Dear @Plusnet I am an unwell disabled person home alone all Xmas with no emergency telephone helpline button to press in an emergency and no internet so no alexa either.

@OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.
