    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol
