@Plusnet Thanks for the quick response, I have just spoken to someone on the number you advised and they said it is not them that would deal with it because it is not classed as dangerous. The gentleman I spoke to said I need to speak to my service provider Please advise what to do next

  • kateweb Kate W (@kateweb) reported

@Plusnet Every member of staff I speak to says I've been misinformed by the others. And after 37 minutes on the phone, I can't even cancel! Appalling service, yet again.

  • tshafee Tia Shafee (@tshafee) reported

Over a month, and @OpenreachHelp are persistently failing to resolve a problem with our lack of broadband connection. To give @Plusnet credit, they've escalated to Openreach in every way they can, but it's a month after moving in and nearly 6 weeks since we placed the order.

  • BoothBuzz Vicky Booth (@BoothBuzz) reported

@Plusnet how come after 15 days after my connection date am I still waiting? @OpenreachHelp can you help?

  • alihenderson10 Ali Henderson (@alihenderson10) reported

@Sparklecake69 @virginmedia They do take the piss, don't they? I'm with Plusnet. They use the BT network. They've been very good (for me anyway) £22.99 for unlimited standard broadband. 🤔

  • gazzawazza100 Gary Thompson (@gazzawazza100) reported

@OpenreachHelp @plusnet Hi. have been on call with plusnet support. Have a confirmed legacy line card fault at the Kenton Road Exchange. Broadband fine. No dial tone. Just contacting you in the hope you can log at your end.

  • LeeJ79 Lee J (@LeeJ79) reported

Hi @Plusnet, I see that the CPI increase has been published so my plusnet service is going up by 0.7% PLUS 3.9% (so 4.6% total). Can you tell me how you derive the 3.9%, without say "it's in your contract"? Curious to understand why my bill should increase by more than the CPI?

  • stagetechuk James (@stagetechuk) reported

@samwhoo @plusnethelp @aaisp Can’t fault Plusnet TBF, great customer service and this is the first issue we’ve had in over 4 years of service at this house.
