    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Girlw0ndr I've had EE for 2years now,so far never had any problems and definitely better than my previous supplier, Plusnet

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @Plusnet Poor overall @Plusnet couldn't even give me some credit for overcharging me... may have to go to @Ofcom

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

    That’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.
