@Plusnet on Sunday I was told to call back today if I’d not had a response technical issue. A bit shocked that you have shut down your 24 hr a day 7 days a week service today! It’s just as we’ll hospitals don’t do the same to thank their key workers!

Do any of my followers use @zeninternet? If so, how’s the service/router? My @Plusnet connection and/router is being unreliable and I cannot face dealing with their support team again.

@Plusnet I want my money returning and I will be cancelling my broadband for a better quality provider. If not returned I will contact my bank and continue to let others know how bad you are.

@Plusnet No reply nor activation in progress confirmation, and service should be going live today. Account still showing that nothing has been kicked off. Not impressed at all with how you’re handling the activation process. Your online reporting is broken

@Plusnet Hi. My phone line has been cut off for several days now, and I really need some assistance. This is the 3rd/4th time this has happened to me. I’ve tried calling customer services but apparently all your staff are out due to your company thanking them for their work.

@Plusnet Hey 👋 I keep getting really flakey service (~10% of packets being dropped) and I think there might be a fault on the line. Anything you can do?
