    @johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. I’ll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends

    @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

    @bt_uk Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

    I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.

    @Plusnet Are there any issues in ST7 with service? My router light is orange & when I try & connect on my phone I get a msg that hub 2 manager now requires a connection

    @WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.

    @Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven
