@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@plusnethelp @DaveMitchison Same here, and I’m a new customer, only joined plusnet on the 2nd of December. Every day it’s dropping out at least 3 times, last night it dropped out 7 times in the space of an hour! (World record). I am currently on hold with plusnet as I type. Almost 20 mins. Not good!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I still cannot activate my reward card, I’ve sent several emails to info@pure card and received the standard reply that they would reply within 72 hours, but nothing since my first email of 24/11. Absolutely fed up with you! Help!!

@Plusnet all this lovely publicity about caring and helping and yet the service is deteriorating and no response to tweets or from the help line. I wish I had never renewed let alone paid extra for supposedly better speed. Rubbish service. Will not recommend to anyone

@plusnethelp My Plusnet email address has suddenly started rejecting incoming emails from one address. The sender has been told I need to contact you to get you to add their email address to your allowed senders list. Can you help, please?

@Plusnet I cannot stress enough just how garbage PlusNet are. Awful, constantly going out, trying to work form home and it's a ******* nightmare, bloody awful service.
