    @Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬

    I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...

    @WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

    @Plusnet her plus net, is it normal to have a iPad connected to the wifi and problem with a laptop? I did a Speedtest and the laptop was much lower than the iPad, is this normal?

    @Plusnet What a terrible network, they take a whole day to port a number across! You'll miss a days worth of calls, do Not use this network if you have a line for business.

    @plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!

    @WeAreOpenreach had someone from plusnet move a wifi start date from 31/03 to 27/04 due to an issue with Openreach but the current occupiers experience no issues

    @Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

    The day after the DD is returned, my service is restricted. So I call @Plusnet again. Speak to a lovely person, who says sorry, that shouldn't have happened, it looks like someone's refunded the amount instead of taking off the charge. Sends me a link to pay the £34 I actually...
