  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Checked your wifi or your Internet connection? How old is the router? What fault do Plusnet suggest is occurring? Eg. REIN? Is speed up/down the issue? Do you monitor this to see if it is linked to weather (such as rain getting in to BT junction boxes)?

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Which, presumably, has PlusNet finger OpenReach capacity issues (Did OpenReach attend at such a busy time to see the reality?), or to ponder REIN, which is more common at times of high power consumption/devices powered on/off.. Do power cables share poles with telephone wires?

  • rabbitaway Rabbit Away (@rabbitaway) reported

@BrighaONeill @TalkTalk @Plusnet I was with them years ago. They were **** then. So, now they're excluded. I'm still leaning to BT but no call plans and since my mobile contract is up years ago I'll get £5 off BT mobile so don't need home phone x

  • BrighaONeill Brigha O'Neill (@BrighaONeill) reported

@rabbitaway I was with @talktalk and can honestly say they are the worst company I have ever dealt with by far. So bad that they had me in tears more than once. I'm now with @plusnet and would highly recommend them. Cheap and good service.

  • NMJBorthwick Nicola Borthwick Counsellor/Trainer, London & AL6 (@NMJBorthwick) reported

@Plusnet Hi. Have been experiencing a poor signal all afternoon, so bad that I can't offer my clients Zoom calls, as no one can hear me. All was ok up to Saturday! Please help, as it's affecting my business! Thanks

  • NavaronePage69 LunarSlayer | Lily (@NavaronePage69) reported

  • gedandsue Happy Camper (@gedandsue) reported

@Plusnet hi, are there still issues in Staveley, Cumbria LA8 9JS. Had phone but no internet up to yesterday afternoon.

  • castelm11 Martin Castellan FRGS 🇫🇷🇪🇸 🇪🇺 (@castelm11) reported

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet Plusnet don't own the infrastructure. Their contract with BT (or whoever does own the network) will say that the supplier has a certain time (sounds like three weeks) in which to establish the connection.

  • castelm11 Martin Castellan FRGS 🇫🇷🇪🇸 🇪🇺 (@castelm11) reported

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet I had a case in France where a dishonest official receiver falsely told my company's operator that we were in liquidation. It took three weeks to re-establish the connection. We successfully sued the operator for every day of lost service.

  • SpagFlying The Boosted Spaghetti Monster (@SpagFlying) reported

@Lesism Plusnet uses EE network. Don't go direct to EE.
