    @Sparklecake69 @virginmedia They do take the piss, don't they? I'm with Plusnet. They use the BT network. They've been very good (for me anyway) £22.99 for unlimited standard broadband. 🤔

    Beyond angry. Reliant on internet for tuition business. I have lost track of the number of phone calls I have made along the way. I will never recommend Plusnet and will switch contracts as soon as possible.

    Anybody's net been down all morning? There was a sudden spike of people reporting their broadband was down on Openreach lines around 1:30am this morning, and mine was one of them, but it hasn't come back on :( Any help appreciated @Plusnet

    @AberdeenFC My Virtual ST "Livestream" disconnected 2-3 times each match. HOWEVER, in MY case it was definitely NOT the fault of AFC!! It was MY BROADBAND provider PLUSNET, whose service has been DETERIORATING for a year. So here's hoping we'll ALL be back IN PERSON soon! 👍👍👍 #StandFree

    @Plusnet thanks, I've replied with the times. I'm getting frequent disconnections today able being stable the last 2. Would be very surprised if the issue is internal

    @Plusnet I have messaged recently and logged a speed fault. I understand the response time for this is 72 hours but why is there no way for me to check tickets anymore? Speeds fluctuating between 24 and 48Mbps - well below the minimum guaranteed. Help!
