Actually no, @Plusnet, I just saw what you do on month 13. I won't be joining you at all. I saw free line rental ads everywhere, but it's not ongoingly free when reading the T&Cs. You're as bad as Virgin! No way will I be paying £36 per month for #broadband so shall keep looking

@Plusnet why is there not an option online to cancel an account? Why is the only option to call? Any other query would be met with "manage your account online"

@Plusnet Might take a look..oh no i cant because @Plusnet ceased my service in error snd wont do a goddammed thing to restore it. Instead i have to wait for the 'upgrade' some time in the future - next update which will inform me of further delays, due Oct 5th. Bloody useless disgrace

Turns out, neither #Openreach nor #Plusnet's fault. Some d___head crashed into the cabinet down the road and Openreach are trying to put it back together. We're lucky to have any broadband whatsoever really.

sorry, no ipv6 here!
(@noIPv6) reported
@beezly @Plusnet agreed, the longer a service provider takes to deploy ipv6, the less likely i am to want to be their customer - even AFTER they deploy ipv6 because if they’re okay dragging their feet on that front, where else are they cutting corners? 😬

@noIPv6 @Plusnet Furthermore, I won't... Until they support IPv6 and then maybe (but probably unlikely)
