    @Plusnet Hi, I have a very patchy internet connection at the moment. The router is connected to everything apart from the internet. It occasionally will re-connect, but only last for around 5 minutes or so and the cycle continues. It had been like this for 2 days now. Any help?

    @Tonysmini @Plusnet They were obviously hoping that there was a spare pair on the DP cabling, and i am sure there would be mate, so i don’t know what the problem is other than incompetence.

    @Plusnet Thankyou for not helping in my previous problem I reported i had to mend it myself with not much help from yourselves. Plus paying over the odds for a service which buffers all the time

    @Plusnet I’m not on site. Only one device is cabled and afaik that one also went down but the staff don’t use it so can’t be sure. Your router is not providing the WiFi though it is connected to a TPlink mesh which has been rebooted (and has been in place for months with no issues)

    I also ordered virgin media broadband for the new pad. Gonna have 500Mb down and 36Mb up! There fastest deal this unreliable plusnet can **** right off.
