  @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

  @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

  Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
