    @Plusnet Thank you for your reply. Well that’s unfortunate as it looks like we will need to change as the voucher scheme is threatening to charge £1500 if we don’t sign up to the full fibre network as we pledged our voucher originally.

    @Plusnet why can I not email support questions? Why do I have to call? Been charged phone charges (again) when I don't even have a phone plugged in. Also trying to find when my contract expires.

    Anyone with “verbal contracts” with @Plusnet here? Never heard of this before. Never signed a contract or anything and always complained about horrible Wi-Fi connection and now I’m being charged £138 to leave! What’s this?!?!?!
