@Plusnet useless customer service. Just called with a simple query - was put on hold for more than 25min by someone who sounded like they rather not be helping customers and maybe WFH.

  • Jack_Deyes Jack Deyes  (@Jack_Deyes) reported from Southampton, England

@Plusnet how can I leave your network?

  • bethmorg97 beth (@bethmorg97) reported

@MoneySavingExp @Plusnet USELESS! waited 3 weeks for broadband and now told there’s an ‘external fault’ with further delays. Awful service, would advise anyone NOT to use them. Waste of time

2nd time in 4 days my @Plusnet connection has gone. Hardly any issues over 3 years and hopefully not becoming a regular occurrence.

@MarcAspinall Plusnet was better and cheaper than BT, and pleasant to deal with when there were issues.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • Tigercatgirl RSG (@Tigercatgirl) reported

@Plusnet Thankyou. Appreciated. Confirmed phone line and therefore broadband remains down today. Everything crossed they can fix it soon 🤞

  • chorlton1 Simon Llewellyn (@chorlton1) reported

@Plusnet Still no change for my father you charged him double his normal amount last month. This is not great in the current climate for a 75 year old pensioner. You also promised him £25 goodwill gesture which never appeared.

  • JoannaPartridge Joanna Partridge (@JoannaPartridge) reported

@Plusnet I was supposed to have internet with you from yesterday. The @OpenreachHelp engineer turned up late yest and failed to connect me. Now I'm told Openreach won't give an update for over a week.Their customer service say they can't help, but you can. Why the week-long wait?

  • 2code_monte Agent Smith (@2code_monte) reported

@Plusnet Just been informed by BT that our area is being upgraded to Fibre and that we should inform our provider to ensure our service is not disrupted. What do we need to do? thanks
