@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@kazzaloveslife Plusnet, left TalkTalk as they were appalling, had no landline or internet, rang up & were just passed around the world, nothing done. Plusnet all UK based & you never feel hurried if talking to them.

@Plusnet we have just agreed to join BT from 27/04 and they said they can sort all the switching but we need to inform you. Is there anything specific you need or do we just cancel our direct debit from this date?

@Plusnet Just had my internet disconnected twice in the last hour and yesterday had an outage of about one hour. Causing real disruption for me at the moment. Is everything ok with service in the Bristol/North Somerset area?
