@O2 @thepeterhunt I'll just add that I agree with Peter, and I usually can't access the internet. Your team insisted it's plusnet, but it's not, it's the issues with accessing the internet on O2 when your masts are down as everything else works.

@Plusnet booked our house move last week, turns out someone didn’t press the right button so we’re without wifi from tomorrow. Is there any chance we could get unlimited data on our mobile phone service so we can hotspot? Daughter needs to do college work?

Horrific customer service from @Plusnet They ceased our wifi 3+ weeks ahead of house move & refuse to fix their problem. Left with no wifi. Avoid at all costs

"Chat Now" with online chat help on an ISP's website (@Plusnet) doesn't mean "I want to go round in circles with a robot only to be told to call them". What's the point of it? Gah.
