    @Plusnet 37 mb last night I’m paying for 900 mb , hour on the phone tonight still no answer , how are you getting awards for the this appalling service !!!!!! No call back when you said you would !! How times do I have to call you to tell you this is a problem ????

    @StiltonNinja Hi there, sorry for the delay. The IP address issue was regarding a 3rd party company that provides the IP addresses. This has since been resolved, so you should be back to normal with streaming services. Nathan – Plusnet (Doncaster)

    @TheRegister Like the outdated ones @Plusnet push out and have loads on their network that are expliotable as they don't care about cutomers - even when been with them a decade, they label 10MB as highspeed - jokers going to feel this one.
