    @Plusnet No broadband this morning NE418EX, is that a local power issue, or likely an issue with my router, thanks

  • SpagFlying The Boosted Spaghetti Monster (@SpagFlying) reported

    @Lesism Is there no chat option on their website? My human alter ego is with Plusnet sim only. 30 day contract 6gb pm for £6 as a Plusnet broadband customer. It is on EE network so excellent coverage. I have no affiliation with them.

  • WhizzJimmy Jimmy Whizz (@WhizzJimmy) reported

    @Plusnet No mobile signal at all in the ST10 area for 3 days!! I can't contact you because there is no signal. I know there's a mast problem with EE but this is getting ridiculous. Am I entitled to compensation or do I have to cancel my contract and move to a rival?

  • VBrooks1978 Victoria (@VBrooks1978) reported

    @Plusnet I’ve got a problem but your number won’t work 😔

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

    @nw_nicholas @Plusnet Which, presumably, has PlusNet finger OpenReach capacity issues (Did OpenReach attend at such a busy time to see the reality?), or to ponder REIN, which is more common at times of high power consumption/devices powered on/off.. Do power cables share poles with telephone wires?

  • SpagFlying The Boosted Spaghetti Monster (@SpagFlying) reported

    @Lesism Plusnet uses EE network. Don't go direct to EE.

  • loufunnell Lou. (@loufunnell) reported

    I have had excellent technical support over the last 72 hours from Robert C, Amar A & Molly-Anne D @Plusnet absolute stars and a credit to the company

  • rabbitaway Rabbit Away (@rabbitaway) reported

    @BrighaONeill @TalkTalk @Plusnet I was with them years ago. They were **** then. So, now they're excluded. I'm still leaning to BT but no call plans and since my mobile contract is up years ago I'll get £5 off BT mobile so don't need home phone x

  • randomovine Curious and Chaotic *Sheepy* #Baa 🐑 😷 (@randomovine) reported

    @macronencer They have to pay PRS fees .. hence cheap covers... Btw, top tip, upgrade your Plusnet router to a none Plusnet one because all of theirs are ****...

  • timmybanana Tim Wright (@timmybanana) reported

    @Plusnet Sounds like you definitely need to look into this??? That's what you've been doing since we first signed up. If you read the original tweet it states what has been done so far. A complaint has now been logged because contracts should work both ways!!!! @Ofcom
