    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @Plusnet I haven’t seen any problems yet today, but will monitor it. My router hasn’t had an update, do you know what’s been causing the dropouts?

    Phoned @Plusnet and there is a major outage in the S2 area of Sheffield and will be fixed anytime up to 4pm today.

    @HoustonMargaret @Plusnet Probably a new socket, but that's a BT problem, not Plusnet. Your builder should really have covered the socket first. You can replace any additional sockets yourself, but the master socket has to be done by BT (though possibly someone can do it unofficially).
