@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@Plusnet Got a new Hub Two router a month or two back, and having lots of issues lately with devices' connection to WiFi regularly dropping out (e.g. Google Home and TV). Any advice?

@Plusnet Not when you need to contact them via text or reply to a text concerning an ongoing incident. Why is it not in your network when organisations such as @UKPowerNetworks use short form to contact users in the event of an emergency?

@petemorristwit We used to have BT Broadband, but when costs shot thru the roof we went to PlusNet (believe a subsidiary of BT). We've never looked back. But can't advise on TV, but there are so many great streaming programmes now.

@Plusnet well Thankyou great not customer service , moved house today put order in 2 weeks ago waiting on connection. Rang up to be told oh no one put it through , it will be 2 weeks before connection. So had move to new town no internet which means no tv. Thanks for nothing !
