David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโs due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโt appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

Ann Jones (@littlehaven2014) reported@Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.

SteveHooker (also bluesky) ๐ช๐บ๐ถ #FBPE ๐ #FBPA (@Steve_Hooker) reportedIf you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didnโt let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for ยฃ28m. I canโt relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

Daren (@DazzaBoro) reported@Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.
