    @BeaumontDMD During my 18 months with them I didn't actually require customer services so can't comment lol. I left them for Plusnet in 2020 as they were a lot cheaper for broadband and landline calls, think it was £25.99 but I got a £75 Pre-paid debit card.

    Omds why is this Plusnet router so shambolic my data is almost done but once again the WiFi has gone down and even when it is working my room always has patchy connection anyway FFS 🤬

    @Plusnet Can you help please? I need to amend smart cap so I can receive calls (in Egypt) My mum is in hospital back in the uk. 🙁 Also I switched data off soon as I turned on my phone after I got off the plane yet somehow I’ve been hit for roaming charges 🤔

    @Plusnet both mine and my son's mobile phones have lost all signal for the last two days. Tried we chat (never again) & community forum but nothing. Please help as I don't want to have to cancel my contract!

    @Plusnet I sent you a DM at 12.46 yesterday (3/4/2023) and it’s now 17.26 on 4/4/2023 and I’ve had no reply. Terrible customer service

    @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet The internet where we live in Harrow Weald is really bad. There are more than 18 residents here (I can send the address in a DM), using different providers, who experience a bad internet connection. (1/3)

    @itsalgordon @virginmedia @bt_uk i feel sorry for you, atleast go with a company that gets leased lined from BT, i'm personally with plusnet business and haven't had an issue with them personally ever, the only issues i've had really was with BT hardware in the telephone exchange

    @virginmedia Been with @VirginMedia less than a month. Nothing but trouble and today - nothing at all. Will be seeking to cancel and go back to @Plusnet who were amazing. I'd rather have perfect 40Mbps than rarely there 250Mbps.
