    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

    @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

    Hey,@Plusnet - broadband engineer booked for 8am to 1pm today. Still waiting and not even a phone call from your Muppets MJ Quinn for an update. Is this the **** service I now have to expect from you people?? Shambles 🤬🤬🤬
