    @Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

    If you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @Plusnet I thought I had renewed my contract with Plusnet, now receive an email advising my contract has ended! Plusnet Website won’t even load to get help. Help!

    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

    @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

    @AlexanderGaeta6 @Plusnet it's been bad for us most of the 22 months we've been with them. switching in april - not worth the effort keep complaining
