    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    THIRD MONTH they’ve promised me the discount third month they’ve taken full payment I urge anyone one to not go with them, if it the customer service that lies to u it’s the #virginmediadown shoddy internet speed or it being completely down . Wish I’d never left Plusnet

    @HoustonMargaret @zeitungsjunge @Plusnet Give your provider a call, bear in mind you may be charged as your plasterer caused the issue, if you do, it’s up to you if you take the hit or pass it on to them.

    @Plusnet Still no resolution to my speed problem, you promised in your deal a certain speed and have never reached it !!

    @Plusnet Hi, the WiFi connection is fine right now, and even when there are issues it shows full strength. All my devices are on 5g anyway, and there have been no new devices in the house that could cause any issue. The problem only started on Friday night too.

    @Plusnet WiFi connectivity seems to be slow and flakey since yesterday. It is affecting my connections with my work network as well. Do I reboot my router in the first instance to see whether that makes a difference?

    @Plusnet i am trying to solve a problem with my disabled daughter’s broadband, which was installed into her assisted living flat . We have since found out that it was not installed properly as it has stopped her emergency chords from working !

    @skyhighshoes Plusnet. Off since 6pm(ish) on Friday. It’s a wider issue than just them, same for a neighbour on Sky, but they’re not talking to me which is what bothers me. I’ve ordered a 4G hotspot from 3 today because my mobile data won’t last forever and I have to work
