@matt303 @Plusnet @zeninternet nope - they promise to keep prices same. Of course they are higher.. though better service (and niceities like static ip ipv6 etc). I'm very pleased I switched to them.

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp 95% of the time it’s too many nearby routers all on the same channel. Change wifi channel at the router, or try disabling 2.4, or 5ghz, mine are all on the 5ghz, got a customer where have to set them all on the 2.4. Also some kit likes the 2.4 & 5ghz to have separate names

@andypoulton @Plusnet @plusnethelp Apart from this issue I’m very content with Plusnet, there’s no-one else I’d go to for broadband.

@rhydsnewi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Sorry. There’s a 2,000 comment thread about it on the Plusnet forums, it’s clearly a system problem

@jonbradbury Sorry, that was a bit abrupt. I tried all those steps which are recommended on the PlusNet help forum but they didn’t sort it; I had to factory reset the router. Now all is OK - until the next time. On the forum PlusNet mention a solution they are rolling out - hopefully soon.

@plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp Then simply make your complaint in the manner I suggested but without the threat to end your contract. Mind you, if only 1 out of several devices can connect it's not much cop, IMO
