  • bigoj_uk Owen Lea-Porter (@bigoj_uk) reported

    @Plusnet why can I not email support questions? Why do I have to call? Been charged phone charges (again) when I don't even have a phone plugged in. Also trying to find when my contract expires.

  • dollypeg75 elle (@dollypeg75) reported

    @MoneySavingExp Contacted @plusnet today to query my bill. Didn't have to wait long on the phone. It was great to speak to a real friendly person who sorted my problem straight away. I was due a refund no quibble completed straight away. Fab experience.

  • RebecaQuental Rebeca (@RebecaQuental) reported

    Anyone with “verbal contracts” with @Plusnet here? Never heard of this before. Never signed a contract or anything and always complained about horrible Wi-Fi connection and now I’m being charged £138 to leave! What’s this?!?!?!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

    @FionaGowenlock There are a few changes I can make to the router remotely which should help improve your Wi-Fi performance. So if you're happy for me to proceed with this; let me know and I'll get on this for you. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • taxi_paul TaxiPaul (@taxi_paul) reported

    @Plusnet hi, I'm having intermittent BB problems today. Numerous times it's been disconnected. Can you possibly check it out

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

    @tearsofpearls Fixed term just means you've agreed to use the service for a set amount of time, which you have done. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • MarraBob ♡Kat♡ (@MarraBob) reported

    @Plusnet It's still not working :-(

  • shrew69 no body (@shrew69) reported

    @nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!

  • mttkgrdnr Matt Gardner (@mttkgrdnr) reported

    @Plusnet hi can someone please dm me as I've got a billing issue (DD didn't go out as I didn't realise bill was going up and didn't have enough in the bills account). In a bit of a panic that it might go down as a missed payment and stop me getting a mortgage next month!
