    @DerylLynn @Plusnet Similar problem here: Since Broadband upgrade, our panic alarms only work one way: the care people register that there is an alarm, but can't hear us, so they have to ring our phone. I understand that's a common problem

    @Plusnet Have already tried that. My iPhone mail is saying there is an error and when I go into webmail directly there are no emails after yesterday lunchtime. I’ve tried deleting emails in case of a storage issue but nothing coming through and I know I’ve been sent emails.

    @Sandra55 @Virgin I know what you mean I had a similar experience with Plusnet. Didn't help with my problem and was impatient then tried to get me to purchase their mobile SIM. Cheek!

    @Plusnet I am a new customer and switched to you - and fiber broadband - to get a better connection. Overall really good, but the broadband connection drops for 15-20 seconds every time it rains. What is this and how can it be fixed? The rainy season is upon us!

    @Plusnet I'm an existing broadband customer at the end of my contract. I live in a row of 4 terraced houses. 2 of the houses in my row and all of the surrounding houses in my street seem to be able to access a range of packages with much higher speeds than me? What gives?

    @Plusnet I'm afraid that doesn't help problem is that outlook won't let me enter my plusnet username. it assumes my username is my email address

    I don't normally do this but @Plusnet this is wild. You are trying to charge My mother into the triple digits and close Her account despite it should be £30 a month and She NEVER asked to close Her account. You have left Her without a way to contact you and with a huge debt

    @Plusnet I finished my contract with plusnet due to moving. In error I closed my direct debit. I can’t seem to set up a new one for the final bill (which is a refund) are you able to help)?
