@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@Plusnet Just don't whatever you do sign Doris up to Plusnet. They'll rip her off, cut the service randomly, ignore her calls for help, drive her insane.... honestly, Plusnet cannot be trusted with any customer let alone a vulnerable one who needs help.

Speaking to @Plusnet on the phone now. There customers support reps are argumentative. Quite rude. The network has been rubbish they won’t listen. For the sake of your lives.DON’T GO WITH @Plusnet
