@plusnethelp I helped my father sign up to plusnet through the online process & you took his money okay 😠 Promised no loss/delay of internet access. Still not online & had to disappoint his employer, being unable to work. Paying for a service he's not even receiving. Shocking.

@Plusnet once again no help from c service. I recommended you to my elderly recently widowed mother. She was promised by your sales team she could keep the landline number she has had for 40 years. Number not kept. Supposed to be sorted today and not. Crying to me earlier! Awful!

@discord keeps disconnecting when I video call or start sharing screen. I'm with PlusNet. I've heard there were issues with PlusNet and discord. Have those been resolved? If not what can I do?

So the engineer who was booked in today had the audacity to say that I didn’t call them up to confirm. Hello, it’s confirmed through the isp! @plusnet there’s something up when the engineers you hire give a stupid excuse like this.
