Been left no phone since Friday AM, after trying to move to @Plusnet When contacting the customer service team, I’m being told there is no available timescale to have it resolved?!

  • NadeemNaz Nadeem Naz (@NadeemNaz) reported

@GarethKendall @Plusnet Literally in the same limbo. Wondering if I change providers, would it work for say @EE ? Or is this just a Plusnet issue?

  • PhoebeWyburd Phoebe (@PhoebeWyburd) reported

@Plusnet is there a problem with broadband atm? We’ve lost our internet connection in our home

  • bex1884 Becky Palmer (@bex1884) reported

@Maribellmouse @Plusnet I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t have made people aware of the ongoing issues, before accepting new contracts?! Oh the irony….a communications provider, who can’t communicate!!

  • TCTweeting ME (@TCTweeting) reported

@Plusnet - you're all talk and no support. How can I cancel my service with you? Without any penalties.

  • Maribellmouse Marianne (@Maribellmouse) reported

@292CAN @Plusnet I’m in the same boat. So angry they are continuing to accept port requests when it isn’t working. They have been aware of the issue for some time and still have no idea how long it will take to resolve. Meanwhile we’re all trapped with no data, no texts and our numbers in limbo!

@Plusnet I'm currently a mobile customer of yours. I've now got a 5G phone. Do you offer 5G services? Thanks

  • addzeeyy Addzeey👨‍💻🎨Comms Closed (@addzeeyy) reported

@Plusnet My internet has still been having issues, though not as much, and my internet is currently dropping every like 5 mins, can’t believe I even have to pay for this months considering how bad it has been 😓

  • HeyItsAJOmega AJ Omega 🌈 (@HeyItsAJOmega) reported

Hey @Plusnet, my home internet connection has been dropping out repeatedly all morning. I've tried restarting router multiple times to no avail, & I'm almost certain problem isn't in the house. Need a stable internet connection for work, so any assistance ASAP would be grand!

  • 1TD Tom Davies (@1TD) reported

Always haggle the customer service rep on the phone when renewing a contract. Took me 20 seconds for Plusnet to offer £28.99 a month, down to £25.99 and finally £24.99 a month for 18 months. Cheeky buggers.
