@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

I see my @Plusnet Internet is back to its normal self over the past week. Been in 20 minutes and its unusable, only trying to send a couple of emails. Will receive a reply no doubt about wired connection instead of wifi (which it is) can't wait to cancel.

@notmeat37574523 Yeah, my understanding of broadband these days is a bit shaky. I've just plugged in the free PlusNet router (to confirm it is the router and not the line having problems) in place my own and see it is the DSL socket which is plugged in.

@Plusnet your wifi is beyond a joke now. It’s constantly going off despite two engineers having been to ‘fix’ it. When will it just work properly?!!

@FHawksworth @david__s Plusnet were based across the road from where I worked in Sheffield so used to meet a few of their tech bods in the rub-a-dub-boozer on a Friday evening... Seeking advice, I was told to stick with BT... (Brilliant employer by all accounts but that didn't help me at the time.)
