@Plusnet my broadband has been down since 23:00 last night. I've tried resetting it and following the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Unfortunately today was the only day I had off to do my online shopping too so I'm a little frustrated.

@Peachtree_5 @Plusnet Another alternative is using a 4g signal for the entire house- I lived on Dartmoor for about a year and there was no fixed internet, but we could get 4g in a certain corner of the house, so just put the phone there as a hotspot. It actually worked OK

@Plusnet was told at 3:30pm that it would be ‘20 mins’ before I heard from a customer service person. It’s not 4 hours later and still nothing. Terrible customer service.

@HorribleGrandma @Plusnet We left plusnet about 3 years ago for this very reason. They were insistent that everything was fine & there was no fault either with line or router. Having switched to vodaphone, I've had seamless service on the same line. Have concluded that plusnets routers are badly made.

@Plusnet OK thanks anyway. Moving from Three as they've done something to the local mast that has ruined our connection and they aren't willing to fix it.

@Plusnet Hi, Apple IOS 15.1 supports network privacy. I now have to tap a message in iPad emails to get images. The Plusnet one router best setting is WPA2 Do I now need WPA3 (Plusnet 2 only)? I'm not using a VPN.

Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!
