@plusnethelp your customer service is appalling - your call center is not accepting any calls. How can this be allowed? Absolutely horrendous service - I can't even call to disconnect my service. Very very poor service. 0/10 #plusnet #poorcustomerservice #BadCustomerService

@plusnethelp ffs just read through the customer messages - now realised that #plusnet is a extremely poor company, like bottom of the pile. If anyone is interested in joining plusnet then PLEASE DO NOT - regardless of how cheap it is - customer service is appalling

@plusnethelp is there a mobile outage? Nothing on your website but I can't make or receive calls, and by the looks of Twitter, neither can a lot of people on Plusnet.

@plusnethelp Is there an issue with the Plusnet mobile network in Dartford? I have a strong signal but my mobile cut out midcall and now I cannot make or receive calls or send texts. I use this phone for work and I need it running. Data is working fine.

Come on Plusnet just spent 30 plus mins on phone and was to keep a lookout on Twitter for info! that's a joke as you don't seem to know the network is down so unable to make calls.....
