@Plusnet can you confirm if there is an issue with the internet connection in Harrogate area at the moment?

  • finchinch Fiona Carey (@finchinch) reported

@Plusnet Having to stand in the rain to reply.. it is hugely inconvenient, particularly because phone signal is intermittent too.

  • JasonAJardine Jason Jardine (@JasonAJardine) reported

@EE @Plusnet Of course @EE signal checker suggests that all is well and I should get excellent service even in a building. They couldn't be more wrong. Hell, it's patchy at best even outside.

@DavidLaw @Plusnet That is poor i feel for you is this in general the average for the area? I use Quidco for cashback deals when chopping and changing suppliers (insurance/breakdown/utilities)i recently made a complaint with Bt for downgrading my speed from 40mb to 25mb.a losing battle..

  • HarriLizzi Dr Angharad Hobby (@HarriLizzi) reported

@plusnet No internet for 12+ hours. Outages were reported last night and users in CF24/CF14 still reporting issues. None of your troubleshooting steps have fixed anything. Please can you advise when this will be fixed as severely impacting working from home. Have also DM'd.

  • niamhrob Niamh (@niamhrob) reported

@Plusnet only been with you since august and every month there are issues with the internet. When it does connect it’s slow and never as fast as what was promised initially. It’s now connected and no broadband. I can see you responding to public tweets and not my private message.

  • parkplace112 AAA RK (@parkplace112) reported

@Plusnet Don’t join Plusnet, internet is down for the 4th time this week. Plus they don’t pay the promised gift card.

  • macronencer Mike Torr (@macronencer) reported

@Plusnet I've been waiting on your sales line listening to music for over twenty minutes now. I can't use the customer service line because I don't have a landline yet! What can I do? I need help with an order.

  • MazzJaverick Amy (@MazzJaverick) reported

@Plusnet So you can respond about seven hours later? I am currently having to restart my hub every day to get even close to a decent service. Still trying to work from home at the moment, so can I send you an invoice for lost hours??

  • DigitalStefan Stefan (he / him) (@DigitalStefan) reported

@ispreview I once looked at Plusnet for pricing. It took 20 minutes, a call to them and a spreadsheet to work out. Why? Introductory discounts for the first few months and entirely different minimum contract lengths for broadband and fixed line service. Ended up not competitive.
