven't been given an indication as to if/when it'll be fixed, I'm afraid. Regards, Emily

Gary (@rr123xx) reported@MarcAllera I’ve just joined @Plusnet and I now have no internet. Your advisors promised my broadband could take up to midnight to work. Still nothing!!!! What the hell are you running there? Despite calling twice today nobody offered to log a complaint either!!!!!!!!!
