So I raised a ticket on Thursday for no internet access. I tweeted the helpline... still waiting on the reply for that..and now I find that the ticket has been closed.....allegedly by the customer.. with no fix.. @Plusnet @plusnethelp are you still expecting me to pay ..🤨

so my connection remains unstable, it has to be Openreach, it is not my equipment or Plusnet, but catching it is difficult because the DSL light on the modem is on every time I check it

@Plusnet yet another twenty minute phone call to report crap internet. That’s ok that’s the third call in two days 👍🏻 and still no further forward. And they still can’t give me an answer to why someone else’s name was on the account details. Stunning 👍🏻 yeah will be leaving you.
