    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @toomuchsand @ProfPilk Hi Mike, I hope you enjoyed your travels and sorry for the delayed response, whereabouts did you go? We have a known issue with 4g being unavailable when roaming.     @Plusnet Hi - truly terrible Internet service for last 2 days in SE London. Having to use my phone hotspot and data just to get any work done - frustrating and costing extra money. Any known service issues or help please?

    @Plusnet hello. Your website appears to be broken. I've been trying to sign up for a mobile contract a number of times this afternoon but keep getting an error message.

    @Plusnet have you gone bust? Helpline numbers are all saying not recognised. Broadband is not working. Please advise

    @Plusnet Thanks Adam. It would be good to know that your fix would include some way of remotely‘fixing’ a SIM that gets ‘stuck’ in E mode when abroad - being without data is inconvenient these days when we have come to rely on it for sat-nav, translation, etc.
