Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.
