  @Plusnet 3rd visit to Isle of Man in 5 years and still can't make calls. Every year I'm told it's sorted before I leave England but it's happened again. Data ok just can't make calls, can't even call support!

  @Plusnet hi do you know if you’re having any issues? My router has been flashing orange for about an hour now. Tried restarting the router/unplugging etc. but no help

  @bt_uk apparently you're holding up my broadband connection that I ordered with plusnet on 20th April. Still no progress can you help?
