@Plusnet Moved house and my account has been closed without my permission. Being told by customer advisors and tech team that it’s unrecoverable and now lost all emails associated with our house move and transfer of money. Feel utterly sick.

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet Interesting that other people have this w/ Plusnet too. We're pretty rural so thought that might be it. Sporadic and typically at the worst possible time.

@Plusnet From: ramblers682 Please sort out these 2 issues with my move to you. 1. I don’t want a new phone number- just my existing one moved over. 2. Where is the confirmation of my reward card? Thank you.

@SaarfLondonBird Hi Lorna. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I hope that you enjoy your cruise! Our Roam Like at Home service doesn't include roaming whilst at sea and we don't offer any bolt-ons for this, I'm sorry that this is the case. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@SmilingClare Hi Clare. I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you and that your dad was without service. It can take up to midnight on the switching day for the port to complete. Is his service now working or is he still having problems? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@AussieSimon @Plusnet Same for me. They switched it a day early too. And their "award winning customer services" couldn't give a tinkers cuss either.
