AuntieMich55 💙 (@AMich55) reported@Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).
-
Melissa (@MelissaByJovi) reported@Plusnet @ThatNeilMartin They asked for an email address. Your lack of email/ticket support is a major reason we left you.
-
TU_Crypto_News (@TU_Crypto_News) reportedBT Group said eGain has helped convert its complex knowledge base into AI-ready infrastructure for customer support across EE, BT and Plusnet. The move targets better knowledge delivery at scale for more than 25 million customers.
-
RSG (@Tigercatgirl) reported@Plusnet broadband just stopped with flashing orange B sign on router. How do I report and any known issues in South London please?
-
Tanya Ho (@tho78450) reported@gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
-
🇰🇪 (@MrLewisVuitton) reported@NtantuNow @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin are so useless. Instead of fixing the issue they just offer to boost your speeds lol
-
Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
Abu al-Hinnā Yakub (@RobinWi56161978) reported@TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
-
Robin Sergeant (@rsergeant) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price
-
IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
