    @Plusnet 3) "Worked quickly" - no, no, no. Your monitoring is clearly highly inadequate, no status page update until sometime after 8am (see point 1 in my message chain). This is not quick, quick is spotting the issue before your customers and then fixing it there and then!

    @Plusnet It wasn’t a short time!!! It went down at midnight & didn’t come back on til 9 this morning!! Why lie?!?!? I’ll be switching provider if this is how you lie to customers!!!

    @Plusnet @Sinister_Pete Mines been out since 6.30am just had a reply back saying a major outage has occurred and I should be back on by 10am. fingers crossed

    @Plusnet according to your front page there's no issues with broadband yet it's been down since midnight and you won't answer the phone or respond to any tweets... Rubbish service.

    @Newsmond1 Mine is just back on so I can do some work today. But hopeless trying to get any news from Plusnet. Been with them since 2006 and no problems until now.
