  @EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

  Plusnet are sending an engineer out tomorrow afternoon, and they better be able to fix it!!! We haven’t even watched Emmerdale today, this is ******* bullshit.
