Szeman Chung (@SzemanChung) reported@Plusnet who can I contact if my broadbnd is down?There is no support from PN at all if problems occur out of office hours. There is no no internet connection router shows an orange light. All checks done and no issues on PN website. Probably because no way to report issues.
