Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

Matthew Broadway (@matthewb79) reported@Plusnet only getting 20mbps when it’s usually over 100. Is there an issue?

Abu al-Hinnā Yakub (@RobinWi56161978) reported@TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

Dog off the leash. (@paulturner2012) reportedPlusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Alecia 🦄 (@leeshthomasxo) reported@Plusnet I’ve done that and it’s still not working. How can I call you now when your office is closed?
