  @Plusnet Thanks, yes I understand that an issue is going to be investigated. My concern is 2 fold...I now have no landline (Openreach cut Virgin cable!!!) and my Virgin Broadband is due to be disconnected next week.

  Btw if you know anyone who is with Plusnet or has the means to switch to them, they're currently not charging for calls to Ukraine to try and help people reach loved ones or help them escape the war.

  Trying to contact Plusnet is like Mission Impossible. They answer and then you hang on for 20 minutes and more-and no response. Tried 4 times today and wasted my day. Plusnet get your act together.

  Hi @OpenreachHelp day 6 with no phone/broadband & our ISP @plusnet says it might be Friday before our fallen telegraph pole can be replaced. Rural area with limited mobile signal. Can you review please.
