    @WeAreOpenreach Where can we get specific location updates? My broadband provider (plusnet) informed me its an Open Reach issue but there's no specific location service status on your website. Could you help please?

    @ISPAUK I save on energy bills by turning off lights, on petrol by cycling and gas by turning down heating and yet, @Plusnet why do I still pay for the internet if I turn my router off at night? Why don’t we only pay for the internet we use? Genuine question.

    @Schadenfreudian I second sky! Avoid plusnet. Very bad very unreliable made me very angry.
