    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @Plusnet broadband down since 1.35 am and still not recovered. Tried to connect to your website with mobile data but process too complicated to follow. What happened to raising a simple support ticket?!!

    @Plusnet I am having bad connection issues. I often resort to turning WiFi off on my phone as I cannot do anything at home while connected. Please can someone advise the best thing to do? It's quite frustrating!

    @CakeContent @TalkTalk @Plusnet same applies for both companies... never delivering on the promise, the helpful sales team says you will get one thing... but in reality, its far from what's delivered. Dont get suckered in....

    @Plusnet no coverage again today in part of North Leeds, EE says they are upgrading the network and good coverage back within 9 hours !! How many days is this work to continue ??

    @NOWTV good to see that my Internet is down here in liphook. @Plusnet @BT_Openreach are a joke and holding businesses back. Mountain villages get 1Gb in South Korea. Mind you probably not run by anyone who is a Tory voter over there.
