@gcollyer1982 I switched from Sky to PlusNet. Much faster and hasn’t gone down once in almost a year. It’s cheap too!

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Still trying to work from home with no internet, after being promised that my internet would be working yesterday. Usually taking 800+ calls from patients a day but when the calls constantly drop out I’m lucky to answer 100! Utterly terrible. Please help!!!

@XMightyRed @SQRLTV @virginmedia Funnily enough - only option was sky (and their shocking customer service) or BT (who of course own Plusnet). Virgin are not available (which seems like a good thing).

@plusnethelp Shockingly bad service from PlusNet. Their chat doesn’t work, there is no email and phone unanswered for 50 minutes. It’s a disgrace that PlusNet call themselves telecom company when they are in contactable. I’m also been harassed by their rep @arvatofs and will leave PlusNet.
