    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

    @plusnethelp I switched to Plusnet Mobile last week and received a new sim in the post on 13th April. I still have not received an activation message and having contacted plusnet customer services, they could find no record of my order despite having taken payment upfront!

    @plusnethelp I didn't get broadband until yesterday afternoon(may be around 14 hours it was down). I called plusnet customerservice. Despite waiting 46 minutes in the call, no one answered it. Besides, speed I have been getting for the last 1 week is below the minimum guaranteed speed.
