    @Social_LauraB @virginmedia Laura, we sacked off Virgin cause their customer service was awful and they kept over billing us wrong. We went with Plusnet and have Now TV and Netflix!

    @TriTim @Garybro82547780 @MartinSLewis And once Vodaphone follow, effectively the remaining operators will have no choice but to do the same. Take a look at who BT Group, Telefonica, Vodaphone and Deutche Telekom own. Then you've got the smaller providers like Plusnet who use EE's network, so will be the same.

    New broadband installation, constantly low speeds, drops out multiple times daily, no live chat support to actually resolve. Any chance of some help @plusnet ?

    @Plusnet Internet connection has been dreadful for weeks now. Making working from home almost impossible. Shocking service.

    @Plusnet I did dm and got hit with yet another auto message … 4+ hours without internet.. finally got onto ur live chat via my phone on the website for another auto message service to find all phone lines shut at 8pm!

    @Orielgb Plusnet is who I am with. I am now on my third issue with them. But they are just resellers of the Open Reach infrastructure

    @VodafoneUK Solved my bad signal problems by switching to Plusnet. AND its cheaper FFS !!!!!
