    @faribag6 @TalkTalk I have the same but on plusnet. Phoned and there’s a local fault. Estimated fix is 6 this evening

    @Plusnet In that case you cannot cut off the previous suppliers broadband until you are ready!!!!!This is the root of the problem - yes do look into this further Michelecarlile is my username
