@Plusnet No emails for days, messages that mailbox full, it isn't. Have I been migrated - no idea as am not receiving messages. This really is unacceptable, how about someone extracts their digit & sorts these issue now

@WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

@Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.

@Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks

Morning all coffees on. A dry start, no doubt followed by rain later, current issues with broadband persist. #plusnet never had a problem before but now it just keeps dropping.
