@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@oaklandsealing There was definitely a problem in the BT / Plusnet broadband service locally this morning. Low bandwidth and high packet loss. Unsure if this is a wider issue.

@Plusnet Woeful customer service. My bill jumps from £28.50pm to £41.59pm, and your retention team tells me the only way I can get the deal online is to leave, go without internet for 30 days, and then pay a connection fee again. I once recommended you to everyone. What a joke.

@plusnethelp Had a phone call yesterday from a nice @plusnet man, apologising for the delay and promising an engineer would fix the phone line by noon today without needing access to the house. Fingers crossed. 😎
