    @Cardlinger @Plusnet It’s embarrassingly bad sick of flashing red light when I’m supposed to be WFH

    @Plusnet horrible service, Never pick up the call on time, whole day i am not provided with the network. And the provider doesnt seems to pickup my call. Help me if you can right now. I am working from home and might be terminated from my job.

    @SkyUK Plusnet is the way forward certainly going by the awards there picking up. Sky is garbage couldn’t match plusnet at my renewal.

    Heads up for @Plusnet customers. They're having payment system problems - card payments are, apparently, crashing while going through. As such, the money leaves your bank into its pending queue, but then Plusnet aren't getting it and you get restricted. Beware. #money #ISP #fail

    @bazzacollins @Plusnet ha ha, in fact I have recommended Plusnet in the past, but this kind of spam is the kind of thing that makes me want to switch providers. NPS is as bad as Myers-Brigg, or horoscopes.

  • bazzacollins Barry Collins (@bazzacollins) reported

    @katebevan @Plusnet I’m putting you down as a ‘0’ here, Kate.

  • wildduck73 Kirsten Naylor (@wildduck73) reported

    @Plusnet I am leaving you after a few days of being a customer because your network provides me zero indoor signal and dodgy outdoor reception. You cannot retain me as a customer. Your unsub link in emails doesn't lead to any unsub options. STOP SENDING ME EMAIL.

    @Plusnet Hi Is it normal that my internet speed as dropped from the 70mbps to approx. 68mbps since Dec last year a small drop I know but was just wondering if I set my router up wrong or if its normal or down to the corona causing average speeds to slow down. just curious.
