    She calls again and different person says no it’ll be fine. The internet will keep going until new router arrives. She checked with another person who confirmed. Today has been contacted saying the internet will go off tomorrow until new router arrives. @Plusnet help!

    Been with @fibrehop using @CityFibre network, it hasn’t been a week and last night internet went off at 22.45 and is still down this morning. Regretting leaving @Plusnet #cityfibre

    @Plusnet router has been flashing orange with a red flashing b for 3 days now. I’ve turned off/on, reset and restarted router multiple times and nothing has worked. Getting fed up with this company, always an issue.
