    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    Tfw you have a heap of work to get through and you're actually feeling ready to tackle it, then your internet goes down 😫 Have a ticket raised with @Plusnet but although their staff are lovely, their service is staggeringly unreliable - their timeline here is not happy reading.

    Just to add to the voices @Plusnet ... You're down nationally and you should mention that. Continued awful service I cannot wait to leave them.
