  @Plusnet I've spoken to a CSA in Leeds by phone who assures me my complaint has been logged & "to expect a phone call from a [Plusnet] manager in the next 2 to 3 days". I asked for, but was not given, a complaint reference number which I was told would be emailed to me, not yet received.

  Had to contact @Plusnet again today, another great member of their support team, Fabio, helped me book an engineer for tomorrow to further look into my on-going lack of Internet.
