    @Plusnet Please help. I’ve recently left BT mobile to come to plusnet and have no service whatsoever! My number should have been transferred in the move but I understand there is a problem with “port”. I don’t have my old number and there is no service on the new number.!!

    @Plusnet am receiving lots of literature from various companies advising my property now has full fibre potential, however I can’t see that it’s a service plusnet offer, what can be done?

    @Plusnet We joined Plusnet 6 weeks ago. They took money from us. We still don't have broadband and their customer service is appalling. Just want to cancel the contract now.

    @OpenreachHelp Just called they were absolutely useless and unhelpful. Got nowhere! They want me to call my supplyer @Plusnet and report the issue to them when it’s nothing to do with them.

    @JennyBratty @Plusnet I’d also think about telling @Plusnet you can’t afford your current contract. They have. Legal responsibility to help you where they can, they might be able to reduce the contract you’re already on. Eg Circumstances have changed since you signed the contract

    @bex1884 @Plusnet Yes me too. Lots of us in the same boat and it’s absolutely shocking service that they have no idea when they can sort it out and seem to have nothing they can do to help us in the meantime!
