@Plusnet Thank you for the reply, but it's a bigger issue than just me. You're in breach of every one of your customers' contracts by not using the correct inflation figure. This is bad business, and not well-aligned to either your Yorkshire brand roots or claim of "honest products".

@NETGEAR_UKI UK based B&B business here. I need to build a secure network. What Router can you recommend that is compatible with BT Plusnet? I also need Access points with a landing page that only paying guests can use.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Ahhh so it drops repeatedly?? I thought it was dropping completely for that period..i'd still say its an exchange issue though, possibly switching traffic around during low demand times

If you've an elderly vulnerable relative who's lifeline is their phone, don't use the 'Poundshop BT' service that is @Plusnet. They'll **** the order up, lie, and go and change the number that person may have had for 47 years! leaving them scared and confused...STILL

@WillBarra @Plusnet I couldn't agree with you more. Having spoken with a number of people from @Plusnet on this topic, it's very clear that all customer service principles have been given the boot. Will definitely be cancelling at the end of my contract, which I wish was MUCH sooner than it is

@napoleondynorod @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Tried a couple but problem is it's happening so late at night most of the neighbourhood will be asleep anyway. Same reason Openreach haven't sent an engineer when it's actually happening.

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live When I realised to multiply by 12. £35/month is really £420! Power of a phone call. How else could I save £400+ Plusnet? £800/hour! Cancel everything on DD. They'll have you back (Netflix) if you really can't live without. Don't trust banks!
