    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

    @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

    @Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

    @Plusnet Hello, we are having lots of problems with the broadband disconnecting all the time. This has been happening since we signed up but was only here and there before but been almost unusable for the past week.

    @Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying £62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution
