Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

Hi @Plusnet, I've had periodic line drops in the last 48 hours, they only seem to last 2 minutes, but causing issues. SY2 area. Have you been doing anything with the line in this area ?
