    @Plusnet very disappointed with service on day one of my new services with you, via @JohnLewisRetail (Broadband)almost 10pm and still no broadband services. Took hours to get the phone line so why am I still waiting? You’ve had 2 weeks to get this set up! Terrible service!

    @Plusnet Details sent. Very disappointed and if this service is not switched by lunchtime today I will cancel the contract! @Ofcom how long should a broadband switch take?

    @Plusnet your fibre sucks.Disconnects at least every 20mins and doesn't reconnect automatically hence all my 4G data gone.#crap

    @Plusnet I’ve tried calling your number to report an issue and it says it’s no longer available. I’m paying money for the services and they’re not working.

    @Plusnet Yeah, there's just no justification for a ~9% price rise. I didn't get a 9% pay rise, and I bet you didn't either. I've just requested my PAC, and I'm going to try Lebara for a while. Seems Vodafone's signal will be better where I live too.

    @Plusnet For anyone who reads this thread by “rectified” they mean I turned down their measly £20 compensation offer and donated double that to charity myself.
