    @Plusnet been without broadband since Tuesday. Switch over service has been atrocious. Ring helpline you get nowhere and just left in limbo.

    @VodafoneUK Over 3 days now. Do you think its acceptable considering I amongst other people are in lockdown and relying heavily on a stable Internet connection? No one from EE, plusnet, BT are experiencing issues like this that I'm aware of. Such poor service from yourselves

    @Plusnet I have poor broadband quality in my bedroom compared to downstairs. Can you provide a second router for the bedroom or is there a better solution
