  I think @Plusnet just cut us off, even though the Direct Debit details say 'active' and not had any contact with them about it bouncing, but I get ’No Service’ on the router. *sigh* So later today I'll have to phone them and wait hours to see what they’ve effed up. Oh joy.

  @Plusnet No the site is working perfectly fine. It is your network that is broken (lacking IPv6) As such you do not provide internet access, claiming that you do and not providing IPv6, is simply fraud. Untill you fix your network (fix IPv6) you should stop claiming to give internet.

  @Plusnet I am unable to make or receive calls despite having full mobile signal. Obviously can't call you, and your app doesn't work either. Please help.
