    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    I have restored Pi-Hole functionality to my network, the only way to do this with the BT Smart Hub 2 is to disable it's DHCP and let Pi-Hole handle this instead before resetting device connections, in the Plusnet branded version this was not needed which is strange

    @Plusnet As per the call you guys given the commitment for my services will be activated with in 7 days now I am getting email it will activate after 19 August. It will not work I need it before else you can cancel your connection I will check another provider as well as cheap

    @CharlieMaguire9 @Plusnet Yes, Charlie. My internet was extremely slow last night and my email simply didnt work. I see from their website that they had to close it down, temporarily. All back up and running, now.

    @Plusnet I have been a customer for a number of years and still have a Huawei EchoLife HG612 connected to a ASUS router can I request a Hub 2 to replace the two units I have never been offered a hub1 or a hub2

    See @WeAreOpenreach are still rubbish. @Plusnet phone and internet down for the 8th day running. Open reach not done anything for four days.
