@EE Hello Sarah. My comment was based on being a customer of Plusnet, who use your network. I spent years on and off telling EE the signal in Hoylake is unusable, but told system tells you all is OK. Just need someone to go to Hoylake and drive down north parade. No signal.

So, made the mistake of switching broadband to @Plusnet, or at least I tried. My old provider disconnected today, but nothing from Plusnet about my new service.

@Plusnet Hi, we've had intermittent service for two hours now with the internet frequently crashing and the router flashing orange. We've been advised by you previously not to use the restart button on the router-- would you advise turning it off at the wall to restart it?

My internet keeps dropping in and out sometimes every few minutes, other times can go for a day without problems. Keep getting "Hmmm cannot reach this page" very frustrating. Have had Plusnet for a long time and this has only started happening this year 2022.
