@plusnet connection has been really up and down this afternoon in Cambridge, maybe weather related? But rather difficult to get anything done or talk to my partner in the Netherlands with it going up and down every four minutes.

@Plusnet Hi, my phone socket isn't like the one in the video it has a separate broadband and phone socket so I haven't got the micro filter attached, I dont have a phone to connect to test as I don't use the number, I have tried a different router and I still have the same issue.

@Plusnet Billing has been a pig for months with you stating you'll take payment on the 5th, then actually taking the DD on the 14th-21st and in the mean time, your buggering about with DNS, can't explain the DD issues and have failed to claim cards payments you've authorised.

@plusnet trying to work from home with the worst internet provider ever never recommend you to anyone waking up to flashing red light is just embarrassing thanks for ruining my chances of permanent flexible working as for you “uk call centres” no one works in them ???
