@plusnethelp lots of discussions going on in the Plusnet Community Forum about Plusnet Safeguard not working. Worried about safeguarding and child safety is an understatement. You don't need to DM me, just publish here for worried parents when this will be resolved.

@Plusnet Not a good start to my time as a Plusnet customer. I chose Tuesday to change providers as that day suits me. You changed it to Monday meaning I had to set up the router, align all computers and so was late for work.

@Plusnet Just make sure you let everyone on social media know how bad Plusnet really is... you'll be doing the broadband community a service. I have told all my twitter & Facebook contacts just how abysmal the "service" actually is.

Yesterday we were supposed to switch our internet to @plusnethelp @Plusnet They have failed to connect our Broadband and can't until next week! Their online suggests I contact them on Twitter! So here I am telling twitter how bad their service is. Working from home w/o internet.

@TweetingYet Not in my experience. It all depends where the fault is. If it is local then BTOpenreach have to deal with it. They have no option but to treat all providers the same so there is a queue. I use PlusNet (no issues ever) but they use the BT network so that proves nowt.

Switched broadband through @quidco compare over a week ago, tracked to Plusnet, made the purchase, hasn’t tracked on Quidco. WTF? Where is my tracked cashback @quidco? Unable to investigate claims on themselves it states. Sorry @Plusnet I may have to cancel
