    @david62u3 Thanks David, I'm sorry to see that it's still a bit up and down. Please can you turn your router off for at least 15 seconds and then back on? Please allow 24 hours for it to settle after that and let me know whether the speed issues continue. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

    @Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?

    @Plusnet my router is not working properly u can't use 2 devices as it will keeps pausing and trying to load, the router light on the front has gone dark and I've tried resetting it but nothing. Can you fix it please

    @Plusnet I am in the ST2 area of Stoke-on-Trent. For weeks now I am having issues, mostly during the daytime, with broadband service interruption. This is causing problems as I work from home. The service can drop out for half hour at time. Please advise.

    @Plusnet Hi! Happy FTTC customer here, but I've seen gfast is availableat our address. I appreciate Plusnet don't offer gfast plans, but it seems mad for me to Leave Plusnet to use the same cables and get gfast with your Parent Company, who DO offer it! Any suggestions?
