@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@mmetcalfe Firmware is out of date. Plusnet don't allow auto update but push out an update on request - which I have done. All device drivers up to date. ISP are aware of issues.

I’m so mad that @plusnet is taking a week (at least) to get an engineer out. I’m ya not only causing damage to my brothers who rely on the internet for EVERYTHING, it’s ruining my weekend because it’s how we socialise together.

@Plusnet only just realised that for some reason neither my wife's nor my own monthly SIM plan contains the 'additional' free 2Gb data taking our monthly data from 4Gb to 6Gb. I appreciate not a big issue, but have just returned from hols when we realised!

@mmetcalfe @Taylor007J @NeilLimbrick I am on fibre with Plusnet and speeds are good. It happens on all devices be it a brand new i5 laptop or desktop or smartphone. Only us at home now so network isn't mega congested.

@GamesShed @vicky0199 Wow that was good of him! I've just been looking up to see if I can see of any others reporting issues didn't find much though I did see a recent post about lag with Plusnet (basically BT) and PS5,the chap fixed his issues by using a 3rd party router i use a 3rd party router

@Plusnet my and my wife have been waiting for our number port to mobile for 3 days. We have no service and keep getting told to restart as it will port. Email said port was due on Nov4. Still nothing

@GeekByteUK @Plusnet Funny Plusnet are owned by BT. Then again Openreach Owns most network! only bit change the ISP core you go through after your exchange !
