@ellehardy I’ve used them all at one point or another. Vodafone (and Virgin) are bad. Tesco is good and cheap, and uses O2 signal which is good (O2 tend to be expensive) GiffGaff is great if you have a phone already. EE (& plusnet & BT) are ok but unreliable with poor Customer service.

@Plusnet Yes the wifi signal is terrible. What am I supposed to do about it though? I have an Wifi Extender in my room, right next to my computer but that doesn’t help. I connect it to my PC and it says “Secured, no internet”. It’s like the months go on and you guys decide to become worse

@Ofcom Thank you . Wish I'd copied you in weeks ago with my @Plusnet account. An absolute nightmare and stressful 8 weeks. But they closed the contract yesterday. I'm guessing because I involved you. Dreadful company who think we are all stupid
