  @Plusnet I've been a customer since March and was promised a welcome voucher but have had no emails or anything else about this, this was a big factor in me signing up!!

  @Plusnet Thanks. We have tried all these recommendations. The wifi signal deteriorates again each time it is restored. Devices that could connect 10m away for years can no longer when more than 4m away from hub. No longer reaches the extender. Switching channels ok for a day.

  @Plusnet broadband nightmare continues. I thought it was fixed yesterday. Came home and the dreaded red light flashing on the router. Tried resetting. No joy. Tried calling. Just been cut-off. Fed up with awful service and poor support. 😖
