Hi @Plusnet you have illegally taken control of my parents account & left them without broadband & landline. They are both in their 80s & my mum is disabled & housebound, the phone & internet are their lifeline. I need an urgent fix please.

@Plusnet Renewed my broadband service with you and have had fibre extra for 2-3 years now so was really annoyed that I wasn’t allowed the new Hub 2, you certainly don’t look after existing customers.

@Plusnet WiFi has been off all day in DY6 area. Can you look into this? Have tried calling plusnet but the advice and help given did not help. Seems to be an outage issue affecting other people in the area of DY6.
