@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@Plusnet My first resolution is to leave Plusnet. Probably the worst service provider in the whole of the United Kingdom. Abysmal customer service, awful customer service.

@x_elx response time is by the 4th of Januarybut, with it being an external fault, this is only an estimate and they'll fix it sooner if they can. Our faults team will monitor this from here and will contact you once we have an update. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@EAHelp Even if none of my connection has changed. Wired connection. No one else in the house using internet. Worrying thing is I’m not just the only one experiencing these problems. What do you think @Plusnet ? Made any secret changes to your internet provision in the last week?
