    @basher5000 Been with Plusnet since 2015, fibre optic, can't fault them. Very rarely needed contact customer services but when I have they've sorted it pretty quick.

    Hey @Plusnet y'all having any issues in the DE55 area? I'm getting less than 1mb down at times. Resetting the router works for a short while, then it's cutting back again

    @Plusnet our Internet is down, I'm supposed to be working from home tomorrow, and there is no open helpline or support whatsoever? Do you think people only need Internet between 8am-8pm? Expect a bill for damages for me not being able to work from home tomorrow

    @Plusnet I phoned one of your operators and they said its a known issue and affecting your Network, no one can get incoming calls? Can you confirm this is correct and should you not put this up to tell ones? Also how can I tell when fixed?
