@plusnethelp ffs just read through the customer messages - now realised that #plusnet is a extremely poor company, like bottom of the pile. If anyone is interested in joining plusnet then PLEASE DO NOT - regardless of how cheap it is - customer service is appalling

@plusnethelp your customer service is appalling - your call center is not accepting any calls. How can this be allowed? Absolutely horrendous service - I can't even call to disconnect my service. Very very poor service. 0/10 #plusnet #poorcustomerservice #BadCustomerService

@Plusnet You are supposed to be good with customer service, but since moving house you’ve caused me nothing but problems. Now my email address doesn’t work. I’ve had it for over a decade and I’m self employed. Told me it was getting fixed but no. Need this sorting now.

@Plusnet Having promised me a new number and ex-directory status AGAIN I checked on BT Directory just now. All of my details are there including a new number! The scammers will have it by now too. Another AWFUL broken promise from Plusnet.

@Plusnet Right. I'm still unable to receive calls unless I switch to 3G. This is terrible. I cannot afford to keep missing calls because they just don't show up if I have 4G enabled. I've been a customer for 3 weeks and will be leaving in the next week if it's not sorted

Shocking Service from PlusNet, they disconnected my broadband due to an error and have just been advised I cannot be reconnected for 10 days!! Ombudsman here we come !!!!!!!

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet, I've accessed my acc online but there's no mention of sim card sent or to expect it & its not clear just exactly what my phone number is or will be when you connect me. Its been about a week now & my old Tesco service is cut off. I was pleased to sign up, briefly 😔

@Plusnet any service issues in SS postcode areas? Devices connect to router OK but there’s no internet going on Same for several hours. Done all obvious stuff reset router check leads etc
