  Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
