@Plusnet Thanks Adam. It would be good to know that your fix would include some way of remotely‘fixing’ a SIM that gets ‘stuck’ in E mode when abroad - being without data is inconvenient these days when we have come to rely on it for sat-nav, translation, etc.

@CllrJWarmisham @virginmedia We had terrible repeated outages with virgin in a shared house I used to live in. It went on for years and all manner of excuses used. When I moved I swerved them and went with BT and later switched to Plusnet. Both gave no problems. If you can switch, save the grief and do it!

@Plusnet Second menu questions about: 1⃣ Fault 2⃣ Bills 3⃣ Existing orders 4⃣ Moving home or leaving @Plusnet Note that there's no option for "anything else, or to just speak to an operator". I chose 1⃣ because I had a faulty router. It told me to hang up and it would test my line.

@Plusnet I’ve been trying to solve a problem with my 4G while roaming abroad. Speaking to plusnet support they could not offer any help at all. They did suggest everything that I had already tried. I can not raise an issue now that I’m back in the UK.

@eibrehs_ We used to have EE wifi but ma dad swapped to BT which is so ******* bad, not as bad as now or plusnet, but is still horrible Also, my data sucks, only ever get 2 bars
