Seriously @Plusnet your customer service is shocking 18 days and still no internet! I phoned up, again, today only to be told that 'it was cancelled' - again - by who and why - you don't know. When will I have the service I paid for over a month ago - you don't know. 1/2

@Plusnet another month. Another problem. We had a power cut yesterday. When it turned back on the Hub light is stuck on green. Tried restarting, resetting, unplugging. Literally nothing. Still green. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam A fellow villager has both Plusnet (for her business) and Sky, yet it's only Sky that's failing... That's why an ex BT engineer has suggested it's likely to be an infrastructure issue involving a failed switch somewhere in the system.

@Plusnet How do you define total loss of service. Cos I’d define days where it sometimes comes on for 15 seconds at a time, to be total loss of service.
