@CBobblers1878 Can't go wrong with a bit of Plusnet for £27 a month? Had an external line issue, they had an engineer out to fix it within days, even compensated us without asking. Family of 5 all streaming, gaming & I work from home, it's never struggled.

Hi @Plusnet your mobile network has been down for two days now. Are you going to do anything about it? I need an SMS code to sign in to the app and as much as I appreciate your website telling me to call you, I can't. Because there is no network.

Spoke to @Plusnet - Re: loss of network service. November 2022 (10 days) again last week (3 days) They offered £3.50 first then £7.50 for the inconvenience. When i said the inconvenience caused was worth more than the offer. I was told you can always leave @Plusnet. V. POOR

I've also ruled out @plusnet & @bt_uk as they effectively the same company as @EE and likely employ same standards with regards to fixing an issue that they caused.
