    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    Plusnet. Very poor. My 88 year old mum moved house. All booked. Didn’t come and made lots of excuses no Tv or internet. Said they can come in 8 days. Don’t use Plusnet or Open Reach. Useless

    @MarcAllera Have been a customer of Plusnet over 20 years, trying to complain, get deadlock letter with incorrect facts, ask for it to be corrected, told no and that your customer advocate will not make further comment. Rude and such poor cust relations. Can you assist please?

    @Plusnet The Internet is going slow today. About half the download and upload speed it should be which caused issues for our Twitchstream. Which is our work?

    @Plusnet it seems there's no Internet connection in IP33. Devices are connected to the broadband but Internet is not working (exclamation mark next to the wi-fi icon). I switched on and off and reset the reuter to no avail. Help, please!
