@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@CarriePurdom @WilliamNB @giffgaff we moved from giffgaff to plusnet. It's based on EE network but it's a more limited service e.g. they dont support text shortcodes, the answering service is not as good etc. V cheap though

@Plusnet we have had no internet for 10days due to a pole collapsing. It’s now fixed but plus net said it will take two more weeks to fix our connection. We have three businesses from home and losing money everyday! Why will it take over two weeks to sort??!

@Plusnet My broadband gets a better signal from next door [who use BT] than it does from Plusnet. This has been the case for months. I'd like to change provider, but do not feel there should be a penalty for moving from Plusnet.
