@plusnet extremely unhappy with the service / help I’ve received today. The internet is down on your part and won’t be able to get support for 72 hrs. So no internet no tv no working from home.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I'm having an issue with our wifi and All4. Nothing will stream on any of our devices (smart TV, laptops, phones) but the app works when I'm not connected to wifi. I hear this is a common issue? It's super annoying. Help?

@Ofcom @Plusnet I was so distraught wen told it'll be Wed be4 anything cud be done to sort phone/broadband issue. Fault on line outside! Noway, it was working be4 switchover. I think number hasn't been ported over an that's the issue. This is peoples livelihoods your messing with

Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.
