    @tower1361 @plusnethelp Having the same problem, was offered a gift card to join directly on the plusnet website, but apparently no trace of said promo! On top of that, signal is absolutely garbage and can't stay connected, working from home shouldn't be this hard, plusnet, not happy!

    @Plusnet- To activate the broadband it takes 10 days and never mentioned about it before. We live in a developed country and it takes 10 days to activate broadband. While some of the developing countries takes only 24hrs. Plusnet is shame for this country

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @Plusnet an engineer was supposed to be here today but I guess they're not bothering? Now on day 15 of no Internet and my daughter is on day 8 of no education. You won't fix the problem and you won't let me cancel. I'm so sick of this

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    Great service from @Plusnet this week. Gave notice on our account and they 'mistakenly' tried to take a £60 cancellation fee they weren't entitled to and now they seem to have closed our service three weeks early. So I'm stuck listening to the ear-bleeding hold music now.

    @plusnet down since 8.30am. Attempting to homeschool two children using a phone and 4G....not cool. Any idea when it's going to be fixed?!

    @OpenreachHelp Hi - My broadband has pretty much been unusable since Monday AM. A fault has been raised by Plusnet for Openreach to have a look. Issue is yet to be fixed and Plusnet aren't able to give an update. Mega annoying as WFH. Is this something you can have a look at?
