    @happyjack1981 Yes, Plusnet use EE. Also if you are a Plusnet broadband customer you get half price mobile.

    @Plusnet really are a shower of …. My 86 year old mum swapped to them 2 weeks ago and she is still without broadband. How bloody difficult is it? Their engineers must be ridiculously stupid!

    @_charlotte_e affecting the performance. I've increased the SNR margin to try and resolve this. Please allow at least 24 hours for the change to settle in and let me know if you continue to have problems after that. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

    @Plusnet I am the account holder for an 89 year old partially sighted lady. You promised broadband installation since 26th July. Haven’t received any dates of connection still. What’s going on? Your duty of care to an elderly customer is clearly very lacking!
