    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @MartinSLewis £38 Plusnet phone and broadband, fibre , 60+mps. Through the copper wire too so no issues with road being dug up or council cutting virgin cable when they cut thre grass. We are close to the exchange which makes the difference. On the whole very good.

    @plusnethelp hello, I have joined plusnet in the last few days, however my wifi is saying ‘incorrect pssword’ on my phone when I try and connect. It had previously connected and the password is correct and hasn’t been changed. Doing this on two separate iPhones. PLEASE HELP

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. I am left without internet at home when I switched to you (via your website)very recently & I was told you would update me with progress within 48 hours - that was approx 80 hours ago. I work from home and need this service urgently.

    it is now 16.00 on Friday & still NO landline & absolutely no information from @plusnethelp as to what is happening...been without a landline for 4 Days @Plusnet took over on 17 November & I have had a landline for 5 days of that .... please do something this is such bad service
