Credit where it’s due - @plusnet were incredibly helpful when I was helping an elderly neighbour who’d forgotten his password so couldn’t log in after switching from IE to Edge. And hold time was less than 30 seconds. Brilliant service.

@Plusnet is anyone manning the phone lines today? Not about to spend another 30 plus minutes listening to rubbishy music. No doubt if I cancel my payment you’ll want to talk pretty quickly 😡

@Ofcom @Plusnet @JohnLewisRetail Try taking a contract with them and after a few days, you get cut off then spend 8 days speaking to different people who tell you they don't know what the problem is but you have a contract so cant go elsewhere

@Plusnet Unfortunately I'll be moving to another network and staying there, moving elsewhere and then moving back is a lot of messing about and if I'm honest, I just can't be bothered. I also think it's a really bad policy to just cut off someone's phone at a time when they probably need

Plusnet. We have problems for months. Outreach have been every day. Everyday You tell us it's mended, every day it plays up. Tonight we have No Broadband. And told more lies. You manage to take our money!

@Plusnet trying to sign up for a SIM with you, keep getting a “something went wrong” 500 error after filling in details. Is it because my PAC is from BT who are the same network as you guys?
