    @Plusnet internet has been going off all day, I have gone through troubleshooting. At first I was relieved that I wasn't the only one today then it hit him how poor this service is and it shouldn't be that way in 2021. I shall be looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @Plusnet I stated on letter I wish to cancel all of my contract as e,mail said within 30 days without payment. Therefore can you tell me the day I will lose service.Thanks.

    @Plusnet hi our wife keeps cutting out every 20 minutes or so- in the East Belfast area- can you confirm if this is a problem at your end?
