@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@rmappleby @noIPv6 @Plusnet We (business costumer, routing service) have native IPv6. There is a "field test" going on and if you ask your customer rep they can send you a form to fill out to be part of that test. IPv6 works fine then with a static prefix. (I think it was a /48)

@OpenreachHelp It's Plusnet and they're saying there's nothing they can do. According to them I've had the service I paid for (they sent an engineer) so nothing else they can do :/

@chlooeeeexo @Virgin @Plusnet have been amazing for me. I left Virgin for reasons similar to yours. Sky were too pricy. I never use TV anyway so... I just got the fiber. 2 years on, still no issues.
