    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    Don’t get PlusNet, it’s the most dogshit ******* internet provider on the face of the planet. Literally first sign of bad weather INSTANTLY lose all ability to play any online game.

    Surely the @Plusnet mailbox setup must be the most onerous ever designed. The most stupid constraints on a PIN number, then 101 options you don't really want!

    @DrETPeters As I speak, there’s currently someone from plusnet installing a new router. It’s just been so poor!!!! 🙃🙃🙃🙃

    @EmmaJessonTV @Plusnet Hi Emma are you using the plusnet supplied router? I had this problem and found by switching to a Bt homebub 5 router instead it cured the problem, info on how to do it is in the plusnet community.

    @Plusnet how long should it take a SIM and call data to port over? Now into a second week and another SIM card! Friendly ineffective service. #Minusnet.
