  @Plusnet Let all of X see how transparent Plusnet's facade of good customer service is. Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.

  If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

  AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended me contract!!!
