    @Plusnet Why does my phone keep telling me i'm not registered on the network when I try to make calls or use 4G? Weirdly its showing a signal though, it doesn't say emergency calls only or anything? I'm paying for a service I can't use!!

    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    @Kranitoko I’ve been with plusnet for nearly 2 years without any issues. The one I did have was solved the same day without any fuss

    @Plusnet Status says they’ve recently fixed an issue but they haven’t. Tried to report via EE Fault reporting tool but it won’t accept it as my number is not showing as an EE number. Call quality and signal is still hopeless, even outside in farm shop car park.

    @Plusnet Can someone please activate my SIM as agreed in DMs. I am disabled and have been left without a network all day! I’ve already been made to jump hoops and hurdles. This is getting ridiculous how hard you make it for disabled customers. Too many barriers!

    I really do not understand @bt_uk; their Fibre 2 package is £33/month for new customers but an eye watering £58/month for existing customers. So I’ve become a new customer at @Plusnet instead.

    Well @Plusnet All I can say is what a disaster!Sending an outstanding balance to debt collectors when I phoned twice to pay!Now OVER a month after raising a complaint,they send me an email to say it’s resolved without even contacting me 😳 Time to contact @financialombuds
