@virginmedia internet costs, 21 years customer and you are now so uncompetitive. You doubled my costs to £54 for 50mb take 30 mins to speak to the team and you offer £37 cheapest deal when competitors are around £20 terrible!! @VodafoneUK @Plusnet

@Plusnet please can you help as we are getting nowhere. You cut us off without warning as you no longer do fttp. We've had two engineers and multiple phone calls, and you won't help us. I am disabled and we have poor mobile signal. This has been going on since last Wednesday.

@Plusnet Ive had the most painful day since I can remember because of plusnet mobile. I transfered over to them - but how i wished i hadnt.... Shocking service, cant email them, cant call them as they have disabled my number, still waiting for a non existent sim from them - 5 days now

@Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

@MSE_Deals Don't bother. My connection was supposed to transfer from PlusNet last Thursday. Still no connection and customer services are completely powerless to help. Also not part of ofcom compensation scheme. I'll be looking for alternatives from tomorrow.
