@Plusnet @JohnLewis @johnlewishelp 18 days now without landline service & internet for a 77 year old lady living on her own, no mobile network coverage, 4 request for a manager call back but nothing. Plusnet/JohnLewisbroadband should be ashamed, all they can do is pass the buck.

@OlympusAchilles Sorry to hear that this is the case. As mentioned by my colleague, if you send us your account username over on a direct message we can have a look into the connection problem. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@ajayg1234 @Plusnet You're less likely to get good customer service when you go on like that. Manners go a long way.

@Plusnet I have dutifully replied to an email about dates for fixing my fault - with no result. I am now minimally connected, but it's so slow as to be virtually useless. I hope I can claim substantial refunds for the many lost days in the past two years and more. Attention would be good.

@Plusnet Morning scum bags, instead of writing stupid messages why don't you help people. Like call the customers back when you say you would. Taken anymore money from dead people's account to increase you P&L?

@Plusnet I rang you yesterday, spoke to someone who confirmed there is a problem with her line at the exchange and they said an engineer would go and look at it. But it's still dead I'm not trying to get any info on my auntie's account, I just want to know if you're going to fix the fault
