Anyone else having problems with Plusnet? Last week we had problems with email...now resolved. Yesterday and today, issues with wireless connection with TV and Smartphones.

@Plusnet Plusnet scores Gold, Silver and Bronze in the ineptitude games. How can a simple renewal of contract turn into disaster? Deleting my account without reason and any failsafe plus a string of broken promises You must feel so proud

  • ruthturley18 Ruth (@ruthturley18) reported

@IanWLee23 @Plusnet We are still missing a day’s worth of emails - around Wed 10th Nov. Is it right that there’s no prospect of ever getting those back, as we’ve been advised by Customer Service? Husband now shakes his fist at TV every time your advert comes on!

@asda_mobile 6 months ago you agreed to refund me credit balance via a cheque in the post. Still nothing. Shocking. I will be writing to ofcom for a formal complaint. Everyone....please don't bother with asda mobile. Plusnet are much better

Friendship over with Three Mobile (their WiFi sucks and I just use the number they gave me for tinder and twitter) friendship beginning with PlusNet

@plusnet Thanks for letting me down AGAIN. How can you not even organise a simple installation??? 3 days of lost work now thanks to you and no faith left in you whatsoever. You are an awful company. @MarcAllera

  • mayordipshit The Dark Lord (@mayordipshit) reported

Haw, @Plusnet your customer services are pish. Thanks, from one of your “valued customers”. Over 3 weeks and no incoming calls. Cancelling my mobiles and broadband today. Thanks for **** all.

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet To avoid any possible future issues I suggest an email address that is separate to the service provider. There are many free or low-cost reliable email services such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo! etc. The advantage being you can take them with you when changing ISP.

  • kerry3101 Kerry Thompson (@kerry3101) reported

@plusnet Are you going to make it three times in a row that you haven’t delivered on a promise? 15 minutes to go for a call back and it’s looking increasingly unlikely. I should have gone elsewhere when you let me down last week. Shame on me. @MarcAllera
