  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

  • RaymondHurst20 Raymond Hurst (@RaymondHurst20) reported

@Plusnet Still no resolution to my speed problem, you promised in your deal a certain speed and have never reached it !!

  • Rawk002 La Kernow 🌱 3.5% BLM Anti-oppression &speciesism (@Rawk002) reported

@Plusnet Actually having a laugh that you only have customer service until 8pm. So peed off, you’ve just turned our broadband off 23 days early, both of us work from home & I work until late evening! So not happy 😡😡😡

  • JuliaJudd62 Julia Judd (@JuliaJudd62) reported

@Plusnet Still not working. I am not there but have logged into my account. The person who is there has texted: No still not working. Lights up green, then flashing green, then goes blue, then flashes orange and then the broadband light starts flashing red.

  • ayley26 karen howlett (@ayley26) reported

@Plusnet That's not what the paperwork said when it dropped through my door. It said if I wanted to cancel i wouldn't be charged, because you're increasing the price.

  • hmallettuk Hywel Mallett (@hmallettuk) reported

The Plusnet service was 3.5 Mbps when we moved to the house 3 years ago, but it disconnected when it rained. So Openreach replaced lots of line but it still disconnects and speeds are slower, not faster.

  • antony_nomis Antony Nomis (@antony_nomis) reported

@Plusnet I’ve sent you a message - the issue is with total dropouts of Internet regardless of where the router or I am.

  • Neilwigg Neil Wigglesworth (He/Him) 💙 (@Neilwigg) reported from Kennington, England

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

  • zeitungsjunge Marco Tedaldi (@zeitungsjunge) reported

@HoustonMargaret @Plusnet 1. Find the person responsible nfor this and kick him/her in the *****... Repeatedly! 2. Call someone to fix it (don't stop kicking) 3. Stopp kicking when your wifi is working again and the bill is paid by the responsible party.

  • hmallettuk Hywel Mallett (@hmallettuk) reported

@Plusnet With respect, don’t bother trying to fix it via a Twitter conversation. I have a ticket open, and we’ll go through the same tedious rigmarole as every other time, and at the end you might reset a profile and we get back to “normal”, then some time later it’ll revert to 0.5 Mbps.
