I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Has anybody else out there had any problems with BTGroup Open Reach EE or Plusnet Just who or why was this takeover of UKTelecoms allowed I sit in silence daily can’t receive tweets I want the CEO of BTGroup to apologise for the treatment received here in #Neston @ElSenala #Marr

@Plusnet Issue accessing emails so logged into Member Centre to find a msg saying my BUSINESS account is closing!!! Support say no way to retrieve. No bills outstanding and no warning so must be system error!!! Good job Plusnet!! I do not recommend. Action required immediately.
