@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@Plusnet this still hasn't been resolved! Day 6 now without service, no response from any of your support either. I'm reliant on WiFi to email you and contact you here. Can you at least send me a new sim so I can continue to contact friends and family? While I continue to wait 😴

@Plusnet Been a customer 8 years received a 17% price hike on my bill last month apparently I was sent an email - beware and keep an eye on those direct debits everyone
