  Nobody use @Plusnet we’ve had awful wifi for over a year and they just told it not there problem as I only pay for broadband not wifi. How the hell are we supposed to hole school and work from home?

  @NorthmanEdward @virginmedia So why are not other providers doing this? #VirginGreedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

  @Plusnet Hello, I applied for your broadband in November and have heard nothing since. What's happening? How do I cancel as this service isn't good.

  @TeslaInTheUK @xtras3xyvehicle Virgin have been awful for service. We had their fibre and it was slow. Moved to Plusnet, faster and less than half the price!
