    @Plusnet we have had no phone line for 7 days and no one has done anything about it - I have reported it twice and stated clearly that my elderly mother lives with us and we are in a rural area with no mobile phone signal and need our landline urgently! Disgusted!!!!!

    Our @Plusnet broadband has always been bad but the last few days it’s been awful!! Not one signal thing will load when connected to it 😡😡

    @Sandbach Happy 2 help. U helped me when you were our local AM in Denbigh. I'd been affected by the St Asaph floods. I fled my house in the clothes I stood up in. No ID. You helped sort out my broadband, when Plusnet were grossly difficult, so i could get my life sorted again. So gratefulx

    @Plusnet why is my mobile data not on. Numerous notifications saying mobile data stopped by your network. Can only make calls and receive texts. Restarted phone etc. Nothing fixes it.

    @Plusnet terrible speeds. Constantly losing connection. Really sick of this. Tried to call you and the number listed online says not in service?! Can you please arrange for someone to contact me back. Paying for broadband and using mobile data to send this! Frustrating.

    @Plusnet I would like to report a landline problem. No dial tone for more than a week. 01908565552. No mobile phone signal either but that is another provider. Contact us by visit, VoIP or Twitter. Thank you.
