  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@TomABacon @Plusnet Funnily enough that was one of the first things I read when Googling the problem, but we don't have Sky and the Humax (freeview) STB isn't connected to the Internet.

  • TomABacon Tom Bacon (@TomABacon) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet This is going to sound weird, but I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be related to my Sky Q box going to sleep! Had to change those settings. (I'm still working at 1am so it was most inconvenient...)

  • Richard50478103 Richard (@Richard50478103) reported

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet - you’re losing 2 customers today after you are bumping up your prices, I was willing to live with the lack of wifi calling and lack of signal in my village for the cheaper cost of your plans, now they are going up I’m moving on

  • LeahWhitehorse Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk It would be helpful if you updated your website to show known service issues and outages. Outage in Manchester today is a known issue yet nothing on your site. Plusnet informed me.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@Daemar1 @Plusnet Have switched channels many times, never made a difference. Plus there's nothing actively connected at that time of night.

  • erinsteph_x 😾😾😾😾 (@erinsteph_x) reported

My stupidity + kinda poor wording by @Plusnet near caused a heart attack, email about a small price increase didn’t say “monthly price will increase by £1.15”, it said “price will increase by £1.15 a month”, and i briefly took that as every month being £1.15 more than the last 🙃

  • MtG_Sly Simon Wallis (@MtG_Sly) reported

@Plusnet hi. Been having daily outages with my broadband. We use a phone line connection in the SS16 area. Can you advise on any works by Openreach or if there is a problem. Thank you.

  • nptweetings Dan Ludlow (@nptweetings) reported

@pipmadeley It smells like a line synchronisation issue or a loose connection somewhere (lower overnight temperatures). Did Openreach get called out, or did Plusnet just run a line test during the day?

  • jmarks1970 John Marks (@jmarks1970) reported

@Plusnet I have just been advised that Plusnet does not support short codes for SMS, which is what my bank uses to authenticate. Please can you tell me if this will be supported and when?

  • mostly_sleepy Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Try setting all your devices to static IPs (will be in DHCP in the router settings), that solved a very similar-sounding problem my printer/laptops-talking-to-printer and FireTV had on my network.
