Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you
