    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @AussieSimon @Plusnet Same for me. They switched it a day early too. And their "award winning customer services" couldn't give a tinkers cuss either.

    @Plusnet If be happy getting the service I pay for, clearly this is too much to ask? Perhaps @BBCWatchdog might like to look at this? Plusnet blame Openreach, Openreach blame Plusnet. I can't complain to Openreach (although someone at Plusnet said I could and had to). Pity the consumer

    @Plusnet You would have thought that before switching me from my old supplier (a day early) that you could have delivered your router to me wouldn't you? Basic stuff really. Now no broadband at all and wish I hadn't bothered. "Award winning customer service" are useless too.

    @SaarfLondonBird Hi Lorna. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I hope that you enjoy your cruise! Our Roam Like at Home service doesn't include roaming whilst at sea and we don't offer any bolt-ons for this, I'm sorry that this is the case. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

    @plusnet this is the second router you have sent me and it seems to have developed exactly the same fault as the first. Regularly dropping service and requiring a restart. What is the fix?

    @Plusnet on your coverage checker I should get good signal indoors and outdoors but this isn’t the case. Are there problems with mobile signals?
