    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @Plusnet Thanks, yes I understand that an issue is going to be investigated. My concern is 2 fold...I now have no landline (Openreach cut Virgin cable!!!) and my Virgin Broadband is due to be disconnected next week.

    Pretty fed up of @Plusnet now and there lies, ordered Internet from them on the 14th and had nothing but it will be on the 28th. No router delivered, a email saying that the Internet had been turned on this morning,a nervous customer service when asked yesterday about router

    Organising life today. @Plusnet cancelled. I DO NOT recommend. New service with @virginmedia arriving this week. Now tackling @AskNationwide and there 2nd payment delay this year! No payments in or out…you couldn’t write it #fail

    @Plusnet the email from you states "Delivery normally takes 1-2 days from notice of dispatch" no mention of 3 to 5 working days... we are all used to Amazon next day delivery so 3-5 "working days" is poor...

    Btw if you know anyone who is with Plusnet or has the means to switch to them, they're currently not charging for calls to Ukraine to try and help people reach loved ones or help them escape the war.
