  @Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

  @Plusnet I’m due for renewal with you next month and have been with you for years now but getting sick of new customer getting gift cards and there’s better deals with other suppliers that are significantly cheaper. Why should u stay with you?

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  @mark395625 To be fair to Plusnet, it's not responsible for the network. But it can see the connection dropping like crazy. That would suggest strongly it's not fixed. So why claim it is when it self-evidently is not?

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.

  @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

  @Globalistloon @GavinFreedomLo1 Until I got Starlink I had everything , landline , broadband and email address through Plusnet but had so much trouble with outages that I dumped Plusnet broadband . Starlink is superb but of course no landline .
