    Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

    @Plusnet Donald in customer services is bloody fantastic. Sorted an issue for me, which now means I can work from home tomorrow and the 5 year old gets her youtube time before bed. Give that man a payrise!

    When you pay @Plusnet for 80mb speeds but consistently get between just 5 and 8mb. 2 engineer visits and a new router later, when struggling to work from home because of the dreadful service it would be handy if they actually answer the phones. #happytofleeceme @amberjade310

    @Plusnet Hi, Apple IOS 15.1 supports network privacy. I now have to tap a message in iPad emails to get images. The Plusnet one router best setting is WPA2 Do I now need WPA3 (Plusnet 2 only)? I'm not using a VPN.
