    @Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.

    If yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @Plusnet I had a problem with internet connectivity today. You said an advisor would call in 10 minutes. I have had no call.

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

    @Plusnet They have done nothing but push me pillar too post. One lets me leave the next says no and essentially bullying me in too staying in contract by making me wait 30 days too fix a fault thats lasted 6 months!
