    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.

    @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. πŸ‘ πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    @Plusnet hi I am considering switching to your service but I have a very large garden so need to speak to someone in regards signal to end of garden but the phone line has a huge wait.
