    Right sorted enery new tarrif out, got that down to £105 per month (taking into account my credit of £530 in the black). Ordered Home Essentials BT broadband at £15 per month (Plusnet £36). Trying to rearrange my finances so I can have at least a meager life & food.

    @Plusnet over an hour without an internet connection - the service more recently has become less reliable ( but usually tolerable ) - now NOTHING , I WILL be moving to another provider if not resolved - meanwhile I’m cut off - please tell me my rights ( link please )

    @Plusnet my bill is over £41 for awful broadband. No TV nothing else. I want to move to another better provider. Why can you justify these prices for rubbish service? I’m going to ring you & cite you have broken the contract terms you set yourself.

    I just love the fact my wifi barely works anywhere in the flat and neither does my 4g. It’s 2022 sort your **** out plusnet and o2

    @Plusnet email scam (terms of service). Anyone else had this today? clicked the link before realising it was a scam: anyone know if that's likely to have breached security? I see some people had similar issues after the service outage last year. Account data compromised?

    @Plusnet so disappointed to not see any engineer come at the planned time last Friday, I work from home and my connections been terrible for months. Just can't wait for the contract to be up so I can move on

    Never dealt with a company so useless, with rude, arrogant, and obnoxious advisers like @Plusnet. Wouldn't let me get a word in edge ways trying to explain I'm stuck not being able to work because of their fault, confirmed external fault. Someone better get in touch immediately!
