    @Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet

    @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price

    @Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    @Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.
