    @Plusnet how the hell do you leave this company. 3 months I’ve been trying to stop my service with you because I have a company that can actually supply me broadband 24 hours a day. Last month I had words with a member of staff because emails cancelling service isn’t acceptable

    @Plusnet please explain how when I queried my £37 bill, I was told it would go back down for this month - and yet I've now been billed £47?! This really isn't good enough considering you're quoting £22.99 in every advert!
