    @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

    @graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.

    @Plusnet brilliant, coming up to the end of my contract and all of a sudden your internet has gone proper ****, surely you should be making it better so I renew

    @Plusnet I'm fed up of hearing people in my lane moving over to full fibre broadband when i'm still stuck on the old network with very poor service. When will mine be switched. Don't tell me to phone as i am fed up calling and waiting to be answered

    @Ofcom Poor overall @Plusnet couldn't even give me some credit for overcharging me... may have to go to @Ofcom
