I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just why does my #VPN security has a problem verifying @Plusnet security onthe internet Just whois playing games with my life long gap of inactivity of hours being switched off My mobile phone was attacked on April 1st only on Friday switched back on BTGroup admit your part #Marr

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

@plusnethelp Hello. I’m confused that plusnet aren’t willing to look in to my poor WiFi or to assist? The instructions are not adequate, they just say “change the channels until you find the best one for your house.”. I should not have to pay for third party equipment to get adequate WiFi.

So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle
