    I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Has anybody else out there had any problems with BTGroup Open Reach EE or Plusnet Just who or why was this takeover of UKTelecoms allowed I sit in silence daily can’t receive tweets I want the CEO of BTGroup to apologise for the treatment received here in #Neston @ElSenala #Marr

    @Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.
