@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@markwilsonit @bt_uk I moved to plusnet this year as I'd had enough of this and increasing costs....I had some issues with redeeming the voucher with Plusnet at the start but been fine service wise.

@plusnethelp Why will Plusnet not help an elderly couple who have been with plusnet for years transfer their connection from one property to another? There is no phone signal at the new property and despite a number of calls they are told to wait 2 weeks and charged as well

@plusnethelp hi I am a Plusnet customer but the signal around all of the house is not very especially in my main workroom, I have installed a Ethernet cable into my workroom now all I need is another router to have full WiFi can you please supply me with one and how do I get one

@plusnethelp Then why does the text of the ticket say Plusnet.."..believe it would be beneficial to be on our Anytime International call package at £9 per month.."..when in over 12 months I have never once spent close to £9 in extra charges??

@Plusnet disgusted that after being a loyal customer for 9 yrs due to no fault of my own I’ve had to sell my flat , move in with my mum therefore cancel my broadband. My reward from Plusnet - £140 cancellation fee! So disappointed. No empathy whatsoever. Never using again.
