@Plusnet Can you explain why you mislead on your website that the house moving fee is £65, when you actually charge £115 in an attempt to force people into another two year contract? It's actually cheaper to cancel and move to another supplier.

@Plusnet Hello, I'm a PlusNet Broadband customer thinking of moving over to your mobile setup. A vital question is: Are your SIMs 5g?

Don't use @Plusnet if you're looking for a broadband/phone provider. Had problems throughout my time with them as supplier for my business, topped off by them increasing my monthly bill by 45% while I'm not even using their services as only in the office sporadically. Avoid.

Can't wait to leave @Plusnet. Router needs to be restarted at least once a week, and the only internet service provider to ever charge me for moving home. Boo 👎

@Plusnet certainly wouldn’t recommend you to anyone when you can’t even be bothered to actually connect people’s broadband service #terribleservice #poorservice

@Plusnet @Plusnet hi Sammy, thanks for the reply. I called when ur lines opened this morning and got sorted. A Plusnet change on Saturday had broken my account. It appears as a long-time customer my particular user account configuration was unfortunately not considered.
