@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

Ridiculous phone call with @Plusnet just now. Moving house, they offer £38 a month. I can cancel my current contract, pay early termination fee (£60), sign up again with @plusnet (£24), pay a connection fee (£50) and end up paying less over the period of the contract.

@Plusnet Constantly dropping out. Use 4g at home 70%+. Wife has to plug in broadband to ensure she can hold meetings. Have a booster upstairs but little diff. Today, a total of maybe over an hr just searching for WiFi. Constant lack of service and then you tell us, there are no probs!

@Plusnet shocking service yesterday. I called around 1940 and was answered by a man who said ‘we are asking our customers to call back tomorrow’. He then cut me off! 1/3

@Plusnet so my mum paid her bill a few days ago and the internet went on but oh my is it shocking! Are you having problems or something? Whys my phone also saying 'sign into the network'? I've reset the box and it's the same

Yet again @Plusnet can't provide decent/any internet. I just don't get why the price we pay can't decrease based on the poor service we receive? No one should be paying for internet and then relying on their phone's 4g just to work and stay in contact with people...

@Plusnet I saw a few saying there was a delay with SIM delivery - / presume I can order then transfer/ use PAC fory number once SIM arrives so there's no down time?

@Plusnet My internet is off again after reconnecting for an hour this morning. I work from home and do everything online so this is completely unacceptable. Your online troubleshooter isn’t working either. Please advise when I can expect the service I’m paying for to work?
