Dear @bt_uk our charity bookshop has a new website and on Friday we applied our SSL certificate. Anyone I know who uses BT Broadband is blocked from accessing the site However users of Plusnet, SSE, Virgin media WiFI, etc can all access it with no problem. Suggestions?

@Plusnet Been having problems with broadband with it disconnecting periodically since Friday. Had problems last week connecting to Plusnet mobile and a new sim card was sent out. Today I can't connect again and neither can my wife on her phone.

the same issue. Is it a known problem you’re working to solve or is this the quality I can expect going forward? Really not a great start to a new service and may need to consider another provider if this doesn’t improve?! 2/2 #plusnet

@Plusnet Tbf to Plusnet somebody was on TV the other day.and said they were having problems with wifi and mobile signals probably due to the poor weather.

@Plusnet It would be a better day if it wasn't the 7th that I haven't had any mobile signal. The EE network has been down in this area since last Monday. Still, it was nice to get an email from you telling me what my bill is.
