We need answers to the crisis in Telecoms #Scams & #Fraud Nobody in the media wants to report the scandal Yet more #Victims join the list daily My query is BTGroup& Open Reach + @EE & PlusNet needs to be broken up as soon as possible It has a a too cosy relationship with @Ofcom

@Plusnet Refund confirmed and chased up by Chris and Noor. It arrived today, so thanks very much for your help. Maybe it could have been dealt with more quickly with one two way email, rather than dozens of multiplatform comms.

So annoyed with @Plusnet. They managed to take my money in the 10 Feb, but didn’t process my order. Unfortunately I didn’t get in to the automated system! So now it’s back to the start again. Cancelled. Awful service.

@drsaraharens @JohnLewisRetail The worst broadband service I've ever had was the John Lewis one (actually Plusnet). Worse than the service was the aggressiveness/dishonesty of the agents.

That we didn't need to pay. If it does damage her credit score and stops us buying house I will be taking them to court. We have our calls logged and recorded to @plusnethelp and the emails we received saying there was nothing to pay. Do not use @Plusnet
