@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@vodafoneuk My broadband went live a week ago and still no router, or even an estimate of when it might arrive. Should not have been switched from plusnet until router dispatched. Shocking service. Have been told I’ll get compensation but how and when will this be organised?
