    @Plusnet My router is 3 or 4 years old. I was informed it should be okay for 7 years or so. There was always an issue with the phone line that never seemed to be resolved

    @MarkJon80194532 @Plusnet It’s clearly not a wifi issue as the line speed is at 21mbps and they’re getting 20mbps on WiFi, on the device (as per the speed test). Probs best ringing them Mark and asking them to log a fault with Openreach for a line speed issue. You should be above 30mbps.

    @Plusnet You got to laugh. You’re increasing my internet price yet I get a poor service. Then tell me you have a deal. I look at the deal and it’s £7 MORE than I’m paying now. What a joke!!!!

    @Plusnet Hi, no broadband this morning, in Mid Wales. I see there are Plusnet outages on the Down Detector site ...there are no lights showing on my router .The phone line is working ..Not sure what is happening?

    @Plusnet Having DNS resolution issues whilst WFH. DNS is provided by the router (set to static) but nslookup fails for Google with timeout errors/name not found.

    @Plusnet Internet's down YET Again Every Time it rains heavily. I'm begining to think it's time to switch back to Virgin Media, Can I cancel for free as this service is not fit for purpose ?

    @Plusnet When it was installed (as a brand new line) by bt it always had interference. They said it was a problem with the distribution box. That it had been fixed. Some days it is crystal clear. Some days it is not. It was installed not long before I signed the initial Contract
