    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @Plusnet Its disappointing in contract, but Your rep implied it was more a regulation policy not down to individual companies to force these rises. He was wrongly deflecting the responsibility I believe.

    @Plusnet Well...onn the phone with Mohammed, from Plusnet,..been disconnected once; blood pressure steadily rising, as he tells me a completely different story about the closing of my account timeline; tries to hedge as to why the five days official complaint timeline not adhered to etc.

    Learn from my mistake - AVOID @Plusnet LIKE THE PLAGUE! Their 'honest Yorkshire' shtick is a not just that. Give them time, they will **** you over!

    @Plusnet new customer here. Tried signing up online and you took my money but now have thrown me back to the beginning of the sign up process. Been on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Maybe I should look elsewhere for a new provider. Not impressed so far

    @PennyMacaroni Odd. There maybe an issue at the Plusnet end. Don’t recognise that error code. Looks like it’s failing at source. So server issue maybe?

    .@Plusnet you are the shitest broadband company ever, this past year your services were as unreliable as the sheffield buses... fix up. cant believe we paid extra for faster wifi and 9/10 times it doesn't work. can't wait to be free of you in a few weeks. 100% wouldn't recommend.

    @johnlewishelp Need to take that back about the helpfulness, last week, as all promises, yet again broken. Mum will be going to bank to reclaim the direct debit charges she has paid, nearly two months later. Disgusting and appalling service from both John Lewis and @Plusnet.

    @Plusnet At this point, platitudes and empty promises from the likes of yourself, John Lewis Broadband, @edfenergy , @virginmedia are not helpful to my mental and physical health, Samantha. My help blog is needed, to show levels of service with these companies, and self-help strategies.
