@KateSlaterPR @Plusnet PlusNet has the worst customer service of any UK company. ‘We’ll do you proud’ is an absolute joke. I’ve had an issue since July which remains unresolved. It’s unbelievable how fast they communicate & bombard you with mails when the payment stops. Hideous company & incompetent

@Stabzie112 @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet & generally they are pretty good with support. I've had two calls this year that required Openreach to attend and both got resolved quickly. They've even offered me the opportunity to leave my contract early as I wasn't getting minimum download speed.

@Plusnet 08:25 on a Monday. internet broken since the early hours. Your 'customer service' is: online chat 'unavailable', telephone lines 'all closed'. When WFH reliability is important. This is a good indicator that you are not the ones to rely on if there's an issue.

@aDatingDad @skytv Had sky about 15 year ago. Never again! Bloody awful. Completely unreliable. Spent more time on helplines sorting issues than actually enjoying the amazing broadband service they promised. Virgin is pricey but excellent as is Plusnet (while vastly cheaper!)
